I call and leave messages and no one returns the calls, ever!!! This company sucks and they won't talk to their customers. When it got here, there was a broken window and the vent was melted. We've had it for almost a month now and twice they told us they were gonna be out here and they still haven't got out here. We chose W5 because of their five star rating in my opinion they don't deserve a five star rating. I'm sorry. But this is ridiculous. They need to get things done when they say they're gonna do it.
