Everything I've eaten or drank here is so good! The staff is great and really cares about the customers. I love supporting small local business! Can't go wrong w/ anything on the menu!! read more

This place is great. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious. The blueberry muffin, coconut cake and grilled cheese sandwich are to die for! read more

First time there. Flat bread was delicious! Italian tuna sandwich, not impressed. All you taste is the bread, not enough tuna.

After supporting them early on this was the first time I had to get in. The staff the food and atmosphere all wonderful. Local produce, local staff and owners who are residents make the whole experience worthwhile. Loved the food and the staff. Love the homemade pickles. read more

I've been waiting for Lola's Cafe to open pretty much since last September! I finally got to try it for the first time a few days ago. When you first walk in, you notice how awesome the interior design is, even the littlest details are super cute!! For breakfast, I ordered the avocado toast and loved every bite! Everything about it was delicious and just even how it was presented on the wooden block plate was super creative! My mom had the toast with marscapone, Brie cheese and jam and that was to die for as well! I will be coming back very soon to try everything on the menu. Matt and his team are amazing and are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! I'm so happy a cafe like this opened up in Ladera Ranch because the area really needs to have an update on it's dining, rather than just fast food. In addition, they are health conscious about their food which is awesome because you don't feel guilty when eating everything!! Can't wait to see what they come up with next!!! read more

Great family owned cafe with delicious, healthy meals! Love the casual atmosphere. Lots of GF options for breakfast and lunch.

food is great! kinda pricey$$... hot chocolate is bitter sweet chocolate so its not the best oh and there is no seating what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING!!!!! Fresh organic food made with love. Delicious beverages too! Worth the small detour off the 5 if you're in the need for a quick bite and beverage. This place is a hidden gem!!! read more

This place is a hidden gem! Great atmosphere, excellent coffee and ridiculously tasty food. Try Louie's grilled cheese or the avocado toast - you won't be sorry! read more

Stopped into Lola's Cafe for a morning breakfast. Never would have expected to experience a true foodie environment with a unique, eclectic, high quality and delicious breakfast burrito. Great find for those wanting a break from the routine breakfast shops. Service is personal, and the music matches the food. This is the kind of local place Ladera Ranch has been needing.... read more

Great food and delicious pastries! Very happy with the quality of food. Ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was great! Also ordered the gluten free blueberry and cranberry scone and tasted so good! Been here a few times and will definitely come here again. Workers at very friendly and great location! read more

It was my first time ever going to Lola's Café, but it was a good experience. My girlfriend had the raw vegan wrap and she said it was really good and really frustrating. And she also said that she would have it again if she were to go back to the restaurant. Also I had the oven roasted turkey club, which was good but I wouldn't suggest having it toasted. Because the Brandeis good by itself , it was just too tough when it was toasted. But the ingredients really first the serving sizes they give you are really good. All total for the two lunch items one ice tea and la croix soda : it came out to 29.90 which I thought was a little pricey. My girlfriend who is with me enjoyed the patio outdoor seating and the inside arrangement was nice as well. reason why I'm giving it a four star instead of five is because I've been been there only once, and I haven't had anything from there before so I haven't been disappointed. But my first impression of the place was good I would suggest it. read more

Nice atmosphere., friendly counter folks, be nice if they offered a small egg breakfast. Nothing fancy but something other than danish. The chairs were not that comfortable to sit in but for a quick coffee break it does a great job. The vanilla latte tasted great! read more

This was our first time here and everything was great! I got the oven roasted turkey sandwich with garlic aioli and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend trying this place! read more

Can I just say MMMMM!!! Love that Lola's made the effort to put vegan options on their menu! So far had the avocado toast, almond milk latte and raw vegan wrap, all delicious. The only thing I'll do differently next time is order raw onion on the wrap...perfection. An employee said they're working on vegan pastries as well, can't wait! read more

The food here is amazing, but they often run out, even when items are still on the menu. I have called in 3 times to order a tuna sandwich, and each time, they said they were out. On the plus side, the owner is a great guy who goes out of his way to educate you about their food and beverages. read more

A most delightful lunch. Matthew, the proprietor is friendly and passionate about the food served. And the food lived up to his enthusiastic description. The avocado toast was a great balance of healthy, savory and satisfying. The caprese sandwich was the best I've had. Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, house-made pesto on this amazing, warm, soft baguette. Full flavor and satisfying. The mixed berry flat bread was the perfect conclusion to our meal. Fresh blue and black berries, honey, and mascarpone cheese. I'm very happy! Thanks Matt and Ava. read more

Good stuff. Super cute place, NOT a chain (unfortunately all too rare in South County). I went for an early lunch with my mom. Very good espresso and a good array of healthy / indulgent options. My mom had a grilled brie & fig sandwich and I got some kind of crazy raw vegan wrap. I'll definitely be back to check out other options on their menu! read more

Such a delightful experience! Ladera needed a place like this. I had the lavender latte and avocado toast...amazing!

Delicious fresh food. There was a little delay in the kitchen. The owner came over apologized and let us know what was happening. Offered some treats and cold brew coffee. Great customer service from Ladera residents! read more

My husband & I have been regulars at Lola's since almost day one. Not only do we love the organic, free-range & made-to-order quality of food, we especially love the refreshing ambiance & the positive energy this place exudes, which we attribute to the friendliness of the staff & Lola's owners Matthew & Ava. There is usually a line at the ordering counter, and the wait for our food is usually longer than average, but it is all worthwhile in the end, and we will continue going back there for sure! read more

Very delicious! The staff is great! Service is awesome, and the place is so cute! Need a place to work, or get a quick breakfast? Lola's is the place! The only negative thing I would add is the small menu. There aren't too many options, but I love the sweet potato breakfast burrito! I would definitely recommend this nice restaurant. read more

We have patronized Lola's a few times in the past few months and the food is spot on every single time. The restaurant is very comfortable and inviting. The food is fantastic, the ingredients are extremely fresh, and all the meals tasted great. We have been for breakfast, lunch and dessert and coffee. The Avocado toast is to die for, the lemon olive oil took it up a notch, and the chicken curry was full of flavor. All the desserts we have had were amazing, but my favorite is the chocolate cake and the hand crafted ding-dongs. All the food we have had was scrumptious. The service is great and the people we interacted with were extremely friendly. If you want a great meal in Ladera Ranch, you should go to Lola's. read more

One of my favorite places to visit, whether it be alone or with friends/family! The location is out of the way for us, but we find it well worth it. You won't find another place like it. Everything from the coffee and food to the service and atmosphere is one of a kind. Family owned and the owners make it a conscience effort to get to know you by name and stop by and talk to you. I haven't tried anything I didn't like. The honey vanilla latte is one of my favorite coffee drinks hand down, but I also like to switch it up with the lavender latte or the dirty chai latte. The avocado toast, proprietors burrito (vegan) and grilled cheese and tomato basil soup are my favorites. Their soups are all homemade and vegan. I have tried about 4 different ones and love them all. This spot has ruined many other coffee spots for me since they set the bar so high. Their gift cards make a great gift to show someone you care also! Stop by and enjoy! read more

So excited to finally have a healthy spot in town that I can thoroughly enjoy and feel so good about what I just consumed .

What a great find! Yummy food and great service. I watched Matthew, the proprietor, take great care taking every order to insure each customer gets their order exactly as they want it. This made for a bit of a wait to get to the counter but there is plenty to keep you occupied while you wait. There is a beautiful pastry case filled with things like lemon bars and fluffy coconut cake as well as high end wrapped goodies and bags of Lola's granola on the case and counter that will be sure to distract you from the line. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is fun. A wonderful combination of a sweet neighborhood cafe mixed with a little bit of rock and roll, as you will notice when you check out the framed posters on the wall. Definitely recommend and looking forward to returning. read more

Lola's Cafe has it all: Delicious, healthy food in a super clean and inviting environment with a great vibe, served by friendly folks with a smile! Nicely done guys! read more

first time going here because I'm a customer of the storage unit what coffee shop is out of whipped cream and they don't sell large size.

I love Lola's! Everyone who works there is super nice, especially the owner. All of the food is great, and I especially love the grilled cheese (brie, pear and fig - amazing). The honey vanilla latte is excellent - I wish I could have one every morning! Starbucks has nothing on Lola's lattes! So happy to have Lola's in the neighborhood! read more

I LOVE Lola's -- it's a little on the pricey side, but well worth it for an excellent lunch. The flavors are bursting with freshness. A great little gem! read more

Super cute cafe up and coming in ladera ranch. I only tried their coffee but can't wait to come back and try a meal. Nice presentation noted with meals coming on wooden boards to your table read more

Coffee is good. Food is good. Atmosphere is good. Wait time for food is ridiculous!!!

Stopped in for breakfast and I was impressed. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee. The service was good, the food was nice and warm, and the place was not crowded. Great ingredients in my breakfast burrito:spinach tortilla, turkey bacon, egg, yams, salsa!!! They have some healthy options which is awesome. Tje food was made fresh to order. If you wamt to complain about a long wait, than go to Mcdonalds. This is not a fast food place. I recommend this place if you want some good chow. read more

It was SO SLOW!! Both the line moving very slowly, and wait for food is very long. Food is good, but it took 25-30 minutes to wait for breakfast and almost an hour to wait for lunch between time spent in line and the food prep. Food is good, but no time to eat by then! (And yes, you are prodded to enter the tip on the checkout device, before you know how long you will sit and wait for your food). Ordered macchiato (both and breakfast and lunch, as we were nearby for a day) - cup was overfilled both times, and impossible not to spill while carrying to my table (they bring you food, but you pick up your drinks). And very pricey - sandwich price feels OK until you see how SMALL the sandwich is (saw the same with the people eating tiny personal pizza). read more

I don't what the heck all these 5 star reviews are about. The food is very average and there is far better coffee around. The $9 breakfast burrito is actually quite disgusting and the $9 breakfast sandwich was mediocre, while over priced. The staff are not very friendly and kind of uppity hipsters that think cold brew coffee can't get refills but hot coffee can. So when I asked for a refill of hot coffee to go after my cold brew was done they wanted to charge me. I told them to stuff it. Get over yourself. read more
