I don't like leaving bad reviews and rarely do. However...this place is not worth the hype nor money. The "medium-rare" sirloin steak was just about raw even after sending it back to cook more. It was so tough I struggled to cut it. The broccoli while tasty and cooked well, had black ended stems. The green beans were out of the can with a splash of salt. The ribeye was very fatty and lots of grizzle. The hamburger was smashed to dryness. The mashed potatoes and gravy were instant items at best and sat under a heat lamp to solidify. The rolls were tasty and fresh. We all left more than half of our meals. Thankfully we had sandwiches and chips from our drive to make up for dinner. Our server was very nice and attentive. The bartended was working my section and I ordered an 8oz sirloin (medium) with fries and green beans. He was more than happy to not bring me any rolls (since I can't resist a carb). Unfortunately, my steak arrived well done and leathery. Thankfully the staff immediately took it back and replaced it with another. The second steak still seemed medium-well rather than medium, but it was at least edible. That's more than I can say about the green beans - really gross and pale. If not for swiftness with which my steak was replaced, this would have been a 1 star. The really shocking part was that as I was leaving around 7:30, there was a crowd of people waiting to be seated. We were seated almost immediately and greeted with a smile by Rachel, our server. Crab cakes uh you can pass on those they are a prepackaged premade crab cake not very good. The grilled shrimp he said were good. Over all it's ok not great, not special. My sister and I dined here for a little outing. The server Kristin as amazing, but I received cold food and asked that it be remade. She went and talked to the manager who obviously instructed her to warm it up and return it to my table. I received double fried and slightly burned tenders, Mac and cheese that had been topped off and reheated and the same ribs that were re-sauced and rearranged. It appeared to be approximately 20% filled with customers as we approached the hostess and were directed to a table. When we requested a booth we were advised there would be a 20 minute wait. When asked the reason for the delay, as there were many many booths available, the hostess walked off without answering. We were the only customers waiting for a table. The hostess then left the hostess stand for about 15 minutes while we stood waiting. No other customers came into or left the restaurant during this period. Was very disappointed, I was first introduced to Logan's while living in Sumter, South Carolina and when my husband told me they had one in Pearl, Ms I was looking forward to a date night there. The food was a big let down, especially after the other restaurant experience. The rolls were bland and not warm so the butter did not melt. My shrimp were under seasoned and my husband's parm rice was watery and gross. But the most frustrating part of the experience was the Logan's App. We had ordered an apatizer because as a reward for signing up for the rewards program but even though you could sign up online the points could only be redeemed on the app which only works on older models of Android phone we discovered after we had already placed the order. The waitress and the hostesses are the only positives I can say about this experience. They did a great job, friendly and professional, those ladies deserve a raise... but the media/tech team in charge of the app design need to get the software up to date and the kitchen needs to learn how to cook. read more

So I went by the Pearl location on Saturday 2/22/25 and it was busy but the host did ask if I wanted to sit at the bar no waiting but I usually don't like to eat a full course meal at the bar, so she told me there was a 20-30 minute wait which I was fine with . She took my name and number down to call when my table was ready needless to say it's 24hrs later and my table still not ready cause I received no call that it's ready for me to be seated. I call the store and explained the situation to whomever the person was that answered the phone and she tells me that I can come in today ... Welp I won't be visiting this location anytime in the near future after talking to my employees about this issue they all asked me which location did I go to and I told them the Pearl location and all said oh you went to the wrong one , which is a day late n empty stomach later. read more

Ordered 16oz steak smothered in mushrooms and fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They were out of mushrooms for the appetizer. No biggie! Decided to go with loaded potato skins. And I get my steak with potatoes before I even get my appetizer and salad. I understand I came in later around 8:40. But my steak was medium well when asked for medium rare. Had no flavor. I asked for steak sauce (which I never do) and got a small cup of A1 that was only covering the smallest portion of the cup. My salad was the best thing there and even that was subpar. Took forever to get a refill on my drink, steak sauce, as well as my check.. A real lousy excuse for a steak. Wish I would've looked at the reviews before hand as it definitely reflects this place! Their menu had several salad options, so we decided to give it a try. We both settled on different chicken salads. Our waitress brought our drinks and dinner rolls while we waited on our salads. She came back to refill our drinks and even brought more rolls (the rolls were hot, fresh, and delicious). Our salads arrived with freshly cooked chicken. They were delicious. Then, when the appetizer was brought to the table, we were given no eating utensils with which to eat it. When we finally got the server's attention to ask for some, we were told they had nothing but plastic utensils available, although the table next to us had regular knives & forks. It was another 20 minutes getting our main course, which consisted of a steak & chicken parmesan. It is difficult to cut a steak with plastic knives, so I finally got up to ask another server if we could at least get a steak knife, which we got several minutes later. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I came with a big group (10 people so), but I stopped by a few hours ahead of time to tell them that we were coming. They said they couldn't promise us a table, but it should be fine. It took about 30 minutes to be seated (not a big deal). We were ready to do it all when they came by for our drink order. So- 8 steaks, a bunch of sides, and drinks for everyone was the full order. 30 minutes pass. We haven't even gotten our drinks. 15 more minutes pass, and then suddenly, we get bread rolls. And then, at that same moment, we start getting steaks and some drinks scattered in here. (to be clear, drinks were: beers, wine, and iced tea. We didn't order ten insane cocktails. We kept it simple). The food comes out over the next 15 minutes, except for the person they forgot to put the order in for. So some of the steaks were overcooked, and then there was mine which was still blue instead. And not in an intentional way (I ordered medium rare). I had to hunt down our server at the night's end to pay our bill. Not once did anyone check to see if our order was correct; I didn't get a single refill of my tea. The baked potato on the other hand is not even warm enough to melt the glob of butter and sour cream. No big deal I'll just ask for a hot one. If she ever comes back to check on me? NO BIG DEAL but the salad was fresh and crisp. Too bad this place can't get it together. Oh yea I won't mention the men's room. No big deal but, YUK!
