Many storage places just hope and pray that people forget to pay their bills so they can seize your storage, often declining to send reminders to people who are late. Enterprise is not like this. They have a generous grace period during which they send out several reminders. They are in the business of providing rental storage units, not seizing property. Also of note, during Covid, before we knew that we could claim unemployment we were worried about our bills and paying them in time. I called Enterprise at that time to inquire what would happen if I was late and they informed me that they were freezing all seizures during the lockdown. This is a solid, ethical business and I would recommend them to anyone.

When I left, I looked for a member of staff to let them know I was leaving, and the office was locked and remained locked for over 15 minutes with no member of staff visible. In the end I left and had to call in to the main phone line to find out about final payments. Wish I'd stayed with extra space storage.

All of the buildings were super clean, looks like they put new carpets, and the actual units were very clean. The manager, Jocelyn, was absolutely amazing. I have had the unit for about a month now, have gone in only a handful of times, but they are consistent.
