This review is for Parkdale Mall location in Beaumont Tx. I really do not feel leaving a review will even help this situation because after reading other reviews for the same location and pretty much the same complaint nothing has been done. With that being said as a business owner myself it is hard to just let this go. I do not have a receipt number or whatever it is that you may want to make this issue right because nothing was ordered. My husband, my child, and myself were eating inside the mall and we were eating our slice of pizza and still wanting something more. I remember the Charley's Cheesesteak location on Phelen having the best wings and also the absolute best customer service, I assumed this location would be just as satisfying, I was wrong. As my family and I were eating I not only watched the worker disrespect and give ugly looks to other customers but I heard the way she spoke to them and it was unacceptable. Again as a business owner and knowing how customer service should be, I wondered if anyone else was slightly aware of the discourteous behavior as well as myself. I examined the food court and not only did I see the expressions of other people as they watched the ill mannered employee at the Charley's Cheesesteaks inside the Parkdale Mall, I heard others complaining how the female at the cash register was rude and extremely unpleasant. While this was all going on my husband actually walked to the register to ask if this location sold wings and the same very rude employee that EVERYONE was already talking about, was not only short and ugly with him but has also made faces and rolled her eyes behind his back. I watched and I just has to ask if she really did what I just saw. All he asked was if this location served chicken wings and she was not aware that I and others were watching. When I asked her if she did that she answered him and said she saw me looking and asked if I got a good look at her with complete attitude. As I turned and to leave the scene she did the absolute same exact thing and rolled her eyes and mouthed off. She continued to yell and call names as we were leaving and of course my husband did not take that lightly and said his choice of words. Again, no matter how many bad reviews this location has, nothing will get done about the customer service. The owners need to be aware that this establishment is inside of a mall all people walking by, passing through, or sitting is still a customer. Even though no purchase is bought from this company does not mean that there is no one watching the behavior of the workers. As long as you have an employee wearing your logo and name, that person is representing you and your company. Please bring a solution to this problem before ANOTHER bad review. I am not expecting a free sandwich or drink but what I am expecting is that action is taken! read more
