You gave me a chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, no tomatoes with lettuce and pickles, with a large fry, medium drink, but somehow forgot my entire top bun of my sandwich. Unfortunately, my recent visit only reinforced my decision to steer clear of establishments that fail to meet even the most basic expectations. Upon arriving promptly at 5:28 to collect a sizable order for a youth group, I anticipated a seamless experience. However, I found myself waiting until 5:46 before the order was finally handed over. Despite the lack of significant activity within the store, the team appeared more inclined to engage in leisurely conversations rather than prioritize customer service, especially for larger orders. The half-hearted apologies from idle team members did little to alleviate the frustration of the delay. It was evident that the staff lacked the drive to excel in their roles, settling instead for a lackadaisical approach to their duties. Despite my efforts to address previous subpar experiences through complaints, the lack of any meaningful response or improvement further solidifies my decision to refrain from recommending Chick-fil-a to anyone for any reason. They've clearly demonstrated they don't deserve my business or support so I'll continue not to patronize their establishments and encourage others to do the same. read more

Order took over 20 minutes from the time I placed it until I had it in my hand and had then had to return to have it corrected. Every Chick Fil A experience can't be perfect but for the most part they are so I can't really complain! The real reason for this review to acknowledge an employee - Larry. Not only was he was friendly to customers at the cash register, but he spoke nice and acted in such a respectful tone to his fellow employees. I believe he was a manager due to the different shirt he was wearing so the way he positively interacted with other members of his team really stuck out to me. Larry is a true asset to CFA! I did an app order with delivery for a spicy sw chicken salad on 8/23/23. The salad didn't have any dressing. I called the College Street location in Beaumont, TX and spoke with the Manager Miekell and there wasnt any resolution on this issue, only apologies . He stated I had to bring the salad back to the restaurant in order to receive a refund. That's disgusting! This is my second time having issues with this location. My previous issue, I ordered a sw chicken salad and there was a long black hair in my salad. I know it wasn't my hair because my hair is short and blonde. Absolutely horrible. read more

Because it was around 12:15 and I knew it would probably be busy I used their app to order ahead, which even had the convenience of paying with your debit card or gift card. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwich combos and an extra side of nuggets. As per usual they did not disappoint!! The food was AMAZING! everything was hit and fresh despite waiting in line over 10 min. The employees they had organizing the 2 VERY busy drive through lanes were extremely nice and did a great job at getting the lines moving as fast as possible. Over all it was a great experience eating at this location. So Just in case anyone is wondering why I only gave this location 4 stars, well, it is the same reason I'll never give any Chick-fil-A a 5 star rating, THEY AREN'T OPEN ON SUNDAY!! I got a free delivery through the Chick-fil-A app, so I ordered breakfast this morning. My food showed up on my doorstep in under 20 minutes, piping hot and fresh. They even left this little stuffed cow with the food! I got text updates when they were on their way, and after they left the food (which was contactless for COVID safety!). Clearly the manager has lost control of this location. Out of all the employees only one was wearing a uniform! All the rest had on jeans and T-shirt's. He handed me my coffee without the correct amount of sugar, even though he repeated it three times. He, then, proceeded to tell me to have a nice day without giving me my food. He walked away. A lady comes to the window & asks if I'm waiting for my drink. I said, "No, I never got my food". She then hands me my food without my requested condiments. I went tonight after a long day in the OR. I ordered to go inside. I then stood there and waited for ten minutes while people who had come in after me were served. I realize TWO 12 count nuggets and fries can add a significant level of complexity to an order, it being outside of the standard #1. Had I known it would rise to the level of continual pacing and staring by the cashier that it did, while he was obviously hoping I'd vanish into oblivion before he had to tackle the arduous chore of filling THAT order I would never have stopped. I waited. Then waited some more. I thought maybe they're backed up in the drive-through, but no, there were plenty of fries and nuggets temptingly hanging out in those silver nugget chutes, raring to go. So clearly the cashier was trying to figure out the correct geometrical approximation of that second box in the bag. He's maybe mastered placing one box followed by fries followed by the napkin. I mean, any old kid could do that! But the second box! It's an extra, so should it go after the fries? That would squish the fries and leave it catty wampus! So no. Stand two boxes on end? There is nothing in the Chick-fil-A idiots guide to cashiering about that? Strike two. Maybe just give me an empty bag and dump the food on the counter and let me figure it out? Would have worked for me! I'm kidding! We all know there weren't any thoughts in his head or anything else save for a constant buzzing sound! Eventually he found the willpower to do something then he says my name and hands me a bag! Food! Finally! He mutters sounds. I assume it was words, maybe an apology about the wait, but it could have been a random comment about a grate? His desire for a date? The state? Who knows, who cares, I had food and somewhere to get to. I jump in my truck, reach in the bag, and what the...!!!??? A sandwich? A freaking sandwich? Seriously? After all that time! Now had it been the same amount of food that I'd paid for I'd have left, because I really was running very late. It was not. Obviously he'd panicked and just grabbed some stuff and shoved it in. I mean, who needs that screen when, in ten minutes you still haven't figured it out. Sure, play chicken dinner roulette with my meal. And my time. I go back in and he sees me, obviously trying to go back in time (1 minute) to a place where he'd seen me before. Failure. I explain to the blond girl that her co-cashier is drooling on himself and I'd like my correct order. Shaking himself from his stupor he remembers to breath, then settles back in. Ahhhhhh saliva, for all the world to share. Meanwhile blond, perky, and happy is doing a superb job of getting my order and apologizing all while maneuvering around Monument Joe.
