Every time I've needed assistance, she has gone out of her way to help me and has always treated me with respect and understanding. Even during times when things weren't easy for me, Barbara was always sweet and willing to work with me. She never made me feel uncomfortable or judged, and that really meant a lot to me. The rent goes up fast!…read more The facility was clean and easy to access. The rate for the 5x10 unit was $51/month in August 2024 (after a $41/month introductory rate for three months). They increased the price quickly. In May 2025, they raised the rent to $66/month, and they just notified me that on February 2026, the rent would increase to $86/month. That's a 30% increase every 9 months, a 70% increase in a year and a half. I'm moving my stuff out before the next rent increase goes into effect. If I were to do it again, I would only consider Public Storage for short-term rental (less than a year).
