I didn't have long john silvers a lot as a kid, as an adult I have it once a week! Great food!

Out of fries, out of green beans, you don't like anybody the other sides, that's fine we won't replace it but charge you full price. The problem is not customer service per say they're friendly teens doing their job. This one is for management to fail to stock properly and prior to a weekend too... IDK why everyone was anticipating the opening of this location, we set our expectations too high. 16 pieces, 4 tartar sauces, and 2 sides short I'm feeling a little disappointed . Poor staff, unfriendly and rude. I felt like they were not there to work but ignor the customers. It took way too long for them to fill my order and they seemed to enjoy in making me wait. Went today 11/6/25 had to wait brought food out they forgot a whole platter had to wait again. Didn't put any hush puppies in the one they left out. Ordered three orders of clams got one clam and two tiny shrimp which I didn't order. Want be going back. read more

went at 530 pm, 3 tables had people sitting at them. ordered 2 fish and chicken platters. order comes out after 3 or so minutes the lady says I put some condiments and silverware in there for you I drive home and not only is there no condiments or silverware, it only had one of the platters..it was a 25 minute drive each way. I usually double check to make sure everything is there before leaving, however i niavely thought that since she just addressed that I could drive home assured that the money I just spent wasnt basically stolen. I have not been to a long johns in probably 15 or more years, and moved to another town recently so I figured it might be better....in conclusion I drove almost an hour to get money stolen from me. I have NEVER been so disappointed by a reopen in my life. Ans the only problem is we can't really fuss because our receipt reflects what we were given but NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. WE asked for 6 pieces sea share fosh fish, 9 liece sea share chicken. We got 2 boxes of hush puppies and a box of fried shrimp. We live in Henderson, so it's not like we can just fix it. No tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. Biggest disappointment EVER!!! I was looking forward to the reopen and you have just like crushed it. Crumbled it. And no noone cares, but when you don't eat but once a day due to illness, you tend to enjoy your cravings more. And the crab cakes were burned, fishy and trash. Rude staff. Don't listen to your order at the register and make you repeat it x4. Rolling eyes when you ask for a fork or condiments. Every table is dirty while workers are leaning and talking. Had to clean our own table. New and remodeled. Try getting newer and better employees. read more

Twice I've had coupons for online orders. Both times I have ordered and been given a pick up time. I arrive at or after the time given. The first time, I sat at the drive thru window for twenty minutes waiting on my order. Today I walked in to pick up my food. No one would wait on me. The manager yelled at me "order at the kiosk". I kept waiting and finally he came over to wait on me. I asked for my order. They hadn't started it yet. I told him I would like to add two soft drinks to the order. He looked at the print out and said "They aren't on here." I said "Correct. I would like to add two soft drinks to the order." We waited a while and got our food. My chicken pieces were literally the size of my finger. The cheese bits had no marinara sauce. When I asked, for it, they were out. The soft drink machine spewed carbonated water. The dining room was trashed. We had hair in our food. They've changed the recipe for hush puppies. Hush puppies are now bigger, but they are kinda like cake. Maybe added baking soda? Two weeks ago I ate at a Long John Silvers in Oklahoma and it was great. But the Longview location is poor. read more

I ordered two fish and shrimp platters to go from inside. When I got home one of the platters had no shrimp. Both orders were cold also.

Love the variety, and the price is reasonable. Food is always fast on the drive thru.

Service was pretty quick at the drive through and the young man at the window was very polite! Food came out tasting pretty good! My order was correct, hot, and fairly fresh. I ordered at noon and they weren't very busy. Only complaint I have is that I didn't get any crunchies with my chicken, but that's ok! read more

Well pulled up got out the door was locked employee said drive thru only no signs any where around saying this when I called they didn't say anything very disappointing was looking forward to eating there. Had not been there in a while, but decided I wanted some fish, not catfish that most restaurants serve in E Tex. The coleslaw, FFs, hush puppies were all good, but that fish was dripping in grease like I had never seen it. Just awful!! Won't be going there back for a long tome. read more

Absolutely the worst .. we waited for 5 minutes at the counter before we even got waited on and there was only 1 customer in the restaurant We were about to walk out when someone finally walked up to the register to take our order. It took 20 minutes to get the food and I swear the food must have been cooked the day before and just barely warmed back up but the fish was dried out and rubbery the fries were limp and cold save yourself and find somewhere else to eat this place was horrible I will never go back. Time and Time again they get my order wrong. They either give me ff and no Cole slaw or something wrong all the time. The last time I went there was over a year ago.
