I have e had the storage for almost 1year is affordable and good for the price. The staff is nice and I never have any problems!

stay away!!!! gate is wide open and no telling when they will close it so there is no security and your vehicle is at risk for theft. 5:45 am today the gate got stuck from opening. it opened maybe 6ft wide. i called the emergency line and they said repairguy will be there in 15-20 min. almost an hr later he rolls in. then 20 min later to open it. i called later during the day to confirm the gate is fixed and i was told it was fixed. i was told a dump truck hit the gate. that was a bold lie, that gate wasnt damaged at all. it was still on the tracks, not bent or falling over. the real reason the gate wasnt working is because the chain that is on the gate that gets turned from the machine was bone dry, no lubrication on it at all. when that chain isnt lubed it will bind and strain the machine causing it to not work. how do i know this, i ran a storage facility for 20 years and i had the same mechanism on my gate. anyway, i show up at 8pm to find the gate wide open. i called the emergency # and no answer. i get a call back and a man claiming to be the owner telling me about this dump truck at 4am hitting the gate. he told me that if im not patient for them to fix the gate that i am being evicted tonight and he is disabling my code and towing my vehicle out. that is against the law. in order to evict they have to serve the proper paperwork by state law and give "x" amount of time to leave since ive already paid for nov 2025. now at 8pm i was talking to a customer that was exiting and he told me that at 4am he was there and the gate was stuck and he was calling them because he is now late for work because he cannot access his truck. funny how he didnt mention a dump truck there at 4am hitting the gate, hmm, thats because no truck was there at 4am hitting the gate. they just lack maintenance on their gate and dont care about their customers. this is how they treat customers. they leave customers with no security when you are paying for that gated security. so i strongly urge you to rent elsewhere as you will not have any security here as this gate is wide open as i am typing this review. read more

I've done business with BTA Self Storage twice and I have to say that they have great customer service and I don't take that lightly these days. I own a Trucking business so often have to find parking storage for my fleet. The ladies are very friendly and organized in the Terrell office. They explain the process and have me setup in no time. For 3 years they took $50 each month from my checking account, I finally noticed there was no debit. When I called, I was told it had new owners and there was no record of me having been a customer.Unfortunately, I am a 76 year old widow whose son took care of the storage for me. He has suffered a stroke with memory loss. I don't know the number of the building. BTA can't help, since I am NOT in their computer. I guess I am up that creek without paddle. read more

I storred my trailer here and after being away for several months returned to find it broken into. The broken parts were not there and the door was closed. I was not contacted. The staff was not entirely helpfull in reviewing security footage etc. (stonewalled) I did recieve a call from one of the owners offering me to move to another facility further away. I can't know for sure if they knew it had been broken into or not but it was obivous from 30' away. It is important for anyone to know that there has been a bold break in in this facility and that they are good at scripted talk about how they have never had a problem. read more

Confident that our boat is in good hands. The staff was extremely helpful getting us set up and had ample space for backing in a trailer. The security cameras, code required gate entry and patrolling staff ensure your items are being looked after. Oh and if you need a Uhaul, they do that to! read more
