My sistah and I were just hanging out on a Saturday afternoon and stopped in to have a late lunch/early dinner. I love Texas Roadhouse and this time didn't disappoint. Service was prompt, we were seated immediately, no wait. Our meals were delicious...I had the smothered chicken dish with mashed potatoes and butter and a house salad. The mashed potatoes were magnificent! My sistah ordered the Legends cocktail and said it was just right...and of course who could forget those legendary rolls. Went with a large group. About 18. We sat at three tables and they were extremely pleasant despite having an unexpected large party. They made sure we were fully stocked up on rolls and refreshments. Great place for a well priced and tasty meal. Lots of parking and easy to find off of 95. Lots of space to wait with heaters outside to make it comfortable. We got right in at noon but when we left the line was out the door. A testament to their value and quality of food. Of course, the rolls are the star at the beginning of the meal. Fresh, soft, and melt in your mouth yeast rolls with cinnamon butter. Ask for regular butter if don't like cinnamon. Even the butters are whipped and fluffy. Ordered margaritas- one regular on the rocks and one frozen mango. Both tasty and HUGE. Can even get an extra shot of alcohol in them. One is plenty big enough and could be shared by two. Got the amazing onion which is always a crowd pleaser. Also had loaded fries. Those were also yummy. Got ribs, sirloin steaks in different combos. All the side - baked potato, green beans, salads, loaded mashed potatoes- all tasty. Steaks were cooked to perfection and ribs were fall off the bone. Brownie sundae and apple pie were both delicious as well. Ice cream on both - no other way! Apple pie was very warm and Carmel sauce on top was very good. Service was great. My family and I dined at Texas Roadhouse at White Marsh tonight, 9/20/2025, and it was by far the worst experience we have ever had due to the food and service. We have dined at this location several times before, and while the food is hit or miss, the service was always great. Tonight we had Alexis as our server, and I shared with her it was my brother's birthday - she responded with "okay." He was running about 10 minutes behind, and I told her that, but we were ready to order drinks and appetizers - she walked away quickly before we could tell her. This was something that happened repeatedly throughout our dinner. We found that she often quickly disappeared from our table and spent more time at other tables. We also initially told her that we wanted to order food to go for other family members, and she told us to let her know once the food came out. When the food came out, it was very clearly over-cooked (we asked for medium and medium rare steaks). As someone who has waited tables before, I would have never served that. When she stopped by, we showed her how overly done the steaks were, she agreed and took it back to have new steaks done and the manager checked in on us with the new steaks. For that I have added a star to this review. We found that we did not have silverware, but again, she was nowhere to be found. We had to ask another waitress for them. Additionally, she never approached us for the birthday celebration. Because we could not find her to order additional meals to go as well as desserts to go, we paid at the table and left. Busy Friday nights could easily fluster the most experienced waiter, but we were in the best section. Ben was the friendliest, most attentive waiter I've ever experienced. With a full house, everyone hungry after having to wait, he approached with a smile, answered our questions without making us feel rushed, and really made our family dinner all the more pleasant. Im writing this review 7 years later. I was hoping that things were not a disappointment as my last visit. Pulled up with my grandson a few minutes early. So, we waited in the car until three. Other customers were waiting as well. When we entered we were greeted right away. My grandson noticed a sign saying that they had a special on the small steak so his eyes lit up. Lol we were seated right away. The waiter came over to take our order. I ordered the appetizer platter that had chicken bites, mozzarella sticks and lpaded potato skins and a $5.00 margaritas. My grandson ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and a blue crush lemonade. We sipping on our drinks and eating the complimentary hot rolls and butter which was delicious. Our food came out quickly. My grandson left no steak and just a little bit of his potatoes. He was completely satisfied. I think I had a little too many rolls and butter. Lol. I finished my drink and ate half of the appetizer. It was delicious but, I was full. I asked for a carry out tray to take my remaining food and also requested some extra rolls. Visited this location with family on 12/26 and, unfortunately, it was deeply disappointing. We have several times before and never encounter any issues but this time was an exception. Our server was kind enough but after our orders were placed she pretty much abandoned us. We saw her checking on the tables around us but never stopped by to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. The quality and preparation of the food was...concerning. The pictures I captured speak for themselves. The green beans were hardly edible and sitting in lightly flavored...water? I was served cold mashed potatoes with cheese and sour cream that was overflowing when it arrived to the table. Impossible to mix together and not quite edible. Our grilled shrimp was undercooked and my nephew was served something that was supposed to be a steak fry but apparently tasted horrible because he spit it out immediately. The only things that were satisfactory were the rolls and sweet tea. Can't recommend and not likely to ever return. read more

I ordered the Fried Catfish when Sarah said she's never had a complaint. None here. I ordered the 3-piece, ate 2 then ordered a Sidekick to go because 1 piece would've been a tease. We were seated right away, our waitress was incredibly attentive and polite! My entire party enjoyed our food, it came out hot and delicious. The pricing was great too. Fun country music and a lively crowd added to our great lunch. I will say, when I went into the bathroom there were 4+ employees in there gossiping and vaping. For the times I've been to Texas Roadhouse, the food is generally very consistent. I usually don't stray much from my order, only things that may change are the sides I decide to get. I always get the sirloin steak and it's always cooked perfectly. One thing I like about Texas Roadhouse is that after you get your food, they usually ask for you to cut into your steak just to make sure you're satisfied with the steak temperature. Service for the past few times have been very good and when it's not super busy, food can come out within 10-15 minutes. If it's a bit busy, expect at least a 15-20 min wait. Another plus is the free bread! Always thinking about those yummy rolls. When I don't feel like traveling for food, Texas Roadhouse is always a reliable restaurant for good food for me and my family. I sat at my table for 25 minutes attempting to get the attention of servers and floor manager for service but ended up leaving without an ever even being offered a greeting and a glass of water. Stopped here on our way home from Baltimore for dinner. I added our name to the waitlist online before we got there and were seated right away. They were pretty busy but our waiter, Deon took our drink orders and gave us some time to look over the menu. We ordered our food and it came out quickly and well cooked. My husband got a burger and he said it was very good. I got the portobello mushroom chicken and it was juicy and delicious. My son got a chicken Caesar salad, and it was bigger than he thought it would be, but he said it was really good, Deon came to check on us many times, and the manager Sam actually came over and checked on us as well. I frequent this Texas Roadhouse about once a month, and typically am pretty annoyed by something, not going to hold you. However, never so much so that I don't return. The food is fine, and the price is right. Tonight, our order accidentally ended up at the table across from ours. Thankfully, my wife and I are pretty understanding folks and know that inconveniences may occur and sometimes it will be at our expense, but the manager handled it well. Apologized to us, ensured our food would be out quickly and that it would be discounted by 50%. I am just grateful that there was a quick, fair solution that showed accountability and the appropriate level of customer care and consideration. We'll be back, as always. read more

Didn't have a good experience the last time here but decided to give it a second try. Got there at 8 pm on a Saturday night and was told there was a 20-30 minute wait. Turned out to be only 10-15 minutes late. Service was slow but that was probably because they were packed. Took 20 minutes to get bread. Three of the four dinners were ok. The rib dinner came out ice cold. Never was cooked. The manager took it back and by the time my mom's dinner came out the rest of us were done eating. When the bill came I used the kiosk at the table. The bill seemed to be bit high so I checked it. The was a $13 appetizer on the bill. When I questioned the waitress she stated it was the appetizer from the previous table that they didn't pay for. She tried to sneak it through and got caught. When I brought this to the attention of the manager she took the charge off but didn't show any concern about the bill being wrong. read more

I come here often and each time have a issue with something or another. Last night was no different. We went around 620. It was the usual loud busy time. Our waitress took awhile to come take our drinks. Once she did she came back with them and disappeared for about 15 minutes. When she came back she took our order. I ordered the T-Bone steak and a bowl of chili Everyones food came out correct except mine. They brought out a cup of chili. So had to send that back, the bowl came and the chili was cold. I received a bone in porterhouse instead of my T Bone. When I sent that back it took 30 minutes for them to bring out the right one which at the time everyone else had finished their food and were ready for boxes. We were all ready to just go. One of the others ordered the country fried chicken, and They gave her the cpuntry fried steak which she can't eat. The waitress didnt come back over the whole time I waited for my steak and only came back over to apologize because we spoke to the manager. When we saw the check she had put in the order for a Porterhouse and a T Bone. Both were taken off, but it was the worst service we have had there. read more

We came here since Olive Garden lacked any ounce of good customer service. We went inside and received nothing but rhe upmost good customer service. All of the greeters/hostesses were very pleasant and helpful. We checked in and was advised that the wait would be about 15-25 min. They were very gracious for letting us sit inside, since I was going through a medical issue. I think we waited mess than 15 min. A young came over and asked us have we been here before, and asked if we wanted bread or pick a personal steak. After being seated at our booth, we realized we had the same booth from our last visit. Our server came who was Ben (Benjamin), and I must say he was a very good server. He made us feel welcomed and gave us the utmost customer service. He checked on our bread and kept us updated if and when the bread was ready. We glanced over the menu and hubby ordered us the combo appetizer that had Buffalo boneless wings, potato wedges with cheese and bacon, and hushpuppes. For our entrées, I had the 6 oz. sirloin with grilled shrimp, baked potato and side salad with a vinaigrette, and hubby had the kabob combo with rice pilaf, loaded mash potatoes. Our beverages: Him- Raspberry iced tea and Me: Peach iced tea. Everything was good, especially the bread once it was served. They were hot and so, so good! One little thing, did bother me was one female server who was not masked, was coughing all over the place and not covering her mouth, other than that we had awesome service from the front of the house to the back. We came to Texas Roadhouse expecting a great night out, and while the food mostly delivered, the service was a huge disappointment.Our appetizers and drinks took way too long to come out -- we had already been sitting for quite a while before we even got our drinks. To make matters worse, we watched another table (who came in after us) get their fried pickles before we did -- and we had ordered them first. Not a good look.When the food finally arrived, most of it was good, but the ribs were noticeably undercooked, which was really disappointing considering how long we had already waited.Overall, the poor service took away from what could've been a great meal. I didn't take any pictures today because I was hungry. This is the first time I had to really wait for a table and the bar was full but I guess because it's the top of the year that happens. Once we set service was on point. Our server, Bri F., who also doubles as the training coordinator for new servers was top notch. Service was quick efficient. The food is always good. This is one of my favorite fast food, non-fast food restaurants the restaurant is generally always clean. It was a very brief wait to be seated, not even 5 minutes, even though the parking lot was full. The $10.99 lunch menu was where we went. It had all we were in the mood for. The pork chop was the #1 selection with 2 sides. I had been thinking about chili all week and there's is really good. Thick, hearty and loaded toppings. The server took our order only to return a few minutes later, she said they were out of chili. The look on my face made her double check, none! Now how can they be out of chili at 1pm Saturday afternoon? Ok, plan B. A small Caesar salad instead, sigh. The salad was good, nice and fresh. The porkchop was thicker than expected and had good flavor,the grill marks really enhanced the eye appeal. The steak fries arrived with it and left a lot to be desired, gummy and overcooked and warm. She replaced them and still overcooked and now really hot. Maybe the temperature of the oil was off. We enjoyed the fresh hot rolls. My husband had the green beans and mashed potatoes, both of them were fine. Our server really did a good job for as busy as they were. I had a nice time here. We came right after an IFly adventure around 1ish. We were seated immediately and our waiter was very nice. He was very attentive and yes to everything!!!! He did a wonderful job especially with such a group. This is a very modern steakhouse feel with all the light wood and clean sharp corners. It a nice size if you have a party of 6 or more. I Order the steak and shrimp combo with loaded baked potato and broccoli. Everything was delicious I did ask for rare and got medium rare. It was seasoned great and it was juicy and slightly pink. Because it was so tender I did not complain. Honestly I enjoy the food an service. Because I'm the cool aunt and had all my girls and guys with me I did not drink. Sat at the bar, took a little to be waited on. After taken my order once food came from runner I was never greeted by bartender until after I was done my dinner and 1 of my sides. Never once did they ask if I needed anything salt/ketchup or steak sauce none was on the bar. Finally when I was noticed it was too late and decided enough and it was time to leave. I went to this location on Saturday. It wasn't busy to the point where you had to wait. So we were excited. We were seated, a few minutes later our server Heather approached us asking what do we want to drink. We said two sweet teas and two waters. She came back with the drinks and began to take our order. I told her I wanted the 23oz Porterhouse Steak, baked potato with sour cream and cheese, grilled shrimp with a salad. I stressed to her I wanted my steak WELL DONE no blood please. I was so hungry I couldn't wait for my food to come out. When my food arrived, we prayed and we begin to eat. As soon as I cut into my steak, blood started draining out of it onto my plate touching my other food. I immediately became disgusted and aggravated. A manager was walking by stopped and asked was everything was OK. I told her no ma'am so she asked me what was wrong and I told her I asked for a well done steak. She told me she could give me a credit back but because I was hungry, I suggested could they just cook me a well-done steak. I didn't think they were gonna just take the steak I had and put it back on the grill to re-cook it. I was sitting there thinking about it and I realize if they do that it would make it too tough to eat therefore, I asked for a refund. She refunded me but not the full amount so I requested another person to fix it because I didn't get to eat the steak. Ridiculous!! No one cared to came back over after that to say anything or ask me if they could get me something else or anything so I waited for my friend. It's almost like giving a dog food and having another dog watch them eat, how rude. So by this time, Heather came by and asked if everything was OK I told her No and I asked her if she could make sure my friend have two drinks at a time because he drinks them fast. Her response was I'll do my best because everyone here is like that, really Heather? I didn't ask you about anyone else, I was referring to us. I feel that was that was rude as well. I don't know who training these waitresses but some type of reinforcement is necessary. How you talk to a person matters. How you address a situation matters. I give this place a zero. I will not visit this place again, even if it was free. Save your time and money and go somewhere else to enjoy yourself. I've been taught by my old Chief it's Quality over Quantity!
