I noticed this place when driving by and saw it was full of people during a sports game. Today we stopped by and had a nice meal here. LB Pizza is a large establishment with four TVs, a Bar, and ample seating. Tonight was a quiet night, not too many people and it was nice to enjoy the place without the crowd. We had Buffalo wings a bit too tangy for my taste but not bad. Fries with Chili beans were good, the large Pizza with the works in it was good. Looking at the menu, this place has so many dishes from seafood, Pasta, Hamburgers, Pizza, and hot and Cold sandwiches. Must come here and have your next event here. Plenty of room. Exquisite dining, loved their pasta. Had a bad experience elsewhere at a different restaurant this past week so I needed a better dining experience and I was not disappointed. First time trying this pizza spot. I love to study next door at The Library. We got the special: XL one topping and salad for $24.95. With tax and service charge the total was $29.22. So the salad bar had a lot of options. The lettuce was fresh so that was great. BIGGEST draw back, there were nats under the sneeze guard. Kinda grossed me out. But there has been a heat wave here so I want to give them a pass because bugs have been everywhere. The pizza was ok. 6-7/10. It was med range taste, definitely not the best in LB. The cheese was fresh but the crust was lacking. It reminded me of Little Cesar's crust actually. I would consider this as "cafeteria style" pizza. It's pretty low on the pizza tier list, that's right below fast food pizza like Dominos and Pizza Hut. It has this cheese that's slightly undercooked, you can almost taste it, the bottom crust is absolutely nuked, so you have this soft doughy chalky layer into a hard crunch. Of the sauce, cheese, toppings and dough nothing stands out as quality or delicious. I'm sure this pizza is fine if you are wasted and waddling down Broadway and need to shove something in your face. Otherwise I would not recommend for strictly the pizza. We used to like this place but it has gone downhill. Our favorite was their Italian meatballs and the best Italian sausage in town. On our recent visit they had changed to a cheaper version of sausage and it looked and tasted like (I am not kidding) dog food. I could not even eat my sandwich. Also the roll was dry and not the same. The salad bar used to have a nice variety of foods like shredded cheese, pepperoni, pickled 3 bean salad, Italian peppers and more, but now it is pretty barren with none of those.
