The service was amazing. I made a reservation for 5:00 and when we got there it was a 10 minute wait but they were very busy. So I don't fault them for that at all. The bread was great and yeasty, my burger was messy but I was wearing a nice dress. All around it was great service. It was my boyfriend's first time coming here and he said it was really good. read more

First of all I want to say that Omar is the best server. He was very attentive and made sure that everything was exactly right during our meal. The manager was all over the restaurant making sure things were alright. While we were discussing a bad experience our friends had encountered at a different restaurant, apparently the manager Kevin overheard and thought we were discussing Logan's. He came over to the table with the things he had overheard as he was passing by, introduced himself and was asking if everything was okay. He explained that he heard parts of our conversation and was hoping he could set things right. When we explained that we were not taking about this restaurant he seemed relieved and then chatted with us for about five more minutes. It's obvious that customer service is a high priority here. The food was delicious as always and the prices are still pretty reasonable. read more

Nice place to hang out with friends. Easy quick service and great steaks! Casual, fun and lots of choices on the menu for all ages and tastes. Some fun drinks on the menu too. One of the more popular places in Walker, so it can get crowded and there can be a wait. read more

There are new rules on masks in place for a reason and for the hostess who kept her mask off her nose you are the reason I will not be back!! All you other idiots who cannot be responsible human beings and not try to help stop the spread by doing something that is so incredibly simple. Wear a mask!!! This is such an easy thing to do. To all those people who are wearing masks thank you for looking out for each other. read more

Hmmm, this one was hard to rate. I was with a group of 10. I think for the most part what we all ate was ok. Nothing that would make me crave it or want to go back again. Well, except for the rolls!!! Those are yummy! As much as I like bread that just isn't enough to make me go back. One of the members of my group had a steak that was rubbery & yams that tasted a bit like a household cleaner. Our waitress didn't really have much of a reaction when we told her why he didn't eat any of his food. I personally think she should have taken it off the bill but that is just my opinion. Other than that our waitress was really good. Attentive and fun. She did bring a small replacement dessert when we realized the brownie had nuts in it & one of the people eating it is allergic so that was nice. Overall it was just ok. It isn't something I will crave but I also wouldn't avoid the place. I just won't likely consider it when looking for a place to eat. read more

Logan's = Awesome Seriously, is there a better "bang for your buck" than Logan's Roadhouse?!! I dine here often and never leave feeling less than satisfied. I will walk out of other restaurant's feeling like I was just taken advantage of and guilty I spent THAT much money on that crappy of a meal (has happened a few times at Outback). However, Logan's has got it going on. Their mid-week specials are ridiculous - in an awesome way. I just spent $42 (pre-tip) for my family of six! I got the $11 meal deal which included: an appetizer, a salad, tons of delicious Coastal Carolina shrimp, a baked potato, and desert! I am feeling guilty, but this time I feel like I got TOO MUCH for my money. I freaking love Logan's. In fact, the only thing keeping me from getting a "Logan's Roadhouse" tattoo across my back is that annoying birthday "yee-haw" that they insist on doing. That stupid thing jumped the shark years ago. Put that out to pasture and I am on the table getting ink! Oh yea, I have to give some props to Todd C - dude is a great server. If you ever pass the Logan's on Alpine, you will probably see it very, very busy. Obviously they are doing something right! KEEP IT UP LOGAN'S!!!! read more

The Alpine Logan's Roadhouse is awesome. Our party consisted of 26 people, celebrating a wedding from that day. They were able to accommodate all of us with excellent service. The employees even did a "shout out" for the entire restaurant to help us celebrate the couple. The food was delicious and everything we needed was right there at our disposal. We couldn't asked for a better location to celebrate the newlyweds Thanks for the hospitality and good times and making this special day "SPECIAL" read more

Went here for a birthday dinner. Presented an email coupon on my phone. They wouldn't take it, said it had to be printed out. Come on Logan's get with the times. The soup was served cold. My steak was fine, but couldn't really enjoy it because of the lousy service. We use to love Logan's but have had bad experiences the past few times. Probably won't be going back. Update: Logan's called to apologize; said they wanted to send me something in the mail to "get me back in the door" but never did. Lame. read more

We've been customers of this Logan's for many years, but the latest dinner was the worst ever. Luke warm potato skins, COLD rice, baked potatoes were not available, tough chicken tenders, never asked if we wanted drink refills, etc. Not only disgusted but also disappointed in the attitude of the manager who explained that the kitchen help was new. Now questioning if kitchen help is even trained!! We will never go back. Instead we'll go to the Logans near the mall in Grandville. If that's no better, we'll forget Logans altogether read more

Okay in the past I've been very satisfied with both their food and service. However, this experience was pretty bad. I ordered a ribeye steak and it took forty minutes for me to get my food. When I did get my food, my steak, which I ordered medium-rare, was both undercooked AND overcooked. My side dish came in a styrofoam cup which looked un-classy and is terrible for our environment. I don't think I'd come again. :/ read more

After a long day of driving from New York, we ended up at Logan's roadhouse tired and hungry. We were greeted by the most lovely and friendly people namely Ianna and Gabe. They went out of their way to welcome us and had us seated in no time. Our server was Jazzy! She rocks, that girl was flying all over the place taking care of so many people and she did it with a smile and we really appreciated that. Our food was outstanding. My husband loved his steak, there was an ample portion with lots of vegetables and shrimp. I had the roadhouse Cobb salad and it was fresh and the steak was just as ordered. Thank you so much for welcoming us and taking good care of us. We loved the Michigan hospitality! Kudos to everyone there! read more

Received my steak before my salad. Waitress never came back to the table until I was finished with the steak ($16.99) and my "dessert salad", no drink refill, and had to sit there for an additional ten minutes for the check. Paid with cash and had to ask the manager if I could get my change back. I would suggest NOT going to this place. read more

I dined here with my mother for her birthday on Wednesday July 17th. We were created promptly and sat at a table that was too close to another and had to be moved before we could sit down. We waited a few minutes when I realized that it was shift change and the managers and servers were doing a pre-shift over in the back area. At this point I started my timer and waited. After another 7 minutes without being greeted by anyone else, I waved down one of three managers in the back doing meeting. He apologized got our drink order and we ordered an appetizer It was still another 6 minutes before our server made it over followed closely by our bar drinks. We gave our server our food order when she arrived two of of the 6oz sirloins that we're on special between 3-6pm. Our bread and the appetizer took 4 more minutes to arrive. The main meals arrived at a timely pace however my moms steak was ordered well done and was delivered medium rare. They immediately took it back to cook it up to the proper temperature. A manger (different than the first one) brought back the steak about 5 minutes later said it was butterflied and apologized for it being cooked improperly. However after rushing the steak to get well done they burnt and charred one side really badly. My mother stopped me from sending it back and ate most of it using a copious amount of A1 and cutting it into smaller pieces. The next issue some when the bill was dropped off and we where charged the full price for the steak meals. I brought his up and she mentioned the specials come with onion straws and since we didn't get onion straws ( a normal upcharge) we were charged full price. At this point I asked to talk with the manager again. . . . Who never came. The bill was brought back with the price adjusted to the special price for the steaks and I left never gettting to talk with a manger because the server said he manager was the person who dropped off the food and we didn't say anything then. They get two stars only because my food was good and my steak cooked properly however being blown off at the end was a major slight in my opinion. Hopefully the management learn to get their stuff together and do the simple things right again. read more

When am I going to learn that most restaurants overcook their ribs? Best part of dinner was the grilled shrimp. Tried the macaroni & cheese, but the pasta was extremely mushy. Good thing was our server swapped the Mac & cheese for a salad. Just average meal. read more

Ask for Brooke D. Awesome service, and just a great atmosphere. She offered great suggestions, and really went above and beyond to make us happy. We will be returning. Also happy hour specials are ok; but not the best in the area. Seems a little expensive. read more

Gosh, never thought I would write a review like this but really have to warn people. From when we entered and given a beeper to when we left we did not have the best of service. Of course, Saturday night its busy. Told it would be 45 minute wait, so we waited in the bar with a drink. Bar service was great. Turns out our beeper wasn't working and didn't find out until we checked why it was taking so long. Honestly we were not the only ones that were told that, several people came up after I did and were told the same thing. Waitress service was not good. Food we were served was good but not how we ordered it. Truthfully there are much better places in the area to dine at than there. Will not be going back anytime soon. However, if you choose to go...be sure your beeper is working before waiting!! read more

Business trip to Grand Rapids. I was looking for a decent place to have steak. I wouldn't rush to eat a meal here. My waitresses was great - always one step ahead. However, my steak was very thin and overcooked and my side of Mac n cheese was overheated and the pasta was overcooked. I would drive the 10 minutes to Leonard Street where there are some fabulous local restaurants. read more

For starters, no cinnamon or honey butter with rolls, which were decent but a bit heavy. Ribs came out at room temperature. Over salted asparagus. Ribs were under sauced. Ribs were good, but nothing special. Typical franchise performance, won't be back. Had to key in the bill weird too. Odd. Server was great. read more

Yikes! Part of this is on me, stupid order. I ordered the smothered roast beef. It was described as roast beef smothered with onions and gravy. I got roast beef that was tough as a leather shoe covered in cooked onions (including the onion top...oops) and the grossest gravy I may have ever tasted. It was sweet and finished with a dirty mop flavor. I left the entire meal minus two bites. The baked potato and salad were both good. read more

I have never eaten at this Logan's, but this is a ringing endorsement of Jeff, the manager at this location. My mother and I got a flat tire in -6 degree weather at 5:00 am, on the way to the Lansing airport. Jeff came across us, offered to help and changed our tire in the coldest of weather. Thank you, Jeff! read more

I really dont know how to leave a 0 review. I dont leave reviews much, nor do I like to complain, but holy shit I'm extremely heated. I used to work in restaurants, let me know if you're understaffed or the kitchen is behind. That's fine I understand, but if noone comes to my table after being seated for 20 minutes, then I'm going to have a problem. Noone asked for our drinks, there was no menus nor peanuts at our table. Extremely disappointed. And you can bet your ass I will be writing reviews on your other platforms as well. read more

The greeters or receptionists at this restraunt are lacking managerial direction and most have to wait even though tables are ready. If you have patience the dinner is a good deal the steaks are salty but not to bad. read more

This may be our favorite restaurant, reasonable pricing and good food and service. The grilling of various beef cuts, filet mignon, grilled chicken, etc. are juicy, flavorful, and fresh tasting. Their mac&cheese side is also good. If something isn't right they will take care of you ASAP. We also like the grilled steak salad but with chicken, it is optioned up with bacon, egg, cheese, croutons, and avocado. Top it with their peppercorn ranch dressing, delicious. Another plus is their service, at least 1 or 2 people ask us if the food is good or to our liking at each visit. And the little brownie cup thing for dessert is super good. Great overall restaurant. read more

I feel it's necessary management is aware of a recent experience. I'm very disappointed. About every 6-8 weeks, I like to come in for a ribeye and Dos Equis. Tonight I was seated by the hostess and sat from 3:12-3:18 and no sign of my waitress. So, I told the hostess, I've been sitting 5 minutes and haven't been acknowledge, so I'm going to leave. I was letting her know as menu and silverware were placed on table when she seated me. She simply said, "ok." How is that experience even acceptable? 11/5 read more

It was my friends 21st birthday and we decided to celebrate it at Logan's during these trying and turbulent times of Covid-19 outbreaks. We were greeted as normal and seated at a booth. We then took a moment to overlook the order as or waitress, Clara came to assist us. She tended our every need with the utmost respect and finesse also handling our food and drinks with care. She even did a birthday announcement for my friend just so I could embarrass him for a few laughs. All together our experience not only with the customer service but the meal and beverages were all phenomenal and will definitely be brining business back because of all these positive factors. Thanks again to Logan's for hiring such great Chef's and Staff! read more

Waited 5 minutes to be seated which I thought was good considering we arrived at 3:15 pm just after lunch. Waited for waitress which was pleasant and took our drink orders. Received the rolls that are complementary without plates. After 46 minutes of waiting for the food I had to return my order for half of the order was cold. If quality doesn't improve I will not return read more

2nd time in a row. Worst service ever! Sat at bar where service is usually excellent in any other restaurant except this place. Finally after 15 minutes food was pushed down in front of me. Never got salad. Never got silverware. Waited 10 minutes for the bar staff to get done chit chatting with each other and other wait staff. Finally asked if everything was ok. Food was cold by then. Still no salad. Complained to manager, however she was less than sympathetic, so I just left. Like I said, this is the second time this has happened. First time manager called me back and told me he was training a whole new wait staff and service would improve. Apparently not. Went down the street to Outback where bar tender was excellent and actually cared about her customers. read more

Danielle and Scott were simply amazing. I have been a server myself and parents owned a restaurant. I didn't know which 1 was the trainee and which 1 was the trainer. Best service we've ever had here. Keep up the good work. We will be back read more

The Food quality is not how it use to be. The last 2 times i have visited this location within a 3 month spam, have been the same disappointment. The time for the food to be brought out was more than a hour. Food was not even hot, the shrimp were cold and the amount of rice that was served was literally one or two spoon serving lol. The steak my friends ordered were either Burnt or way too raw, not even how they requested. For the price they have the plates are not even worth it. Dennys dine house has better steak. Logan used to be on my favorite places to eat but now i dont plan on returning even if my food is free. Employees are nice and professional but the price to food quality ratio is very unbalanced. I dont know about anyone else but im not going to pay 22 bucks for a spoon of rice and a raggedy steak that doesnt even come to how I requested, and for the shrimps to be cold and flavorless. Dont forget the one or more hour wait. Find another place to eat if you want real quality steak. read more

Rolls are amazing. Salads are amazing. Entrees are good. Service is usually good. One of my favorite spots to eat

Went here for a business lunch. We were quickly seated and offered drinks. I ordered a tall Sam Adams beer and was pleased to see it was served in a frosted mug (I LOVE THIS). Ordered an appetizer of boneless wings and the bacon and fried cheese hamburger. First the wings: the Garlic Parmesan wings were SMALL and had almost no sauce. For almost $9.00 these boneless wings should have been larger and better than something you can get from McDonald's. The wings were the reason I couldn't rate this higher. The burger was delicious! Loved the thick cut bacon and the fried cheese was the best addition to a hamburger I have tried in a long time. Of course, everybody loves the peanuts and bread but I will come back for the burger and beer. I recommend you stay away from the wings which are not a good value. read more

I'm not much of a "peanuts on the floor" type of person. But my in-laws love them a good steakhouse and who am I to complain about a free meal? For a chain, they have a nice selection, good menu with something for everyone, and the food is consistent. Service is always on point - very friendly and accommodating. And the food is good, and served in generous portions. Prices are fair too. read more

Awesome service and good food. There are always specials, weeknights are busy! Weekend nights are even crazier!! Peanuts are free!

Danielle and Scott are an amazing pair!! Both did so well taking care of my family and I during my birthday dinner. Thanks to them we will be returning. Great food for the price. Its no high end steak joint but compared to all the other middle level places this has to be the best. They have a great selection of stakes and other options. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The only time I had an issue with the food the manager fixed it very quickly. They can be busy especially at peak dinner times but it is worth the wait.. read more

We LOVE this restaurant! Me, my family and anyone we bring there. Its one of those great peanuts on the floor, laid back but definitely nice kinda places. Good prices, not expensive but not so cheap that you only get what you pay for. The shrimp is AMAZING and the steaks too. They have a good kids menu, extremely friendly wait staff. Plus I discovered chipotle mayo here, my new love in life. Definitely check out a Logans if you have the chance. read more

Went to Logans this past Sunday for lunch. It was the worst restaurant meal I've ever had. Ordered the Chicken Tenders, (really crispy please), baked potato and rice. Was told the baked potatoes weren't ready yet so ordered the waffle fries. My sister ordered just the potato skins. My meal came and the chicken was barely any type of brown, definitely not crispy and lukewarm. Asked the waitress to fry them crispier. My sisters potato skins were barely lukewarm. Back came my meal with lukewarm waffle fries and cold rice. The chicken may been microwaved as they weren't any crispier. Plus, the chicken tenders were tough and had a strange taste. Ate one, a bit of the cold rice and that was it. The manager came over and apologized and said people working in the kitchen were new and things hadn't really come together yet. Yeah, no kidding. I've had the chicken tenders at this Logans many times and yes, unfortunately, they did change the tenders recipe. Upset spending $$ on an inedible meal. I think the waitress was brand new at serving as she never asked my sister if she wanted a re-fill on her drink and never asked what type of sauce to go with the chicken tenders. She was very nice but she wasn't trained well. So disappointed in this Logan's. read more
