There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. The rent goes up fast!…read more The facility was clean and easy to access. The rate for the 5x10 unit was $51/month in August 2024 (after a $41/month introductory rate for three months). They increased the price quickly. In May 2025, they raised the rent to $66/month, and they just notified me that on February 2026, the rent would increase to $86/month. That's a 30% increase every 9 months, a 70% increase in a year and a half. I'm moving my stuff out before the next rent increase goes into effect. If I were to do it again, I would only consider Public Storage for short-term rental (less than a year).
