I tried on many shoes, I went in to buy Topo's but the salesman talked me out of those. He brought me many Brooks and other brands. I decided on a pair of Hoka's and insoles. I told him I could get the Brooks for a better price elsewhere, which in hindsight I should not have mentioned. When I did say that he jumped up and said I was "using him and wasting his time". Even though I was spending $230 with him!! I should have simply walked out. I wish I had. It isn't everyday you see an adult man act like a child! I finally decided to head to this business after seeing they scan your foot as part of the process. I am so happy to have gone here! They scanned my feet and also studied the way I walked. I was helped by Elle who was kind and professional. She recommended a 3D foot insole as well that would be specific to the data found on the scan. All in all 10/10 experience and I'm hoping the insole helps with the issues I've been having as I have ramped up my fitness routine. It's great that they have a 30 day return policy just in case it doesn't work out (but fingers crossed!). As far as cost, the shoe seems pretty standard at about 150$. The 3D printed insole is about 120$. Overall, I am very hopeful that this will work due to all the data they gathered. Fingers crossed!

The gal who fitted me did an excellent job even though I am not an athlete, I am not super young, and was in unbearable pain. If you are hesitant- go here, they respectfully assess your feet and gait using a step technology then fit you with what works. I will never go to another store, this is the place. My feet require surgery with screws and all and a year later I am walking comfortably (never thought I would say that!). Spend the little extra on custom insoles- it is SO worth it.

When I noticed my error, I called Jjill CS right away. The rep told me there was only a 9 hour window to make changes. WHAT? In spite of that, I knew my jacket had NOT YET BEEN mailed out. So, presuming they cancelled my order as I asked them to, I went into their store and repurchased the same jacket. Further they told me I could no longer shop online with them until this debt was paid. SOOO... let me get this straight....someone else received a jacket they didn't order (unsolicited mail) and I get a bill from Jjill?Are you kidding me!!! They admitted to a billing error, but yet I needed to pay them!? As a customer, I have many options on purchasing clothing online and otherwise. I requested they remove me from their mailing list. After talking to Brooks, I decided I was going to buy another pair of shoes and didn't care what brand because these two definitely weren't working for me. I think I tried on all the "high support" wide shoes in the ladies section of the store and walked around in all of them and Derek was incredibly patient with me. In the end, I stayed with Brooks, but moved from wide to standard width. While the customer ahead of me was trying on shoes, the worker stood there chit chatting the whole time they were trying them on, when instead, she could have been helping other customers (such as I and another family that walked in waiting to be helped as well). This whole process took 30 minutes for her to help the customer find 3 pairs of shoes, go to the back room to grab different sizes 3 times, and then finally proceed to ring her up. She wasn't able to do ANYTHING else in that whole time span. I've never had such terrible service at this company. The one at Southcenter is much better. The workers are attentive but PRODUCTIVE. Will not be coming back here again.
