I Was excited and wanting some candy and it looked pretty colorful from the outside. However, upon entering I felt as if I was in a ghost town. The employee was sitting down behind the counter just ignoring everyone who came in so quite literally the store was not being monitored and a few other customers mentioned how it would be easy to take. I wanted some gummies and went over to their selection but you can tell it is not maintained. Lots of stale gummies and or empty bins. It was rather disappointing. Once I was ready I was at the counter for about 12 minutes and I kept looking at the employee to see if they would come over. Eventually I said excuse me and he got up very annoyed. Didn't even greet me, tons of attitude and mumbled my total so low I couldn't hear it and had to rely on the screen for my price. I said thank you and he just ignored me and went back to his seat to completely ignore the other customers. It is pretty unfortunate that this location has such awful service. read more

If your employees lack the personality (or basic decency) to engage with customers, they have no business working in retail. And if management turns a blind eye to discriminatory behavior, then they don't deserve patronage. I bought macarons from this store yesterday. I am absolutely irritated. The employees were horrible. It took them a solid 5 minutes to acknowledge my existence as I'm standing at the counter with the girl right on the other side. Then she looks at me like I'm crazy for standing there and asks if I need help. When I gave them as a gift they were absolutely wrong. The wrong combinations were in the wrong box. At least 4 of them were completely the wrong macarons. Two people put these together and still messed them up. Macarons are too expensive to mess up. I will never again shop at this store. Found this candy shop located in the mall so I decided to check it out. The staff was helpful as soon as we walked in. They have a large variety of candy to choose from. From chocolates to even fruity flavored candy. I typically always have a sweet tooth so I had to get some gummies. Usually places that sell large bulk of assorted candy, it's usually been sitting there for a while or is extremely hard from sitting there for a while. Their gummies were nice and soft. Only complaint is that the candy was priced extremely high. read more

My experience in this place was amazing. The store is incredibly beautiful, and shiny. All the employees try their best for you to get a good experience. They show and explain everything for you since you walk in the store. You usually can get a medium size jar for $12.50. (that you can refill later for $5) but, today's deal was "buy 3 get 2 free". So I got 5 jars total for all my family and even got a mini bear for free/ You can also sample all you want. They also have a variety of international sweets you can't usually find anywhere (Korean, Mexican, European, and more...) I loved their cheesecake flavored chocolate, and their chocolate covered pretzels My mom doesn't even like chocolate and she still loved some of the flavors she tried. My very first experience in this place was nice, then several times I've visited it was great as well. So this this one time, I was walking around the store and saw this family with their baby and the baby was fussing and crying, then the mom let her baby grab some gummy bears without using the metal scoop. The employee working there saw them doing that but didn't take action! He didn't tell them anything! That's so unsanitary! I felt sick to my stomach and decided not to get anything on that day. The next time I visited, I decided to get a pound of gummy bears and other candies. I wanted to try out the strawberry and banana flavored gummy bear but saw that there was a long strand of hair stuck inside the gummy bear container. That really grossed me out! I feel like they don't clean out their candy bins and that's just awful! Why don't you (employees and managers) clean out the candy bins!? Also, don't greet me after I buy something! Usually, I'm not into these kinds of candy stores but Lolli and Pops has my family and me under some sort of confectionery spell. We stop by more regularly than any dentist or doctor would recommend and we spend more money (especially on gummy bears) that any reasonably financially responsible person would advise. Alas, we rebel and go back over and over. (Thank goodness for the frequent shopper program.) I've bought other gourmet gummies online, in hopes of finding a slightly less expensive alternative to no avail. Nothing has compared to these deliciously squishy gummies. AT, who usually hates sweets, eats these gummies by the pound as he parks on the couch to watch "Death in Paradise" on Netflix. I slightly hung my head in shame as I paid two dubs and a half for our booty yesterday. Now I just hope that the stash lasts more than a week. read more

You want to see if you like something in one of the bins? Just ask! They will explain all of the different parts of the store to you so you getter a better lay of the land. KUDDOS to whomever came up with the training here. You did good! Layout: fancy chocolates in the front by the registers along with novelty candies (I HIGHLY recommend the push up chumpa chump lollipops by FLiX CANDY). Then you get your international candies like Aero bars and dark chocolate KitKats. So good! You have your jelly beans and licorice on the right side wall. On the left side you have your chocolate gallery of white, milk, and dark chocolate covered things. In the back you have your GUMMI everything! They even have sprinkle covered gummies. If you have dietary restrictions (like me) ask the staff about the ingredients in an item. They won't lie. They will pull out the label and let you read it. (No sprinkle gummies for me- boo!). Oh they also have novelty sodas too. The bin candy is by weight, so be cautious when putting gummi snakes on a bag because those add up fast. They have scales and bags all around too. This place is across from the Disney store close to the food court by the pretzel place. My ONLY recommendation, if they are not doing it already, is to make sure to sanitize the serving utensils daily. Self serve means lots of germs. Otherwise, LOVE this PLACE!!! read more

Whenever I come to Perimeter mall I always stop by Lolli and Pops. They offer candy from all over the world and their shop sells literally everything you would ever want or can dream of. My favorite thing to get here is their cocktail flavored gummy bears including Mai tai, pina colada, and champagne. They also make cool chocolate bars in unique flavors like Sriracha or Espresso. Best texture and full flavor gummy bears I have ever had in my life. I'm a chocolate person and don't usual meddle with candies, but boy oh boy do they carry a mean mango gummy bear!! Ended up buying an entire tin of gummy bears for $30. We got 3.32lbs in total but when you buy a tin, it is a flat price so try and stuff as many as you can in there!! PLUS: BRING BACK YOUR TIN AND GET REFILLS FOR CHEAP!! I stumbled upon this shop by chance, and I'm glad I did :)! Big fan already. Staff was very kind, helpful, and obviously cared about the product they were selling. The selection of chocolates, candies, and sodas were impressive, also. Found many unique items I'd like to try! I purchased three truffles: wedding cake, tiramisu, and the White Russian. PACKED with Diabetes! And you will love the ride! The staff is real friendly and will let you taste anything. They even promote you to taste. I had to tell the guy to walk away from us. Lol. A great variety of old school candy and special chocolate concoctions that put your pallet into overdrive. I'm glad I only got out of there with a pound. They aren't cheap for sure but I would go there over any other Godiva type any day! Of course this is in the mall so parking is whatever the mall parking will allow. read more

A cute little candy shop that claims to have treats from all over the world, but I was disappointed not to see my favorites: Ovaltine bars from Switzerland, Boci hazlenut chocolate bars from the Czech Republic, and Brazilian Coffee Candy from Brazil. Sigh! Yes, they do have some cute treats like marzipan piggies and Santas, but I have a few complaints. First, some of the staff is not friendly, one is pretty rude. However, one staff member Sidney is super sweet. Second negative: I see kids putting their hands in the jars and bins of candy, and that's just disgusting. So, I'd only buy what's packaged. I didn't like their macarons, although they are refrigerated and nicely packaged and presented. Too sweet and gooey. I really enjoyed their truffles, though. There is a huge selection of truffles, and they are huge in size, and frankly, I've never had such yummy truffles at Godiva or Leonidas, I highly recommend the truffles here. They have throw back candy, old school and new school sodas, popcorn covered in all sorts of stuff, gummy bulk candy, chocolate bulk candy, truffles, marzipan, etc etc etc. If you spend $10 you get a punch on a card, once you fill it up, I forget what they give you but spending $10 in here isn't hard when truffles and macaroons run you $3 a piece. The customer service has been really great the 2x that's I've been here. I'm hooked on the chocolate covered honey comb, YES!! actual bee honey comb covered in chocolate! A tire iron would probably taste good if covered in chocolate. The champagne gummy bears are tasty as well. Cool place to get last minute gifts or stuff that will make quite the impression. In the back a massive gummi bear erected on a gummi bear wall. There is quite a wide range of treats. They even had chocolate from Davao, Philippines-- which I'd never really seen before.. More a neat thing to me. Otherwise, they had a small wall of Japanese treats including the popin cookin' kits. Some classics like the white rabbit cream candies and a matcha white rabbit. Matcha twix... they actually had quite a few matcha items--- like matcha cotton candy on their cotton candy wall. Other notables: -specialty chocolate bars (some really fancy ones too) -Refillable gummi bear glass jars & other refillable candy containers too if you're willing to pay the year supply refill amount) -Japanese/Asian treats -Cool honey wall. -Gourmet cotton candy -Fancy rice crispy treats -Cool soda wall We bought a few of their signature bars since they were on sale and also got one of the Topp'd bars (pumpkin pie spice) since it looked cool-- orange-y color. This thing really reminded me of some shops I visited in Belgium... as they'd have chocolates in trays topped with cookies/speculoos, or treats to give it a bit of fun. I had a wonderful experience in this candy store! I really enjoy the vintage candy shop look of Lolli and Pops, and what really made our experience was the level of customer service. Sydney was very helpful and showed us around the whole shop, but especially their gummy bear section. I love gummies and she gave me my space until I had questions, then she let me try almost every flavor of gummy and also suggested which jar is the best for my needs. I'll admit they're a bit pricey ($12.50 for a small mason jar of gummies) but you can pack them in as tight as you are physically able to, and they have gloves you can wear while stuffing them in, which I appreciate. Plus, if you actually sample a bunch of candy, you've practically eaten your money's worth. Their gummies are super tasty, and I like being able to pick only the flavors I want to eat instead of buying the mixed packs that are usually available in stores. They even have non-alcoholic gummies that taste like alcohol. I especially love the grapefruit gummy bears. I also like that they let you refill the jar once you've bought it at a discounted rate. They also have the best selection of candy from all around the world, even candies I haven't seen since the early 90s! Everyone who worked here was super nice, and I think a lot of retail locations could learn from the customer service they provide here. I wasn't planning to buy anything when we walked in but they showed me the value of the candy they provide, and also were so nice that I was happy to pay for such a great experience. I will remember this shop and even if it is more expensive than buying pre-bagged candy, the quality of both the candy and customer service make it worth my while to come here as a special treat to myself from time to time. They have Kinder Eggs! For years I'd been told, "can't sell them, they're illegal." But Lolli and Pops did their homework, beat the system and found Kinder chocolates with the toys that can be sold in the States. Bravo! Prices were what you would expect but well worth it. It's fun just to walk around and see all the whimsical, unique and hard to find sweets here. I was immediately transformed into the proverbial kid in a candy shop at Perimeter Mall's Lolli and Pops. They have fun items like 5 lb gummy bears and giant Snicker bars. This would be a great place to find a gift for almost anyone. They have a nice assortment of various chocolates in bulk bins. You can mix and match and fill up a bag for $13/ lb. I got some chocolate covered peanut butter ritz crackers and chocolate covered gummy bears, delicious chocolate covered toffee, something with caramel and pretzels and chocolate, chocolate covered pecans and raisins. I was standing at Starbucks when I noticed this little place. I have a huge sweet tooth so naturally I had to stop in. I bought a wedding cake truffle, white pecan one, and chocolate raspberry one. The only one I liked was the raspberry one, but it still tasted "off" to me. The guy checking me out was very friendly and said that I could try anything in the store, even if it was packaged. That they would unwrap it and let me taste before buying. I was impressed by that but didn't feel like dealing with the crowd in the store and bought the 3 chocolates without tasting. Big mistake. The employees here are always really friendly and helpful. I usually stop by for a variety of the bulk candy, they also let you try a few pieces first. I like that they do this, because there have been a few flavors that sounded good, but I ended up not liking them. They have a huge selection of gummy bear and gummy candy flavors! Also chocolate covered gummy bears, which sounds weird, but they are delicious! They have a lot of white chocolate candies too. The place is beautiful and full of candies. It is a heaven for children and I wanted to taste everything. You can buy the candies by the pound and 1/4th pound costs 4 dollars. There is a huge collection of candies from all over the world. You have gummy bears, chocolates, candies, taffy and the list goes on. On only concern was the discrepancy in the weight. There was a weighting machine kept outside for customers, we weighted our candies and it was exact .250lb however we were charged for .290lb. The decorations, friendliness off the staff, and sense of magic in the air make this place feel like childhood come to life. While I was walking around the store Danielle let us try a chocolate candy that was in the "fill it yourself" section. She even cut it into smaller pieces so it wasn't an overwhelming amount and gave the rest of it out as free samples. Laura was also an incredible light in this store, speaking with families, helping with small children, and just generally being a great person. Both Danielle and Laura were friendly, talkative, and made us feel welcome and wanted in the store.
