No one to take orders they want you to use a kiosk. Costumer service was horrible!! Very dirty won't be going back to this location

I ordered a combo meal and a burrito with a bottle of water and sauce packets off of Uber Eats. After getting the food, everything was cold. I asked for no tomatoes and there was still tomatoes on the taco. Then the cinnamon twist were just fried with no cinnamon/sugar topping. The beefy five layer burrito had no nachos cheese or beans. I got a mystery drink in a cup (even though I ordered a bottle of water). No sauce packets. The entire order was literally just wrong. I then came in to get a refund because I couldn't even eat the meal, the store was disgusting. There was food all over the floor, visible frostbite on the food storage and on the food. The line cooks put gloves on that he had just dropped on the floor. Then proceeded to tough his hair, then the food again. Another line cooks put gloves came in from outside, did not wash his hands, put gloves on, then proceeded to tough unsanitary items and then food. read more

There was a beautiful kind and sweet woman and she gave me a free Baja blast and I wish I could give her a tip but I didnt have cash on me.

I think this location is new but they won't allow you to enter. I HATE THE STICKER ON THE BAG that says "Sealed For You". I don't want my bag sealed, it stops me from seeing how many sauces you forgot to give me. Also no napkins! I was going to eat in my car and it's taco bell! NAPKINS FOR ALL! I'm done with Taco Bell anyway, after today I realize that it tastes a lot like what dog food smells like... NASTY! read more

I like the food. There could be a little more of stuffing in what you're ordering like the burritos and the crunch wrap. I really miss the taco salad. I LOVED it so I just don't go there much because of the reason above. The service depending upon where you can great or pitifully drab. I've been greeted very kindly and then not so nice as in , " yeah what you want ". The ambiance,well again depending on where you go. Sometimes all smiles with a clean service and eating area and sometimes ( if you go to another location) it's like "I don't even want to know what is going on in that building". So there you go that my take on Taco Bell. The taco salad should come back and if you know the "happy,clean"location go there. The location I visit I would give a 4. Just moved to Texas and this location has gotten food spot on once. But not today. Beef crunchwrap supreme was supposed to be chicken and my wife got a Dr pepper but it should have been a coke or Pepsi. We don't have the money to keep buying food at places. Went there after a night out trying to grab something quick on the way home. Employee had his car blocking the drive through and who knows what they were doing in there. FAST FOOD has finally returned to this location! Not only have they picked up the pace, but the freshness has improved as well. Someone finally woke up and put people in there that know the meaning of customer service. I ordered the nacho bell grande meal and received fresh tortilla chips and the taco actually had a healthy filling. You actually get a for this experience. I stood at the front counter for five minutes without being served, they did not greet me as I entered and I was not notified that I will be attended to shortly. They communicated verbally and with their body language that they were not eager to serve me and didn't want to prepare the food I ordered. When my family and I got home we sat down to eat our order was slopped together and the quesadillas we ordered didn't have any beef in them at all. The only reason I gave this place one star is because the website forced me to. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They were out of everything, but that wasn't even the bad part. I had already paid for my food before they told me they were out of over half of my order. Instead of redoing the order she had me swap meals and I should have been refunded. But the lady working the window refused to run the new order on a new ticket to show me my new total and decided to "call it even". I will never go back to this place. Ever. So, this was my experience with this location. I waited for approximately 5-8m for some to take my order,even though there was no one else waiting except me. I had to ask if anyone was available to take my order, to which they reply, you haven't been help sir? I said no I have been standing here for about 5minutes. Ok sir we are coming she reply. Approximately 3m later a girl stood in front of the register just looking at me, I was assuming she was going say can i take your order, but no she stood there just looking, till I say are u ready, than that was when she finally took my order. As she was walking away I said '' excuse you forgot my cup'' she than turn around and just handed me a cup. With out saying a single word, that place is not very friendly and you have to wait a while before someone can help you. Well after that I waited like another 10 to 15minutes for my food.
