The smell near the drive thru is horrendous, but not nearly as bad as the attitude and lack of customer service that you receive at this location. The black attitude is killing your business. I have never in my life experienced a slower fast food restaurant EVER. the time it took to get just from the speaker (not including wait time to get to the speaker) to the first window was 29 minutes... 30 MINUTES IN A LINE OF 4 CARS. it took me a total of 40 minutes to get my one burger and 10 piece nuggets. I placed a Mobil order so I paid ahead. it I had not already wasted the money, I would have followed the other 9 cars that left the line. read more

Very poor service and rude employees on all shifts. This location needs better employees and better management.

They don't treat their workers well. I came in this morning to grab a bite before work and I could hear who I assume was the manager SCREAMING at one of the workers in the back that she wouldn't get a break until she starts cashing out and taking orders faster. After that the poor girl came out and looked so stressed. The manager also came out and I think her name tag said Cassandra? Even if the girl was doing wrong she's a human being who makes mistakes and yelling at her like that just seemed totally unnecessary and rude. If I could do less stars I would. They were out of every salad, every sauce and you can't get dipping sauce with fries! I got no bread because I'm gluten free so asked for extra lettuce on my no bun burger (since no salad) and they charged me extra. Sweet Jesus I forgot why I don't eat here. read more

I stopped for a quick breakfast and was impressed by the kind attention of all workers. Some were in training and bent over backwards to please the customers including me. This was at 6:00 in the morning, when people struggle to wake up, they were moving fast taking orders and delivering fresh food. Great place, I will definitely be back. read more

Service is horrible, went through the drive thru no one helped us for 5 minutes then we decided to move up to the window and see if there was anyone there. All the employees were standing around doing nothing saw us pull up to the window and still stood there. Once an employee finally acknowledged us the lady was rude and they basically didn't have anything. As we stood ordering and waiting for our food we saw multiple people drive by and leave because no one had helped them. Why keep a business open 24hrs if employees will not help you after certain hours. On top of all of that they forgot several of our items that we had ordered (that were on the receipt) and the lady didn't ring us up right so we were short meals. Horrible experience. read more

Hit and miss manager is good but it's what you expect from McDonald's employees,maybe they need incentives.

Every time we go they never can get our order right! They have piss poor attitudes. And have no business working with the public. There have been more times than I can count that they've given us cold fries and when I give the fries back and ask for fresh fries they have a bad attitude and slam the window while we wait. read more

Horrible experience every time I go there. I don't ever write reviews but I feel like everyone should know how bad this place is. I'm a delivery driver for favor and I was making a payment on a order when my card wouldn't go through.. so I said can I talk to a manager maybe she knows more? She said I am the manager, I said oh okay is there anyone who can help me and she goes to the back and says "this fucking bitch wants to talk to a manager." So a lady comes up and helps me all I can she was very sweet and I hate that she has to work for that woman. My card still doesn't work so I leave. I see another favor runner go in with the same order.. so I ask him if I can see if his card works. It doesn't at first but then the lady that called me a "bitch" does all she can to help him. That's just the first part.. I've went in 2 other times and they've messed up my order in one time period at least 4 times. I am here rn and this guy who ordered 2 apple pies has been waiting at least 30 minutes for something they said would take 10 minutes.. I hear the customers using foul language and everyone can hear and no one is taking care of the customers.. this is just really unacceptable for a food business even if it's just a fast food restaurant. Nice facelift but drive thru is terrible! 1 car in font of me and it takes more than 10 minutes to get to speaker and then once I turn the corner I see the problem. The girl is taking one order, waiting for it to be filled and then taking another! Could care less when I told her how backed up she was making it. Watched numerous cars leave.
