This small little spot is super close to me and this was my first time trying it. First - service was great, and I signed up for their rewards program. Second - the honey lavender latte iced was delicious. It was the perfect blend of espresso with lavender and honey. I quite honestly like anted to go back to try something else. Will be coming back! read more

The coffee and food was good. The service was fine. The ambiance was OK. It would help if te place was bigger.

Service was friendly and speedy, but their espresso shots have no crema. Yuck. An espresso shot without crema is not to be drank, so I will be eating my $3. Also, the coffee smells strongly of mint which is extremely strange. I also found the drive thru aspect of the shop to be unclear. Probably a spot best left for locals who like sugary Dunkin style coffees. read more

Longfellow's Coffee - Espresso Shots - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kinnelon, New Jersey

Coffee is never consistent as well as customer service. Sometimes good, sometimes uncomfortable interactions

Fun and friendly staff. Great drip coffee, which I know sounds boring but it is hard to find a place with a decent drip coffee anymore. All "coffee" shops are everything but coffee. Not Longfellow's,. Definitely recommend for their coffee. Their baked goods have been hit and miss, sometimes amazing but the most recent the muffin was dry and over baked. read more

Very cool drive thru coffee shop with GREAT customer service! We placed an order online and drove around to pick it up which was ready in no time! They had many drink options to choose from along with a selection of food items. read more

Extremely awkward that they ask you "would you like to leave a tip" when you hand them your credit card. I don't experience this at any other drive thru. Two stars and I won't return for this reason, because when I decline to tip it's awkward and then I wonder what they're doing with my drink. Bad vibes. Management take note. read more

This place is a hidden gem. I have driven by a million times and never realized how great it was! Also the drive through is genius. Their coffee is terrific - they have a million choices. I would stop here for sure if I'm in the area for a coffee. Staff is great too!! read more

Tiny building that used to be the place you would drop off film to get developed - now a cool little coffee shop. Been here a few times, coffee great and nice menu of items. read more

I am a big longfellows fan. The coffee is delicious and so are the baked goods. They also have smoothies here which are tasty too! I recommend a flavored cold foam with an iced coffee or cold brew Love the aesthetic of the small drive thru and the smell of coffee is just heavenly. read more

This concept is absolutely adorable and such a great convenience! Perfect spot when heading to Rte. 23 from our house. Staff is always super friendly -- much appreciated guys!! Standard order is black coffee with oat milk. Always does the trick. Have had other drinks, lattes, etc, all have been good. Typical Starbucks pricing but much happier to support a local spot. Just wish we would have a cute sit-down cafe somewhere in Kinnelon!!! Mr./Mrs. Longfellow if you're reading this pls consider opening a sit-down spot somewhere among the many beautiful serene, wooded places we have in our town :-) read more

First time ordering here and I absolutely love how cute it is. I ordered the French Vanilla Ice Coffee and definitely love it. Ill definitely be coming back. I ordered the Iced Caramel Machiato Coffee for my husband and it was stronger than my usual tasting but my husband enjoyed it. Definitely recommend! read more

Delicious coffee great service. A tiny shed like spot. I placed the order online while waiting in line in my car. Drove up a couple minutes later, grabbed my coffee and went on my way. Perfectly done. read more

Great fresh coffee and super friendly people. Great little spot if you haven't tried it, I would recommend you do!

Stopped at the Kinnelon location to get coffee because my co workers rant about how good it is. wasn't the case. The coffee spilled all over me and burnt me due to the person not putting the top on secure enough. after that was all said and done, the coffee tasted horrible and burnt. will think again about coming here. read more

I love how dedicated Longfellow's is to their craft. They do coffee and they do it well. Their cold brew is the smoothest I've ever had and their "red eye" is a great drink when you need an energy jolt. When we arrived there were only 2 cars ahead of us, but a gentleman was kind enough to come out from the small hut and take our order. Service was friendly and fast - everything I want for a drive thru coffee place. There are some snack bars and a limited variety of breakfast pastries, so if you need something to munch on, there are some options! read more

My absolute favorite coffee. I've been going there over 10 years and it keeps getting better. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A little on the expensive side, but we'll worth it. Sometimes with my small kids I have a hard time getting out to get coffee and one night recently I got there right when they were closing/closed and they still served me. Great costumer service read more

Love this place! They always have creative options. I like that they are now serving an organic coffee however it's typically too strong In flavor for me but I keep trying! I love to just get a regular latte here. They make it great. Hot cocoa too! And I really want to try the turmeric latte sometime soon. read more

I was in the area and used to frequent here for coffee and that was always delicious. I tried their raspberry half iced tea half lemonade....wow!!! They need to bottle that drink immediately! Their prices are a bit steep however and I don't think having a bagel with cream cheese sitting out on the window on a 75 degree day is best for business. read more

Best coffee around the area! My family and I love this little coffee shop and everything about it. The smoothies are rich and full of fresh ingredients. My son had a seasonal pumpkin smoothie. He raved about how awesome it was. My caramel pumpkin latte made perfect and delicious. The wife got the same thing but with light this and sugar free that. A mouth full of an order, she says they always get right. Quality snacks and desserts are presented at the window. My wife loves their granola bars, if you want healthy. Sweet and rich, ask for a brownie warmed up. Comparable Starbuck's pricing but I believe a lot better. Drive through only, so the line of cars can wrap around the parking lot but give them a chance. It's worth the wait and I've seen the employees take multiple car orders, to help speed it up. Ask about their rewards program, if you plan on being a repeat. read more

I must have driven past this place over 50 times and i never knew how good it was. I'm actually really mad at myself for never going there. The outside of this place is very deceiving, it looks like a place where they would just have one or two coffee pots and that's it. WAS I WRONG. They have everything from coffee (even different roasts) to expressos to frozen coffee drinks. I just got a dark roast black coffee and it was really really good. I look foward to coming back and getting a Cafe Americano. read more

Happily will drive out of the way just to get their amazing coffee. The staff are incredibly kind. There just isn't anything of this quality anywhere in the area. From the house-made syrups to the seasonal creations (I'm looking at you, Pistachio Matcha!) we just love coming to this cute little drive through. Even when there is a line, it goes fast and is absolutely worth the wait. Ditch the over produced chain shops and support a local and quality establishment! You'll be glad you did :) read more

Excellent service and Coffee. Drive up only never a long line, they are pretty efficient unlike some of the other coffee shops in the area.

This place is so cute! It's a little drive thru coffee shop. I actually drove around it two or three times because I had never seen one and I wasn't sure if that's what I was supposed to do. So, just drive up around it if you get confused. Anyway, I get a simple cup of black coffee with a shot of espresso. It was very good. I have no complaints what so ever. The service was quick, the price was cheap, and it woke me up on a long drive home. There are also numerous espresso drinks and smoothies! I wasn't able to try those however so until next time! read more

My favorite place to get coffee or matcha. They have a long list of flavors that are house made. I won't go anywhere else!

Great place for a latte, coffee or snack! There are always new seasonal items on the menu and the quality is great!

A Kinnelon/Butler staple! Some of the best coffee in the area (at least I think so)! I am a huge fan of the iced red eye and the seasonal pumpkin latte. I have yet to try the frozen hot chocolate drink in the summer, but it's on my Longfellow's Bucket List. I really enjoy the drive thru set up, too. It's a random little hut in the middle of a Blimpie and (I think) UPS drop off location, but boy does it get a line, especially on a Saturday morning. Quality coffee and service, and a good selection of pastries and breakfast foods, too. You know I'll keep coming back. read more

Outstanding coffee, lattes, cappuccinos and espresso. It is quite literally a diamond in the rough. I'm extremely critical, frankly a snob, when it comes to lattes and cappuccinos and this little place absolutely nails it. Even on morning rush as small as they are they are very quick and keep the car is moving. I'm just extremely sorry it took me so long to write this review. Now go find it, go get yourself a latte it's well worth the trip and do not pass his place without signing in read more

The coffee here never disappoints. They always have an interesting array of ingredients that make the experience extra special. The service is always fast and the lovely people working are always so pleasant and eager to answer any questions you may have. Love this little drive-through! read more

Don't pass this place by! It is the small drive-thru only place in the parking lot of the new NYSC at the intersection of Kiel and 23. If you are on your way to work, take an extra minute instead of going to one of the Dunkin stores a bit further down the road and give it a try! Great coffee, great prices and friendly people. Here are the basics: 2 roasts of coffee... the lighter one is more like DD flavor and the darker is more like SB. Their espresso drinks are ALL excellent... too many to name but all good! The prices are right on... falling in the middle of the bigger coffee places. The food is REALLY good. For a drive thru breakfast, it is hard to beat. I'm not sure they have it now but they have this really good "Recession Buster" sandwich for $1 when you buy a coffee (at least at the location on 15...can't remember if here too). A real egg (yes...not that DD crapwich) on a panini style piece of bread. Good stuff! I have also sampled a few different regular items as well that were great. Kudos to the owner (really nice guy, have chatted with him a bit) and the staff as well! read more

I came to this little coffee shop in hopes of a new spot on my way to work . On my first attempt i ordered a medium size coffee . While I was a little set back by its price (slightly high) and its time to make just one cup it was on average . Nothing to brag But every place has its day so i went again to give it yet another shot . This time ordering a small . When came time to pay the price was the same as if I had purchased a medium like before . When I brought this up all the barista could respond with was "well that was a mistake" . Only mistake was coming to this place and thinking a small business would try to keep customers . Oh well they can keep their coffee and ill take back my $$ But if your looking for below quality and high price served with a side of poor management well this is your place read more

This place is seriously top - notch. Favorite coffee place of my life currently. Decently expensive but i'd definitely say that its worth the half dollar extra in comparison to dunkin donuts. The only thing that bothers me is that the initial flavor is 50 cents extra, I wish only extra flavors to the primary would be extra, but its not too big of a deal. The people are super nice and I LOVE their coffee. Since ive started to get coffee from them every day, I really do not enjoy dunkin donuts coffee anymore. Try their coffee, its awesoome! read more

The coffee is "okay". Friendly service, but not really a fan of the espresso shots. It's pricey like Starbucks, but not Starbucks. I don't know if it's the coffee brand they use, or the espresso shots not being pulled right, but it doesn't taste very good. read more
