The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. These employees could care less about the customers so I blame this on Corporate! You need to train your employees on how to treat customers that come into your stores! When I calmly and respectively voice my concern to a manager, they basically looked at me, listened, said, thank you and that was it. I didn't feel there was any type of support from the superiors at Zara. If you're doing a return from an online order, you need to be persistent on asking someone to help you if you were unfamiliar or you encounter a glitch because they don't want to be bothered. I've never seen anything like it. One of the dressing rooms had multiple dead lantern flies, covered in garbage, dirty napkins, used drink cups... I tried to find the cleanest room (see photo). It was so bad, I couldn't even take my shoes off to try on the clothes. I'm sure the dressing rooms get dirty fast. There are literally thousands of people walking in and out every day. But it is an impossibility that those rooms have been cleaned in the past week, if at all this month. When I worked in retail, we swiffered every single day. This Zara location must have dozens and dozens of staff on hand... Management needs to get one of their staff to swiffer the dressing rooms each day.
