So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

Please take the time to take pictures before and after you drive their vehicles. Read and make sure the fuel and mileage is the same in the odometer and the contract they give you!!! As you can see in the pictures below, they charged me about 20 miles more and they had the nerve to charge an additional $17 for fuel that I made sure to to put back in the tank before returning it. I wish I had read the reviews before doing business here because there's a lot more people that had the same or similar issue with these people. And for those who are wondering, the pictures I took have the time when they were taken so I have proof I took them before I drove off and after I returned it . I hope this helps at least some people from getting ripped off.
