This place is a joke. I pulled into the drive-thru needing food fast -- that's kind of the whole point of fast food -- but the speaker didn't work. I sat there, nothing. So I drove up to the window, and still nobody helped me for over 10 minutes. Not even a "we'll be right with you." Just straight-up ignored. When someone finally decided to acknowledge my existence, I tried ordering churros -- of course, they were out. So I settled for two burger combos. Paid. Then sat there for 30 minutes waiting. For fast food. That's pathetic. When they handed me my bag, I figured it had everything. Nope. No fries. No drinks. Not even a single napkin. Just two sad burgers after nearly 45 minutes of total nonsense. What did I even pay for? This location clearly doesn't care. The staff moves like they don't want to be there, and honestly, it shows. I stopped in around 11:00 am. It took about 30 minutes to get my food. Other people in front of me had the same experience. Drive through backed up. When I was asked what kind of drink I wanted, I said unsweetened tea. She apparently didn't hear me because she asked again. Then she said they didn't have unsweetened tea. So I said sweet then. She said they didn't have that either. The tea machine was right behind her. With the amount of time it took to get my food, she could have brewed some. First and last time coming here. read more

It is flanked by many business such as Walmart, Lowes, Chilis, Ihop and pretty much anything mainstream you can think of that you find in a clutter. This sits litterally on a 4 way intersection so you can't miss is. Interior has been mostly clean everytime I patronize here and customer service is a roll of the dice. read more

I posted a piece of moldy bread from a burger. Yes, moldy bread. For the sake of your health, do not go there. We sure won't ever. We went through drive thru, and when they gave us our bags, they just shut the window. I was not sure if that was all of my order. There was no "thank you" or "have a nice day" or anything to signal that that was all of my order. Just a shut window. I sat there like an idiot until I mouthed to the lady if that was it and she just nodded. This location was ok as far as updated and dining room was clean. That is what the 3 stars is for. What prompted me to write a review was the burger I tried. The advertising looked good and sounded good for their all new ribeye burger. However, I should have known better. The ribeye patty was just a regular machine made frozen patty which was hard to tell from a normal low quality patty. It looks and tasted like the frozen patties you buy in bulk for an office cook out at Sam's club. The other disappointment part was that it was not even hot off the grill. The temperature and taste was like it had been resting under a heat lamp waiting for the next order so they could make it fast for drive thru customers. Because of The price and poor quality I would not order again. Because of the feeling of being taken, all Jack n Box's will be my last resort when looking for a burger, or any fast food. I recently discovered that a double meat burger at WhataBurger. It is a great way to get a thicker burger, hot and fresh and for just over $5.00, and taste even better than just a single burger. I don't work at or own a WhataBurger, but tried the double meat for the 1st time this week and was so surprised how good it was. Had to hold with two hands like a great Texas burger and was not warmed under a heat lamp. read more

Waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes before even getting to order, so i when i finally got to the order screen i placed my order and wasn't told my total until i pulled up to the window. When i got to the window i was told to pull forward to wait for my food. 22 minutes later and 7 cars later we are all sitting in the parking lot waiting for our food. They forgot which orders went to what cars and messed up everyone's orders. I think some where along the lines these employees forgot the purpose of sending cars to the parking lot. It's not meant to be done to every single car that comes through. I'll also add the manager (lady in a white shirt with blond hair in a bun) was outside during this rush smoking a cigarette on the phone. Filed a formal corporate complaint. After the torture of trying to get the order taker to get our family of six's order right, not a single thing came out correctly. Literally nothing. So I approached the counter to ask them to remedy the situation and was met with nothing but several bad attitudes. They were horribly rude and I had to put up with several insults trying to fix my family's order. I won't be coming back. Upon entering this location the store was really clean, but only because they did not have any customers inside. After I placed my ordered tried to get sprite and coke. Both of these drinks were out. Asked for ranch they did not have any. Asked for salt and pepper they didn't have any. I finally received my order and they gotten everything wrong. Really disappointed. read more
