Amazing customer service and the food was some of the best I've ever had. The Parmesan crusted items are amazing. I would get that on everything if I could.

Stopped on for lunch. I received great service from my waiter. The restaurant was nice and clean. Very comfortable dining atmosphere. I'm a little disappointed that they did not nail steak temperature the first time. At Longhorn, you can always get a god meal and great service.

May 12, 2021 Came with family after Lamar graduation about 9:10 pm (close at 10) They sat the 7 of us right off...no mask required FYI Our waitress was efficient and quick...never introduced herself so, I have no name. We all had a variety of entrees ...chicken, steak, lamb, salmon and shrimp with various side dishes (fries, baked potato, fried okra, broccoli and mac & cheese; all came with salads. No complaints. We had a few Don Julio margaritas too...everything was fantastic! Good job, longhorn

Nice Friday lunch. Lots to choose from at great prices. The crusted chicken was very rich-very cheesy & yummy! The shrimp meal was great- deveined shrimp. We love the lunch deals & service. All was great.

Way too loud. I am there to eat, not having my hearing compromised or watch line dancers

I ordered my steak medium rare and it was more well done. It took forever for us to get our salads before our meal. I wasn't impressed

My outlaw Ribeye was tougher than some jerky strips. I will say the fire cracker chicken wrap appetizer was great!

Stepping into this barbecue joint, a recipient of the prestigious Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ award,…read moreyou immediately get a sense that you're in for a treat. The atmosphere is inviting, with a clean and well-decorated interior, plenty of seating, and a friendly staff. But the real test is the food, and this place truly delivers on its reputation for solid Texas barbecue. The brisket was everything you want it to be: juicy and flavorful with a well-developed bark. It had a classic, hearty taste that made for a great main course. The pork spare ribs also had a great, flavorful bark, but they were a little on the tough side. They weren't the fall-off-the-bone tender ribs you might crave. The absolute star of the show, however, was the jalapeño and cheddar sausage. This homemade, double-grind sausage was perfectly seasoned and had a great blend of cheese and jalapeño mixed in. The casing had the perfect snap and was top-notch. The sides were equally impressive. The Maque-Choux (like a Cajun street corn) had a delightful char on the corn kernels and a perfect level of spice with a hint of red pepper. The pit beans were a classic, complementary side that made you feel like you were eating around a campfire, especially with the addition of some tender brisket mixed in. Not shown in the picture, the boudin cornbread was a delicious and unique surprise, filled with brisket, rice, and jalapeños. Overall, this is a spot I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and high-quality Texas barbecue experience.

We were driving from NOLA to Austin and had high end dinner reservations in both cities so we just…read morewanted Good but Quick BBQ for our lunch stop. We passed all kinds of fast-bbq chains but found this singular joint via fellow Yelpers. Yay! We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and the ribs and sausage entree. In hindsight I should have (always do) requested light sauce or on the side because all too often (as was the case here) it is sugary and dripping in excess. The pulled pork was 5-stars despite being soaked in bbq sauce. The surprising part was there was easily 1/2 lb of meat between the little round buns. The sausages were equally incredible... homemade and you could tell because the large casings were nearly impossible to bite through but inside was a lightly packed crumble of outstanding meat and spices. We ended up just sliding or squeezing the ground meat out of the two casings. Fortunately, no bbq sauce inside the casing so the meat was able to sing on its own. The lone disappointment were the ribs - there were only 4 and they were not especially warm nor tender. I was expecting fall-off-the-bone and these resembled ribs that had cooked for 2-3 hours but needed another 2 hours to be "done." You order at the window and there's an outdoor/covered picnic-like room about 40 feet away. There is no indoor seating. While flies can get into that open room (no door) it wasn't annoying at this time of year. Parking is easy in their private lot and everything was nicely packaged since every order is essentially to-go.
