This place is as good as it gets when it comes to self storage. I've been renting from this place for about a year and a half or so and I've never had such awesome customer service. The gentleman who works on the property is very helpful and so is the general manager, Brena. She new my wife and I were wanting to move into a unit on a specific date so we had it reserved and ready for the move in date. Brena was on top of everything for us. She helped us find the perfect unit and everything, the whole experience was painless and she was wonderful. The gentleman that works for her is great as well. He is always very helpful when we go in to pay our bill. I love this place. The pricing is competitive with other self storage facilities plus it is always clean. That is a HUGE plus! Thanks guys for all your hard work!! read more

Devon Self Storage was my first ever experience with rented storage space. First, I was able to reserve what I needed on-line, with no reservation fee required. Next, when our move was delayed several days, one phone call took care of changing the date. I received an email confirmation of the change. When we arrived, Pete gave me a tour of the facility and showed me my reserved room. We agreed it met my needs, I completed the necessary paperwork, made payment and began unloading. The facility is immaculately maintained. I can make my payments on-line and the location is convenient to my new home. I couldn't ask for more (and I usually am hard to please). I highly recommend Devon Self Storage, Greenville, TX for your storage needs. read more

I had moved a LOT of things from my home I was moving out of and needed a storage in Greenville. After researching those in this location I was reminded by my daughter her experience she had had with Devon some years back so I decided to go with them and I wanted an inside unit. I got just what I was looking for. I would strongly recommend my favorite, knowledgeable, sweet, very polite and impressionable Bree, my go to person. Thanks Bree for the many times I've vented to you about some personal things and you listened. God put you there just for me. read more

This place is by far the absolute best place you could ever rent from. I have had three units here and the manager, Bree, and the assistant manager, Lisa, are completely amazing. I love these guys and I love this property. The place is always well lit at night, you don't have to worry about it ever, EVER being dirty. It's VERY clean. Nice part of town. They will take great care of you! Tell them Josh sent you! read more

We called the location on I-30 in Greenville and requested a certain size unit and got exactly what we needed. They worked with us on cost and we were so pleased with the pricing we didn't hesitate to secure our unit. They were awesome to work with. NEVER had a BETTER experience when I've rented a storage unit before. We HIGHLY recommend them. read more
