So it was my first time in this place. Unfortunately, it will be the last. I did try the fried pickles. They were delicious but after we made our order, our service just disappeared. We waited on refills for about 30 minutes until we ask somebody else to get them for us. Finally I was able to pay in the keys because my waiter was nowhere to be found. I had to reach out to the Manager to get a box for my order to go because it was cold already and we ended up not eating it while we were there because we were out on drinks. We were there Monday night. They always have a little wait, but I don't mind that. There were 3 of us and our waitress Janice as so nice..... Our food took 45min+ to get to us. A group of us met at Texas Roadhouse recently for dinner, and had a pretty nice time :-) Tip: At peak hours this place is usually pretty busy, and when it's busy it gets too loud to easily hear your conversations My Prime Rib with chili and sweet potatos was very enjoyable; the meat was juicy and tender, but more seasoning would have greatly improved the taste of the dish.  That said, the mushrooms and onions were a nice compliment to the meat. While we all enjoyed our meals, the biggest hit by for all of us as the complimentary bread with cinnamon butter - be careful not to fill up on bread before your steak arrives ;-) read more

Not really much of a complainer this experience at Texas roadhouse warranted this terrible review because the manager Abby and the waitress I think her name was Keeley didn't pay attention to our table or apparently any of the other tables that the waitress was servicing because they both stood at the table directly behind and spoke with her friends most of the time we were there didn't ask if we were doing OK and I wouldn't even be writing this review if we didn't need something my wife was waiting because she had a question about the food and needed sour cream, which isn't a big deal, but she wanted to eat her food before it got cold and wasn't able to do so causing us to take the food home to warm it up. We did our frustrations to the manager, and she apologized and brought us our check promptly. This will be the last time we visit this location. The standard is pretty high for Texas roadhouse and we have had nothing but good experiences at all the other locations. This one fell extremely short. And needs to be attended to. read more

I used to go in 2016-2018 and the service and the food was wonderful back then. I came back in 2025 expecting the same atmosphere. To my dismay, none of our food came at the same time. What did come out was half way there. The drinks and the ceasar salad were good. The rest needs a serious up grade. My daughter didn't even get any of her food until we were leaving an hour and a half later. All in all I don't expect we'll be back anytime soon if ever. read more

Our waitress Raven needs to learn menu, kept blaming the BOH staff for our food not coming out. 1 out 2 appetizers didn't come out, then the added shrimp also didn't make it to the table. Worst of all my steaks came out dry - Billy the assistant mngr. was made aware and she said, "ll have yell at the BOH". SMH now we know where your staff gets their excuses instead of actions. It was a strange experience for sure. We used the app to wait. My 12 and 14 year old on my birthday went. We sat down, my girls ordered I ordered a drink. The drinks came back so I took a drink and the waitress said that they accidentally made the good version and that it wasn't the one on sale. So I said to take it back if they were gonna charge me for it when I ordered the other. So she took it back. Then the bartender pretty much told the waitress how she screwed up and how to do her job in front of all the customers which I thought was professional. Not really. After 7-8of waiting for my house cheap drink I asked for hey said it's being made when I look over the bartender is on the other side staring off into the wall.the girls order I dont because I don't want to end up being a problem and asking for food exactly the way I want it. My youngest food was good my oldest got her steak raw and when I asked for it to be cooked longer it seemed to be a problem. She asked for medium and got medium to raw. And then when she got it back it was well done to chewy. 7-8 min later I asked for my drink to be canceled and asked for a water. Call Texas roadhouse is one of my favorite places to drop in and have dinner with my dad. I don't eat much so their children's menu offers a nice selection. They actually pay attention to what to customers want in needs to steak temperature and etc. I have also learned to always ask to make sure that my steaks are medium rare whenever I order because if I don't, the steaks never comes in the temperature that I wanted or at least a long time ago they didn't. My family and I have been to this location a few times, but tonight was not one of the best times. We always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for a table, parking up close is hard to come by on a busy night, and our servers have always been nice. Tonight our wait was 20-30 minutes, our server would forget to bring back more rolls after we asked multiple times, the food took longer than usual to come out, and the server seemed like she was in a rush the whole time; coming back every 5 minutes to ask us if we needed anything else, to bring refills when drinks weren't even half done, etc. The food was good but my medium-well sirloin was definitely well done, and the mashed potatoes I ordered were way too mushy for my liking. We dropped in for lunch Saturday 1/27/2024 our waitress was Hannah. We were greeted with a smile. Hannah took our drink order and returned quickly with our drinks. We placed our order and Hannah repeated it back making suggestions along the way. Hannah returned shortly with pipping hot rolls and cinnamon butter.
