I am not a person that eat out alot but when I do logan's is the best in town

Friendly but slow service. Plus they forgot the bacon on my burger. Never forget my bacon.

Service was SLOW!! There were very few customers yet it took us 45 min to get our meal. Food was average. Will not eat there again.

If I could give them zero stars I would, this place was a disgrace. We were told when we walked in that it would be 10-15 min wait, we waited for almost half an hour, we sat down and the waiter just walked off then another waiter came, only to be replaced by the previous waiter. We were never given silverware and ended up taking some from tables around us. Are orders came scrambled up, we were never given a second refill on our drinks and when one of the managers came out, we gave him our review and this man did nothing but stutter and talk under his breath. The other managers came out as he left and apologized and paid for our ticket. I doubt they will get my service again. read more

I got the Logan's wood-grilled chicken and it was sooo good! Probably the best chicken I've gotten compared to other places and it was a very decent size i got The Mac & cheese & mashed potatoes as my 2 sides and they were sooo good! I could probably eat the Mac and cheese as just a meal itself lol. I also got the watermelon & blue tonic electric lemonade! The watermelon was my favorite! I definitely recommend trying! Our server Zachary was by far the best server I have ever had will definitely be asking for him next time I go! read more

Tonight me,my mom, my 17 y/o mildly autistic son, 13 y/o daughter and 6 month old son all carried my mother in law out to eat. She lost her husband this week and we were just trying to get her mind off things. We arrived shortly after 6 pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was busy and short staff, the same as most businesses currently. We were greeted by an extremely friendly hostess and told there would be a little wait. We understood this as we were a party of 6 and did not call ahead. The manager frequently came by the waiting area to update us on the expected wait and to basically just let us know that we had not been forgotten and apologize for our wait. It was obvious how hard the manager was working in his role as well as bussing tables, wiping them down, refilling drinks for guests, checking on the guests,and just going above and beyond on what was a hectic night for the staff. We were seated and waited a few moments for our server. Folks this lady was amazing. She was friendly from the start. She made sure we had drinks and anything else we needed. I was sitting on the outside seat of the booth with my little one in my lap when my mother dumped her full tea glass on the table and on my lap. The waitress saved my phone and then helped clean me up while I was trying to do the same for my little one. Then a different server reacted instantly to help me when my little one spit up (projectile). She helped clean me up, clean him up, and clean up the floor. Both ladies did this with a smile and kind words. I was so pleased with everyone's attitude in a chaotic situation. The manager and these two ladies made our experience amazing. We also received our food extremely quick considering how busy the restaurant was, it was all cooked as we ordered ( 3 steaks all cooked to different temps) and everything tasted amazing. read more

Filthy. Menus are greasy and dirty. Floors have silverware and wet soppy napkins that were never picked up the entire hour we were here. Ordered nachos. Had nearly nothing on plate except melted cheese and chips. Awful. The menu description was way off. Stay away!!! Server was great. Very friendly and attentive. read more

I'm not sure what Josh's title is but he was a total dick to me and my family. We were just trying to have a nice memorial dinner for a lost family member and Josh wanted to be a big jerk. Our server Courtney was great but he was awful. Told us that she wouldn't serve anyone else if they showed up even though we never gave a total number of quests just asked for the back room. Our food came out of order. We got our entrees before we got our salads. They none of the steaks were prepared the way they were ordered. Just a mess. read more

My husband, father-in-law, my daughters and myself visited your store in Jackson, TN. I just wanted to write and let you know of our experience. It stared with our waitress/bartender named Katie. She was absolutely wonderful! We were there to celebrate a birthday for my father-in-law, and the food, drinks and service was fantastic. I am positive that we will be back in the near future. Had to remind the waitress we were waiting for our food. Appetizer came out barely warm with congealed sauces. Steak salad was ordered medium but was very rare and salad greens and tomato were inedible. Save your money. read more

We usually stop here when traveling, but tonight's visit is probably our last. My husband found a very long hair in his salad. He got an apology from the waitress and 25% off of his meal, which is probably not even the cost of the salad itself. We expected the manager to at least stop by our table but we never heard from him. Our waitress was good, but the hair killed both of our appetites, so couldn't say about the food. read more

Took a chance with this location and came up well short. We like Logan's in generally but not here. There was no wait, we were greeted and promptly seated. Orders were take and the signature rolls and salads were fine. The Ribeye was of OK quality at best and the New York Strip was undercooked, even for a medium rare. It then took the staff over 15 minutes to have the same steak brought back out to the table. It should have taken a few minutes to get it up to the proper temp but by the time it came back, the table was finished eating. Would not eat here again. read more

Service last night could not have been better. Jacqueline did a great job smiling, keeping our glasses full and making sure we were happy. She got all 6 of us perfectly served without writing the order down! We were seated immediately and served quickly as well. read more

Waited 15 minutes to get a beer. Couldn't wait any longer, went to the hostess in the front and let her know that the service is very poor and I was leaving. She smarted off a little. I bit my tounge and left. Sorry guys service is poor and so is the attitude. In the future take all complaints and use them as a tool to be a better establishment. My husband, my son and I went to Logan's at around 1:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon. We got seated right away. Our server Jamar came right over to take our drink orders and food order. Twenty minutes later, after he had a long conversation with the table beside us, we got our drinks. Meanwhile, the table next to ours, who had come in after us, already had their drinks and were on their second serving of rolls. I wanted their server! So I catch Jamar and ask him what happened to the rolls. "Oh", he claims, "they were burnt. I'm waiting on some new ones." That was the lamest excuse I've ever heard, especially when the server at the table next to us promptly brought out another basket of rolls. Fifteen minutes goes by. I am really upset by now. My husband gets up to get the manager. He explains the situation. Another table of Jamar's chimes in and claims the same horrible service. She vows to fix the situation. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER (yes I timed all of this) Jamar comes out with some rolls. As soon as he set them down I said "Take them back. We don't want them. We don't want anything." The manager promised to comp our meals and anything else we wanted. Nope. I admit to telling Jamar "You suck. You all suck" but I was mad. And yes- they suck. read more

We had dinner there tonight, sitting in the bar, 2nd table on the right. I had clear view of the salad prep area in the kitchen from my seat. It appears that there is not a dedicated salad person, in fact, it appeared that the wait staff prepares the salad. No problem with that as long as standards are adhered to. First, there was one waitress with her hair flying around, second and most appalling was to watch waitresses come in and make the salad with bare hands! I don't think that would pass a health department inspection. We ordered dinners with salads and watched the bartender go in and make our salads and when she served them they were refused as she also used bare hands. I explained the situation and she apologized and went right back and made new ones. Now, I don't know which salads we ended up getting but I think management needs to get a better handle on how food is prepared. Our food and service was very good but over shadowed by the salad episode. read more

The wait for the food was excruciating long. When it finally got to the table, it was improperly cooked. Instead of comping the overcooked steak, they cooked another for us to take home.....and warm up...... so that it would again be overcooked. Never again! read more

Arrived at 5:55, placed order at 6:10, received meal at 7:00. Food was served slightly warm, nowhere near hot. I asked for the manager to express my dissatisfaction, and he took my meal off of our bill. Don't know if I will go back anytime soon. read more
