I was there last night and I'll be there again soon. The four boys at the front were amazing and quick; as well as respectful. The food was great as well the chicken was cooked to perfection as well as everything being portioned good as well. The employees made the attitude in the restaurant feel welcoming. Ordered on the app and they were out of black beans, queso, tomato salsa and a couple other ingredients. Not cool, but ordered around the items. The order was about $45 after using a "free" guacamole addition from the app. Went to pick up the order. Arrived and it wasn't on the pick up shelf. Had to wait in line for about 10 minutes to find out they hadn't made the orders. Why? BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF TORTILLAS... That would have been a good thing to know when ordering since everything else they were out of showed as unavailable on the app. They tried to just "put it in a bowl." No, that isn't what I ordered. Refund my money. Oh, "we can't do that at the store, you have to go to the website." So... no food. Inconvenienced by the drive there for nothing... Then had to spend over 30 minutes on the website "chat" to get a refund. On top of it... the free "one time use" guacamole is gone because they couldn't put it back. Went to this chipotle, had a very rude encounter with the cash register worker. I asked for my "sauce container" that was not passed down the row. The cashier then proceeded to make a snarky comment under her breath. She then said oh that's vinaigrette, very rudely. She proceeded to mumble more under her breath, to which I responded did you say something?? Overall atomosphere was a 0. Unpleasant to be in there, actually ended up eating in my car rather than outside. Will not be going back! Cashier was shorter, Hispanic, and had white gauges in her ears! I love chipotle. I eat there at least three times a week. However, the one in Beaumont is abysmal. I ordered my normal chicken Al Pastore salad and I literally had eight spinach leaves. burrito was wrapped very loose, i only had rice, beans, steak and corn salsa. this isnt the first time this young man rolled my burrito, i think i heard the workers say his name was manny? im not sure but he has wrapped my burrito more than once now and almost everytime i had to re-wrap it myself after i take 1 bite because it just falls apart. it tastes good but cmon now. read more

Got to this location around Noon, not to busy but not to empty, there was no line and if there were the staff were fast and the wait was short. There are multiple bad reviews about this site but I did not have any issues with the staff. The only issue was the food portions, the portions were almost half what you would get at any other chipotle grill. read more

The food is great the two stars is for the service I get the bowl every time I go and the food they put in the bowl gets less and less and it's only 4 ingredients that I get so my bowl is half empty. Then when you ask is that all a half of scoop they look at you crazy. Update: The rice is always an issue there. I don't understand why it is never cooked properly if it is such a basis to lots of the meals there. Only get WHITE RICE it isn't worth ruining an entire meal because people don't know how to keep rice from being crunchy. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicken bowl with lots of extras - Fast Food Near Me - Beaumont, Texas

A lot of people love Chipotle, but I've only tried it twice in the past and for some reason the Burritos I've had were not to my liking for some reason even thought I picked what went inside them. But the commercial for the Carne Asada looked really good so we decide to try them again. We both got the bowl and I got free add in's of both lime rice and brown rice, Carne asada steak, Red type beans ( wife got black beans), pico, corn ( I normally don't get corn in a salad mix, but it was good), sour cream, lettuce & cheese. My wife had the same, except as noted. We both loved the meal in the bowl, and everything tasted soooo goood! The couple on the next table said they came in to try the Carne Asada steak bowl because of the commercial, and they loved it also. My wife was able to get a Margarita for less than $5 and she said it was very good. If you thought about trying Chipotle, I would recommend this Carne Asada bowl and the Rita. We both said we would come back again for the same bowl, it was that good. Our servers and cashier were nice and pleasant, better than in the past. read more

My husband and I LOVE Chipotle on Dowlen in Beaumont, Texas. We come as often as we can because the food is always fresh, the restaurant from the lobby, kitchen and the restrooms are always super clean. The manager does a great job with his staff. Everyone is always working and you can tell they enjoy working there. read more

Just terrible! Every time I go it's as if they just want to get you in and out. The employees are not nice or courteous. I tried to use my rewards and the cashier acted as if she couldn't apply them. Tried Chipotle for the first time tonight. I absolutely was not impressed. The food was average at best and way over priced for the quality. It's new to Beaumont and I wouldn't qualify it as Mexican or Tex-Mex. Maybe we have so much authentic Mexican food restaurants here that this is just not the quality we are use to. It was a new building and everyone was very nice but I just can't see me trying again. I know people who love it but it just was t my thing. read more

Had lunch here yesterday since we were in the area, like chipotle and there weren't many other good options. They did a great job with portions, quality and listening to how we wanted our bowls done. They even gave us a coupon to try their queso at the next visit. I've been to the other chipotle nearby in port Arthur, and that one the portions and consistency are terrible. I was trying to listen to my daughters request and explain it to the girl making the plate to . my daughter is an extreme introvert and has some other issues that make eating out a difficult activity for us, BUT theres NO REASON for the employees to begin talking rudely about us and for said girl to slam our order on the counter. My boyfriend and I were on our way to Florida from Austin, Tx... a 12 hour drive. On our drive our brakes suddenly stopped working and we were forced to find a mechanic that was open at 9 at night. After finally getting our brakes fixed we were starving, and wanted something relatively healthy and fast before resuming our travels. We pulled into this location at 9:56 pm, after a rather stressful night, we were expecting the chipotle employees to be a little upset that we walked in 4 minutes before closing. Instead, they greeted us with smiling faces and great customer service. We had apologized for coming in so late, they made us feel like they didn't mind at all and were very kind. We love chipotle and we were happy to have one close by. Unfortunately, in our last few visits, there was a lot of inconsistency with the portions, we usually always PAY for extra guacamole but the lady at the counter always leaves the bottom part of the cup empty. We have never said a word about our annoyance, however, today their guacamole was very dark on the top, she just needed to mix the guacamole together but instead she decided to scrape the top and the darkest part of the guacamole and put it in our to-go cup and our burritos. The burrito was ok. However, the chips were very stale. The cashier exchanged them twice and syayed they had been cooked that morning. On the third bag I gave up and assumed that's just the way their chips are. But then I saw the guy try one of the chips out of the bag I returned. He made a face of disgust as he threw the rest of the chip on the trash along with the two bags I returned. Obviously the chips were not supposed to be like that. Yet he left every bag of stale 12 hour old chips on the shelf to be served to other customers. I dont know where you are headquarters at but in South East Texas it is extremely humid and tortilla chips cooked in the morning don't stay fresh for long when stored in a paper bag. read more
