I just ordered Beef fajita nachos online from Casa Ole, twin city Hwy near Walmart. It is more than any one person can eat! The fajita nachos are actual steak, not ground meat. The steak meat is Very Tender, not chewy at all! I would recommend Casa Ole to everyone. The only complaint I have is their mobile App is in no way "user friendly." They need to fix that. read more

We were reminiscing on a trip back to Port Arthur and decided to revisit the Casa Ole that we ate at every Sunday night back in 1984. It was better than we remembered. Don't order from the mall location! Order from the Twin city highway location. I learned this today when I ordered on Yelp through Grubhub for lunch and accidentally was sent to the mall one. It's like eating at a completely different chain and not in a good way. I got the Southwest chicken soup which is supposed to have pinto beans, corn, shredded chicken, avocados, etc. I asked for extra broth on the special instructions and they made a big deal about giving it to us for free bc they didn't know how to charge for it. The soup itself was basically broth with corn in it. There was no pinto beans, the chicken was basically disintegrated and it was cold. Also, I ordered and paid for green sauce with chips and they didn't put it in the bag. Only the free regular salsa. I'll make my own soup next time. Highly disappointed. read more

Other than the slow service their food is extremely good! Where their queso is not that impressive and a little bland, it is surprisingly addictive along side their "red sauce" or salsa. I got a ground beef burito with rice, beans, and queso on it, and devoured it fast. It was delicious. I recommend this place for small to medium party sizes as they are typically understaffed and will have issues placing in and keeping track of drinks refiles, orders, etc. read more

Like Taco Bell claims to be Mexican Food, Casa Olé claims to be Tex-Mex. It's not horrible but it's not where you'd go if there were real Tex-Mex restaurants in the area. Staff is nice and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Food is digestible but is pretty bland. read more

I have to give Casa Ole at central mall 5 stars!! 10/10 it was excellent. The restaurant was extremely clean, well lit and decorated so nicely for the holidays. The staff was friendly and professional. The FOOD was so GREAT! The chips were light, fresh and crispy, not greasy at all. Our enchilada plate was freshly made and full of fillings, not flat and empty like some locations. The lettuce on our bean chalupas was fresh and crispy, not soggy. The rice was moist and fluffy. Everything we tried was noticeably better than we are used to eating. I grew up eating at central mall location but now live in orange where the casa ole here is very dirty, dark, run down and smelly like old beer when you walk in. The food is average. It was a nice change to visit port arthur casa ole and we will be making the drive to eat there when we get our casa ole craving! read more

Welcome to Taco Bell. I swear starting with the service it was great no problem server was nice fast and not deaf like the rest of the younger generation now . Now off to the food. I did eat 90% of my food want lie. But it dang sure wasnt something I'd come back for. The best part of dinner was the coors light that wasn't cold. The water tastes like dish soap so I had to put lemon in it after that not to bad. It's a nice place in a mall that is on its way out. Just go to Taco Bell it will be cheaper. read more

Poor service and terrible food! As someone who eats Mexican food on a regular basis, I was not impressed when I ordered tacos al carbon. The meat was so tough that I had to take it out of the tacos and cut it with a steak knife. In addition, the cook dumped cheese on the tortillas! The waitress never asked if I wanted a refill, and she disappeared without bringing my check, so that I had to go to the register to ask the total. I Do not recommend this place. read more

This restaurant is a very clean place to eat. My wife and I went around 1:00 P.M. and, although we did not have to wait to be seated, most of the tables were filled, signifying that it is a very popular restaurant. This place gets four stars mainly for the service than the food. I used to eat at casa ole a lot when i was younger and thought it was the best mexican food around. While i still consider ok, this would not be my first pick. However, the service here is awesome! I placed an order to go and asked if they would honor a coupon i had. I felt bad because it would deduct almost the entire price of the food. She happily did and even added a ton of chips and salsa to my order! Definitely some of the best service ive received.
