Nice spot for some great catfish and jumbo shrimp! Tarter Sauce was spicy good. Tabitha was very helpful in explaining the many choices to choose from. She was very patient with me. I call in my order about 10 minutes prior and it's always ready when I get there. Portions are plentiful. Food is well seasoned. Some of my face consists of: 6 shrimp with red beans and fries, shrimp poboy and fries, grilled chicken poboy with fries, and fish and 5 shrimp with red beans and fries. My First review of this place was good, but that has changed on my last visit. I talked to others who thought they have gone down hill also. We ate their last Wed. and the catfish was not full of white meat but very very thin, more crust than fish. Trash and food was on the floor and the trash cans overflowing and people resorted to placing the trash on top of the can. The restroom was out of paper towels so employees and guess could not be drying their hand very cleanly. She got me a paper towel role when I asked. The bad part was both me and my wife got major stomach problems the next morning. Then my wife ate a left over fish filet for lunch and her stomach erupted again that afternoon, a few hours after she ate it. When she asked me that night if I had any stomach issues and I told her I did that morning, we decided it must have been the restaurant, and decide we would not be going back again. Also they stopped the extra fish added to your order like I described in my 1st review (which with stomach problem it caused us ended up being a good thing). This a phenomenal "fried food" extravaganza. We had the fried fish and shrimp with red beans and rice. I forgot to take a picture but it was really good. I didn't like the cocktail sauce for the shrimp but the homemade cajun tartar sauce was amazing. They have fountain drinks and a few bottle drinks. They give you a paper number which they should switch to plastic because the paper ones with grease stains..lol. that let's you the food was good though. Overall, it's very filling and pretty quick.
