I love this place. Their turkey club sandwich is, in my opinion, probably the best turkey club I have ever had. I have been consistently impressed by their customer service from the second you walk in the door. Today, they were a little slow with my order, but offered me a free muffin for my patience and were absolutely sincere in apologizing. That is what customer service is all about - that keeps customers coming back!! I think they could teach a few other businesses a thing or two! I will be back! read more

Love this neighborhood gem for both breakfast and lunch! Great food, coffee, and tea with a cool atmosphere

Went here for coffee one morning after seeing it on Yelp and ended up staying for breakfast. The egg and avo breakfast sandwich is so good! The avocado toast is as delicious as it is beautiful. They had an amazing selection of coffee. I can't wait to go back read more

The curried chicken sandwich was the best cold sandwich I have ever had. The flavor was amazing. It was fresh and was extremely flavorful. I did come for breakfast; but was pleasantly surprised by this lunch item. This is my first review. Dropped by for another lunch. The grilled cheese with pears and jam was incredible. We lived the new white bean and Kale soup. It is to die for. Today I came in for a bacon and egg sandwich with a cup of the Ganesh mocha. It was not just a bacon and egg sandwich. The combination of the egg, tomatoes, seasonings was fantastic. The mocha with home made whipped cream was sinful and delightful. I love this place. read more

Delicious! The lavender honey coffee was to die for as was all of the food. Great small business to support. Nice owners that come out and chat with you. Loved it! read more

Great local coffee and cafe/restaurant with home town warmth and personality that only someone that hails from Cleveland, Ohio can have!!!! Matt is a great owner/operator/manager and he will give you VIP service and keep you coming back again and again. Ladera Ranch loves Lola's Cafe. Check it out - you will love it too!!! read more

Lola's is an amazing and not to mention, an absolute necessary addition to the restaurants in Ladera Ranch. I would coin it more as a cafe but, you choose. The energy is so positive here. From the owners to the cashiers. Really makes or breaks a place in my opinion. The coffee selection here is so unique and different! The food is fresh and they always use quality ingredients. I always see new items from local businesses, little snacks or baked treats. Only downside is they close earlier than I get out to grab lunch sometimes! read more

Delicious!!! Thanks for coming to Ladera. Only bummer is that they stop serving food at 2... Can you push that to 4? If so, I know I'll be able to stop by after work. The menu is crafty and you can't go wrong with what you order. I can't wait go back and try more. read more

This is my favorite new spot.... The food and lattes are amazing!!!!!!! Everything is fresh and delicious!!!

A friend had posted a picture of Lola's a few months ago and I finally decided to try it this weekend. It was well worth it...the avocado toast was delicious. It seems so simple but the flavors were very complex. I also shared the egg sandwich with a friend and I was sad to give her the second half. I don't know if it was the cheese or the garlic aioli but it was amazing. I had the honey vanilla latte which was just sweet enough and a huckleberry maple doughnut that was hard to share, as well. When I ordered all this food, I was struck by the friendliness of the cashier. He was helpful and cheerful and it is rare to find such good customer service. As I signed my receipt, he introduced himself as the owner. It is hard to find a business where the food and service are so good. So good that I am bringing my family back here tomorrow! read more

I'm happy with the food quality and service and experience. Came in on late work day morning so it wasn't busy.

Love this place. Fresh food and really friendly service. Vegan wrap and tuna melt are my favorite.

This place has the best breakfast in the area. There really isn't any comparison. Great coffee and Wi-Fi if you're just looking for a place to get some work done. read more

We've been twice, both times the food has been amazing, fresh, and a new. Not your typical boring menu. Oh and the coffee is awesome!

Very relaxing and friendly environment. The Lola's Breakfast Burrito is out of this world! Bit pricey, but quality ingredients. You get what you pay for! read more

Editing my earlier review, the owner of Lola's explained to me that they have tried getting more tables and chairs out on the patio, but the leasing company will not allow anymore chairs or tables out there. I visited again on a weekday right before 11am and they were mildly busy, but no crazy lines or people everywhere hawking tables. This is a really cute, charming cafe in Ladera Ranch with a laid back, relaxed atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and everything I've tried here is SO delicious. Breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, lunch, the honey lavender latte, lavender Arnold Palmer, muffins, French toast soufleé. I highly recommend coming here!! read more

This place is a serious gem! I went for the first time today with a friend and WOW- I only wish I had come sooner. The menu is absolutely fantastic, I wanted to try everything. I landed on the GF Lox Flatbread and it did not disappoint. I asked for a small substitute in one of the ingredients and they were more than happy to accommodate. The owner is so friendly and took the time to check in on us. I will absolutely be back! Highly recommend. read more

I'm very impressed. I rarely write reviews, but this cafe is worth it. The food is magnificent & the decor is charming but not over done. I love the patio. My favorite part is the non-standard menu with delicious food & you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. They do it right. I had the mocha coffee and they used real chocolate. Sooo much better than mochas at chain coffee houses. I also had the Louis' Grilled Cheese sandwich. The best I've ever had, and I've eaten many grilled cheese sandwiches. Amazing. I'm definitely going back often. It's great to have a family owned cafe in Ladera. read more

Love this place! First time visiting, great food, great ambience, great service! This is what as missing in Ladera Ranch! Yummieee! And they have a baristas? I'm going to be a regular for sure! Thanks Matthew for the wonderful service. read more

Great place with a great local vibe. Service and food are awesome. Servings are large and delicious!

Matt was so friendly and very welcoming! The cafe is clean, organized and comfortable. I got the Lola's House salad w/ cashew cheese. It was AMAZING I recommend this place 100% and will definitely be back! read more

Love the amazing menu and laidback environment. Such a gem amongst the random fast food restaurants right near there

Could not get the owner to call me back for two days. left 6 messages very frustrating as this is the place my daughter (who loves this place) wanted for her sprinkle, after two days, I called them back and told them i would be leaving a bad review and guess what then got a call back from Matthew. Sorry Charlie went to Scratch in Laguana Hills and had an awesome sprinkle without Lolas PS. also went in live and in person and still nothing. read more

Get breakfast and lunch spot. Food was reasonable, desserts were overpriced....flatbread was good. read more

One of our families favorite places to eat!!! Amazing food and service! Highly recommended! Try the Avocado Toast with roma tomatoes, and sprouts. Also the Turkey Club with Turkey Bacon and Avocado!!! 5 Plus Stars!!!! read more

Love the food and service! We've been so happy to have Lola's in the neighborhood and enjoy their unique and tasty menu items. I recently worked with them to cater a business luncheon and everyone was really impressed with the food. Thanks to Lola's for going way out of their way to work with me around my schedule and pull everything off without a glitch. Awesome GF options as well; as a true celiac it's something I appreciate very much. read more

Really nice place and very inviting, inside and limited patio seating. Food was fantastic, the wife had chicken curry in a bowl(low carb) and I had the egg sandwich with turkey bacon. Bacon was delicious, wouldn't of even known it was Turkey. You can tell the ingredients were real fresh. Perfect for a couple to meet up for a bite and they serve bottled beer! read more

One of my favorite spots to meet a friend for lunch or coffee. Fresh ingredients and unique menu options

Could have given a 5 star rating for food quality, especially the baguette which had a crunchy crust like those served in France, but was disappointed when I was refused a coffee refill around noon time - they were not willing to brew another large pot of coffee since they would have to "dump it out". Aren't they open until 5PM?? Do they think there will be no more coffee orders between noon and 5PM?? read more

I really wanted to like this place but the older cashier with the piercing was a jack ass. I asked the cashier helping me a simple question, and he leans over to interrupt with a snarky response. No shit this isn't a regular coffee house, but I have corneal scarring and couldn't read the menu on the wall. So get off your sugar-free, gluten free high horse and treat your customers with at least a smidgeon of decency. The food took forever to come out and when it did, our order wasn't delivered together. My moms grilled cheese took five minutes longer than the twenty five minutes we had already waited for our prepared half sandwich and tabbouleh salad that wasn't even worth the wait. Their food is not overly expensive but overpriced for what we received and experienced. Cute decor though. Meh. read more

Cool little place. Nice vibe if you want to smell like fried food. Ventilation isn't all that great. Menu- it would be nice to see a menu on the wall as opposed to searching for a paper with greasy fingerprints on it. read more

There's not allot of donning options in Ladera so I was very happy to find such a cute brunch spot. It's always busy, but not so busy that you can't find a seat. The food is pretty good, not amazing but not disappointing. I've tried the breakfast burrito, a few muffins, and the avocado toast. It's moderately priced. They have mimosas! I really like the atmosphere and outdoor seating. I will definitely be coming back. read more

We had a tuna sandwich and a curried chicken sandwich with a beets, lentils and goat cheese salad. The sandwiches were awesome, fresh and yummy! plus they were prepared without mayo, much heathier and great tasting. Nice charming service from Mathew, whom we just met and we will definatley return and tell all our local friends! read more

My husband and I came here on a Friday afternoon, it was fairly busy with no where to sit inside. However, they have communal tables so we squished our way in. I ordered their zucchini "pasta" and my husband ordered the turkey sandwhich. His sandwhich came out literally 10 min. Prior to my salad, weird, huh? This after waiting for at least 20 min. So he was practically done eating when I just started my meal. We also had a blueberry muffin that they don't warm and a cookie which was actually good. I had a lavender Arnold Palmer, it was tasty but needed more ice on such a hot day, my husband had their complementary water with no ice because there was none. Anyways the sandwhich was good, the pickles are marinated and not good. The zucchini was so yucky, too healthy for me I guess, I couldn't eat it and had my husband's left overs. Anyways, this was a "one and done" for us but probably great for people who are health conscious. read more

This place is great . I just had lunch here with my friend and we both enjoyed our food a lot . The Avocado toast was so delicious as well as my friend's Salad ! Great selection on the menu. Matthew the owner is so friendly and makes sure that you are having a good time and enjoying your food ! I will come back to this place more . read more

Tried this place today and the food was amazing. I had the turkey sandwich and was one of the best I have had. They also have amazing cold brew. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the wait time was around 30 min so they have some work in that area. But I had no problem sipping my cold brew while waiting but hope they can get that figured out. I will be back. read more

I am editing this review after finally being able to check-out this place. Excellent service and the food was great!

Light and healthy food choices, great ambience! The salads and sandwiches are a great lunch treat, awesome breakfast and delicious coffee!
