The girl just sat and hit on a customer the whole time and gave a free drink to him while I had to wait forever just to get a drink.

The bar was open but only cash. we came with my cousin who was 15 so we left and said next time. Next time came and we go to try and feel the experience. we came after being in the river all day and wanted to unwind. Funny because there are game everywhere so we were going to keep playing. When we got there we had just missed bingo. What a bummer since it looked and sounded so fun. Food: quesabirras western burger Basket of fries basket of onion rings fish and chips fish sandwich crispy fish tacos it was so good and so much flavor. so glad we came back to try the food. drinks: beers soda water for it being a pub it doesn't feel like a bar or anything like that, we came for a family meal and had fun playing all the games and enjoyed all the food.

The menu lists bbq sauce for the western bacon cheeseburger yet it was so dry due to them putting the absolute least amount on as possible. This happened with the Rogue burger as well. Lists mayo on the menu yet nothing was on it. The ranch dressing is clearly watered down to the point that I might as well have come from the faucet... Oh and did I mention the hair we found in one of our burgers. Now don't get me wrong, I understand that restaurant work can be fast and chaotic however we ordered at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. We are the only people in the restaurant portion and 3 patrons sitting in the bar. We were snubbed and upcharged when we asked for lettuce for the incredibly dry burgers. With the marginal service provided and multiple up-charges to the already overpriced dry burgers and 4.00/person to do putt putt, I would not recommend. I mean unless you want a side of human hair with your meal and entertainment.

Although the pork was kind of dry it tasted OK but I doubt that I would order that again. Wife's steak was great with mashed potatoes. However, the spinach wasn't served with the rest of our dinner and when we asked about it three different people said it was on the way. They finally served cream spinach when we were finishing our dinner! Evidently the waitress that took our order forgot the spinach so it wasn't ready until we were done. Dinner was expensive for a casino I thought and they exhibited a rather cavalier attitude about spinach being served so late. I feel that they should have 'comped' the late order! It seems doubtful that I will return to this Steak House.... 3 out of 5 stars was a generous vote.

If you go outside in the back there's another room with 2 pinball machines ( yay!) , darts and pool tables. Oh and a jukebox. The only thing they could improve is the presentation of alcoholic drinks. Get some proper martini glasses . I don't want my dirty vodka martini in a plastic cup or wrong glass. It messes with my costuming, lol! The last time I went my brother and I saw the Reverberators. They were fantastic. I had a draft cider which wasn't super sweet, thank you. And the fish & chips. Now that we've had the opportunity to visit multiple times, I feel we can make a fair assessment of the overall menu, and Dragon Express is the emperor of Chinese food in the area. With a large menu that includes classic American Chinese options in addition to more authentic fare, this restaurant can be a crowd pleaser for a range of preferences. If you want to go with stateside standbys of orange chicken or broccoli beef, you can't go wrong. The dim sum offerings are solid: xiao long bao (soup dumplings), har gao (shrimp dumpling) or siu mai (mixed dumpling) are what you'd expect and will please the table. If you're feeling more adventurous or are banging on the table for 'authentic' options, there is a submenu for such a palate. I am semi-addicted to their La Tzi Chicken, which is like a peppercorn/chili infused and topped chicken plate. Strangely on the menu, it has no 'hot pepper' indicator, but trust me, it's more like 3 peppers. If you are a pepper belly like me, this is a great one, but otherwise, go tamer. Service always seems a bit slammed, but they do a solid job. It's probably because everyone is starting to discover this place. Takeout is a brisk business on top of the dine-in crowd. The ambience is a little meh, but that's what you get with a chinese restaurant built inside an old Bobbio's pizza location. This place is worth the drive for me. And yes, there are robots that assist in the service.

The restaurant was relatively busy and maybe they had online orders as well, it seemed our fried rice might've been forgotten and it was brought out sometime after we asked about it. We heard a bunch of tables around us also had forgotten and/or late orders. Might've been an extra busy night for them. I think the fried rice would be yummier if it had that wok hay char aroma. For southern Oregon, it's a 4. If it weren't in a small town, it would be more like a 3ish

Grants Pass is a small little town so thank you Vault, for opening. You are definitely filling a…read moreniche as I don't believe you have any other competition. I was told by my cousin that you are the only night club in Grants Pass and seeing as how everyone and yes, their Mothers showed up by 12a, I believe her. Here you have the perfect combination, a three tiered level. One room is perfect for some friends to hang out and have some drinks, relax and sing a little karaoke. Good rotation as far as I heard and saw and a great layout, with a sort of wide L shaped configuration. Although I will say having the doorway to the outside smoking area right next to where the DJ is for karaoke was not planned well. The funky thing was, giving that there was a capacity issue with the person to person ration in the patio area, a line was created of smokers waiting to get to the designated area causing a line to form through the area in which the karaoke singers performed. Awkward. Moving on to tier numero deux we have the "club" aspect. Big dance floor with a stage for the DJ's to mix their jams and U shaped seating with high tables and bar stools throughout. The service was ok, not too shotty but not all that convenient. What I DID NOT like was that they did not serve water freely. They only had bottled water available for the convenient price of $2.50 each and said bottles were the cheap cased bottled water you get at Costco. Foul play Vault, foul play. The bouncers were a little high strung to. DON'T TOUCH THE ROPE! A lesson learned by moi, having done so only to be lectured and humiliated by a tight wound nugget head of a bouncer. I guess they don't get much action in these parts so that can slide. Last but not least, tier 3-the restaurant. I can only thank the gawds/owners that they decided to incorporate this aspect of the business. It is absolute perfection. Just think, a diner attached so that at the end of the night when the club shuts down and you want to take that unsafe drive to Dennys with your friend who is "ok to drive" but are really fearing for your life-you don't have to worry! You can sit your happy buzzed butt right down in a booth, order up some cheese fries, sip on some coffee and reminisce about the faux Jersey Shores Vinny you saw and all the other horrific visions one can only witness in a fabulous, small mountain town. You really made my vacation Vault. Thank you.

The balls on the pool table are all busted and they don't have replacements. The pool cues are garbage. The dance floor looks like it's something from the late 80s LOL. I honestly don't think they ever get more than 30 people in there all night! When I went up to order a drink, I was ignored for almost 10 minutes and there was nobody else at the bar but me. I tried to get her attention, but apparently "she couldn't hear me because of the music." Then, when I actually get my drink, it's made horribly wrong. We will never be back nor will we be recommending this place to anyone. The other half of the bar (the karaoke part) is 20x better than this so called "nightclub".

You HAVE to make a reservation or you don't get through the door. The door actually takes you into a barbershop at Tinseltown and then (with a password) behind it, recreating a speakeasy experience from the days of Prohibition. And they ask you to dress up--no jeans. That's kind of fun, but it's really all about the food. INCREDIBLE FOOD. Four of us had 2 different beef steaks, rack of lamb and swordfish steak. ALL done perfectly and tasty, as well as various sides. No one regretted their choices. The service was impeccable--attentive but not intrusive. And then there were the deserts: the four of us shared 3 different deserts and all were to die for. I'm a longtime baker with varied experience here and in Europe and never had better deserts anywhere. Not a place for kids--no one under 21. Mocktails as well as wine and. cocktails. And fairly expensive but well worth it--we were celebrating a birthday and when they found out delivered the deserts with a huge wonderful sparkler.
