We were scrambling for food after a long day. We had eaten at Moe's before so we were comfortable with the idea when there were limited options. The staff members at this Moe's were accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a great conversation while they were preparing our order. We returned to our home about 20 minutes away and the food was delicious. Even though there was only a half hour before closing; the food was not your typical end of the night. It is apparent from the employees to the food quality that this location takes great pride. We will be back in the future. read more

I would have given this location 5 stars if they had fresh onions as a topping option. Their service was friendly, and the food options that they did have were fresh and tasty. But the actual seating area is pretty rough and run down. If the local Chipotle didn't have such bad Yelp reviews, I would have chosen to have lunch at Chipotle instead. But Moe's won my lunch money because the Yelp reviewers vouched for the quality of the food, and at the end of the day, that's all my tummy really cares about. This meal made me realize how much I need fresh onions in my chicken rice bowl to truly enjoy it. Nonetheless, I appreciate the fresh ingredients and don't regret choosing Moe's over Chipotle in this area of the country. Supreme customer service and supreme burrito riling skills. We were greeted with a hello and how can we help. The gentleman was a master burrito maker. we were on a trip to Texas and had tire problems and came across this restaurant while waiting to get our tire repaired. We never had been in Jackson TN before so we googled restaurants and came across this one so we gave it a try. All I want to say is this is now our go to restaurant when we go through TN. from the time we walked in until the time we left we felt like family there. The waiter was spot on with service we did not have to ask for refills etc. food was hot and fresh and I cannot say the last time I can say this for a restaurant. if you want to know what a restaurant looks like that is run by people who hate their job then look no further! It is a shame to ruin a good Moes with terrible service. Every couple years I try this Moes to see if things have improved but the service continues to ruin the experience. Website advertises delivery - this is only partially true. After spending nearly $30 for a simple burrito and a bowl, it took two hours to get here. I've been to many Moe's in my living in Tennessee and these folks were the KINDEST! They made some solid burritos/quesadillas (seriously - all the goods) but they were so sweet with my kiddo. Definitely plan to return when in the area! read more

We ordered a taco meal kit and when we got back to the house, the box contained everything - except the tortillas! I called to complain but I wasn't about to drive back down. But the woman I spoke to, a manager I think, offered to bring them to us! Now that's great customer service! And the food was excellent. read more

Today, a pharmaceutical rep for our company decided to cater our lunch and placed an order with Moe's. The order was taking an awfully long time to arrive, so someone called to see what was going on and was informed that the order was mistakenly delivered somewhere else. Supposedly, the "driver" delivered the food elsewhere and either has no idea or doesn't remember where he dropped it off!! A replacement order would have taken at least 30 more minutes to complete, so the rep chose to cancel the order altogether. The issue is not that we did not get the food, as we can fend for ourselves and get lunch. The part we cannot comprehend is this "driver." Who has the job of a DRIVER but has no sense of where they have been? Whether or not he/she had 1, 2, 5, or 10 orders to deliver, you should at the minimum have a general idea of where you have been and where you delivered a very large order of food!! If the company is not using some kind of system to have parties sign for their delivery, they really should consider this. Also, if the company is not requiring their driver(s) to enter the delivery addresses into a GPS system, they should consider this as well. There is no reason that they should not be able to determine who received food that did not belong to them! Our only final hope is that our rep receives her refund for the order she placed. read more

Welcome to Moe's! Typical Moe's experience. Not my favorite burrito in the world (I still don't think rice belongs in a burrito) but hey, at least it's something. Clean, good counter service, cold beer and a salsa bar; it'll do, yes it will do. (Even though it is next to a pet store. . ."is that Chicken? Uh, yeah.. . .chicken") I seem to recall they had a pretty cool Coke machine at this location as well. Husband and I stopped while traveling home from our Ole Miss weekend and had the best Moe's experience EVER. Every worker in the restaurant was friendly and professional. Our meals were HUGE (I even halved my salad to take the second half for lunch the next day!) and exactly what we ordered. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Friendly service. Love me some Moe's when I want a taco salad. I always get the chicken in a shell with a side of queso. Moes hits the spot for a salad and they sit right jn the middle of Qdoba and have more options than Chipotle. They do seem hit or miss as a chain but this location was clean for the most part and the food was fresh. Their shredded lettuce was old but their romaine fresh and crisp. read more

My favorite so far is the burrito bowl. You choose your meat and toppings(which are very fresh) so it really is your way. The salsa bar is very small,but excellent choices. The pineapple cucumber is Awesome and I really like the smoky habenero. read more

I've been here a handful of times. I always get the same thing so I can't comment on the greatness of the food. What impresses me the most is this place is essentially fast food without the "fast food restaurant". The employees treat people with respect, have a sense of urgency about their job, and always say welcome and thanks for coming. The sitting area is ALWAYS clean.
