I also pay a premium for electricity so I can maintain my batteries on my boat and this is the second time the electricity hasn't worked and this time it's been weeks without resolution. I call and leave messages and no one returns the calls, ever!!! This company sucks and they won't talk to their customers. If you ever do talk to someone it is a person somewhere in Asia with no idea what is going on. And they won't give you information about how to talk with the owners. This company sucks!!!

When it got here, there was a broken window and the vent was melted. We've had it for almost a month now and twice they told us they were gonna be out here and they still haven't got out here. We chose W5 because of their five star rating in my opinion they don't deserve a five star rating. I'm sorry. But this is ridiculous. They need to get things done when they say they're gonna do it.
