I placed a mobile order and sat at the window for almost 10 minutes. They made the base wrong for my frosty and the sweet tea I ordered tasted like the sugar they used was expired. I took one sip and almost gagged at the taste. My frosty was also dripping and overflowing and made my car sticky and dirty. This is the Wendy's located in Nederland which is a really industrial community that also has a good Boba shop, which we stop at when we're coming through town. We definitely appreciate late night food options around here because there aren't any, but this is one of the least good ones. Service is okay but the food really isn't. WENDY'S I went there last night. Beside the holes in the parking lot that you have to dodge. I pull up after placing my order to pay. Low and behold I looked at the guy and said ( You all don't have to wear hairnets anymore) Response: NOPE we wear caps. My concern what about the hairs sticking out of the caps that I don't want in my food. Uncle Dave my last time eating at Wendy's. I will deal with my own hair. So Unsanitary I would say. We have enough stuff to deal with beside wondering is there hair in your food and it's not yours. It really makes you think actually what are they doing with your food. No hairnets. I went there for cheeseburger day and found out I needed to order the special cheeseburger on line or with the app. After 45 minutes of trying on my phone, including downloading the app, I was unsuccessful. Always check your order before leaving the window at the drive thru! They often give the wrong order or leave off the specified condiments. I always order croutons but have to ask again. They love to give BBQ Sauce instead of Ranch or no sauce which is inconvenient. They offer nothing to someone who has a bad experience. The food is cheap and fresh so we eat here frequently but the service is lacking friendliness, accuracy and urgency. read more

I repeated my order 4 times at the speaker and when I get to the window and got my food, I checked my bag, half of the food we ordered wasn't there. I told the girl and she said oh I didn't charge you for none of that. So I pay for what she didn't charge me. And we wait. Then she starts complaining to a co worker like I was being an inconvenience to her. Then another lady comes to the window holding the rest of my food trying to ask me 50 questions repeated my twice to her my order and I finally had to ask her are you going to hand me my bag of food cause if not you just need to refund my money. They acted like they didn't know how to work in the drive through. And believe me there was no language barrier I speak English and so did they! VERY POOR customer service! read more
