First off I will apologize for not having Photos, Pam and I were having such a great evening I did not even think of it. We went to the Outback Steak house at about 3:30 PM on a Tuesday so they were not real busy. Our Server was Sydney which we joked with her about, We ordered Shrimp on the Barbie as an appetizer and a bottle of 14 Hands Wine. We were totally surprised when the Bartender who obliviously had fine dinning experience showed up at the table and presented the wine and opened it like a experienced Somalia Poured the wine for tasting and then served us both. WOW that was nice. His name is Andrew and checked in on us from time to time through out the meal. Pam ordered the Filet and Lobster with a salad and a bake potato and I ordered the Aussie style Prime Rib with Wedge Salad and a loaded Potato. Everything arrived perfectly. First the Shrimp App and a bout 5 minutes after we were do with that the salads arrived. The Salads were cold and crisp the cherry tomatoes were cut in half and the dressings were on the side. About 10 minutes after we were done with the salads the entrees arrived. Oh an during that 10 minutes Andrew came by and refilled out wine glasses and we had light conversation which was perfect for the mood. So Pam's Filet was wonderful and her lobster was perfectly cooked and served with drawn butter. both of our potatoes were wonderful and heavily salted on the skin. My Prime Rib was just a bit more than mid rare but still delicious Our food was hot and well plated and we were checked on by both Sydney and Andrew. After our meal we ordered dessert Pam had her favorite Thunder Down Under and I had the Chocolate tower. Both were rich and decadent and we took more home than we could eat. With the desert we asked for 2 glasses of Deseronto Pam's with 3 cubes of ice and Mine with 10 seconds in the microwave. It was the perfect ending to the evening. We spent amost 3 hours eatting and enjoying our meals and the atmosphere. I had worst experience that I have had since the 60s, A young man tried to accommodate my family and I with a party of eight to celebrate my sons 19th birthday. He explained that if they have to put tables together for a party that there would be an 18% gratuity, I asked if there was another way to seat us , the young man stated if we didn't mind waiting we could be seated at long tables not joined together, we waited and we're seated. A manager came over and yelled that what he said goes and we will pay the 18%, his attitude and demeanor was very unprofessional and he spoke in a tone the depicted a person filled with hatred. Went back to Outback last night. My granddaughter and I both ordered the filet mignon cooked medium with a salad and baked potato. That filet was the best tasting, tender steak I've had in a long time. Everything else was good too including the service. We really enjoyed it. We ordered takeout from here and paid about $150 for all our food plus a $15 tip (which seems a tad bit expensive). When we pulled up, there were a lot of workers outside smoking. The first thing that happened was that they gave us the wrong drink, which was flat and half empty and the ice was melted. They did fix it by giving us a replacement though. When we got home to eat our meal (mind you, we live 45 minutes away), something had leaked out all over the bag and made it rip open from the bottom. They had completely forgotten the bloomin' onion and all the ranch, and only gave us one small cup of butter to share amongst three people. My filet was underdone and my fries were cold and solid. The mac and cheese was good however. The other food was decent. The wedge salad was mediocre and very DIY and so was the dessert. I came in with a severe allergy to gluten and soy... I wanted to order the perfect salmon with rice and a sweet potato so I asked the employee Jose who confirmed it was ok but when I checked the online allergen menu I found it wasn't gluten or soy free. I mentioned this to Jose who then went to the back to talk to the cook were they confirmed it was indeed not soy or gluten free. Jose then proceeded to switch out my meal for a burger and make it himself. Being gluten and soy free is not new but having somebody take as much time and care as he did was so endearing! The carrots were undercooked, and the ribs were overcooked. Mom got the three cheese steak dip. It was so bad that she wouldn't eat it. I'm not a fan of Outback because it seems overpriced for the quantity and quality, but it was convenient so...This particular location had greasy floors and the odor of the women's bathroom was so repulsive that my daughter had to leave immediately and without doing her business. Some of the food was decent; the vegetables, baked potato, French fries and sandwich. The salad had many rotten pieces of lettuce, my prime rib was extremely fatty and somewhat chewy. My old-fashioned was disappointingly small. The hostess was difficult to understand, but the server was pleasant and accommodating. My family and I have been eating at this Outback since it opened more than 30 years ago. At the present, my wife and I eat here about twice a month. Most of the time, we are well-pleased with the food and wait service. The steaks usually are of good quality, usually cooked as ordered, and the standard salads are great - crisp veggies, tasty croutons, tasty salad dressing, etc. Most of the time, the wait service is very good - and our food is brought to us quickly most of the time. The problem that we have here (and a major one that would be simple to correct) is the total lack of feeling welcome - or appreciated as we arrive! For quite a while, until about a year ago, there almost always was a very friendly young man standing at the door, greeting us as we arrived and left. [He has not been present when we dined for at least a year.] The employees at the 'hostess' stand were quite otherwise, and it has been a long time since we have been greeted as we enter this Outback! At times, there are 2-3 people at the 'hostess' stand - and NONE of them say anything as we enter - not a 'welcome' or a 'hello' at all! In fact, for at least a year (likely longer), we are lucky if one of them says 'how many?' Most of the time, as we enter, they say nothing - and we have to initiate the 'conversation' by saying something like "two, please" - to which there usually is NO response until we are taken to a table!!! Also, there have been times that we have had to wait for the person at the stand to get off her phone even to give us a glance! Furthermore, these people often are nothing short of surly! Quite obviously, there is a major problem at this Outback with management! How difficult could it be to convince employees to greet those entering your establishment with a smile and friendly greeting? Actually, the problem might be based in the management, for the person we've been told is the manager is argumentative with those dining here. He's been that way with us, and we've seen and heard him treating other customers in the same way. If the manager is not friendly with customers, he is unlikely to inspire cordiality among his employees. Ironically, the wait staff typically are friendly and cordial. Perhaps a different manager would result in a much more pleasant experience - from the time one enters the door. Most definitely, improvement is needed!! read more

I have been to this place many times and have always been treated kindly and had the greatest service. I took mom for Mother's Day 2022 (day after) and the food was great, the staff even better. One of the bus boys dropped a table wiping towel on the floor while we were eating and five employees walked over it twice and never picked it up but Nathan stopped and picked it up. When you work in a restaurant you should be aware of your surroundings and just because somebody else dropped it doesn't mean you shouldn't pick it up. read more

i have food allergies to peanut tree nut and sesame I talked to a women named Janet and she understood everything and cooked it herself. on top of that food came to the table fast I wasn't even done with my salad before the steak was on the table the waiter was named Jason crisco he was outstanding nice and funny. for people with allergies I got the sirloin cooked on aluminum foil with salt and pepper the butter from the fridge and ate the bread and had the house salad with lettuce from the cooler. everything was cooked to perfect including my husbands food! 10 out of 10 read more

I git in their website and got what I thought was a reservation. It said arrive by 5 pm. When I checked in they stated it Was going to be a 30 Minute wait. On the confirmation page I received in my email it did not say anything about being put on a waiting list. I was a little confused. Young man at counter said it's not a reservation. Ok I looked at it... it does say this is not a reservation. Ok but it should explain you will be put in the waiting list so it cuts your time in half. Fast forward, about 10 minutes.. two separate parties walk in and say they have a reservation one was a party of two the next was a party of six. Both parties were sat immediately!???After hearing they had a reservation and were sat right away, my husband spoke up and said we had a reservation then the young man at the counter back pedaled after he had sat the other two parties ahead of us as their " reservation " were at a time after ours! We had amazing service! Our waiter was Mr. Andre. I had ordered the berry martini in which I ended up changing! Not that it tasted awful. I was trying something new after looking over the drink menu. Decided I wasn't much of a sweet martini gal. Got it replaced with my regular( dirty martini). I will say as we walked in no smile, the latest greeting ever. Not happy at all? Maybe tired? Overworked? I don't know but I came to eat and that's not my fault. I don't know what management is like here so I can't blame anyone for anything. It changes the whole restaurant energy.
