When I noticed my error, I called Jjill CS right away. The rep told me there was only a 9 hour window to make changes. WHAT? In spite of that, I knew my jacket had NOT YET BEEN mailed out. I was correct. I noticed the charge was NOT assessed on my credit card at all. I was delighted! So, presuming they cancelled my order as I asked them to, I went into their store and repurchased the same jacket. On 12/24/2025, they sent me an email, and assessed me for sending the jacket to the wrong address almost 30 days later! Further they told me I could no longer shop online with them until this debt was paid. SOOO... let me get this straight....someone else received a jacket they didn't order (unsolicited mail) and I get a bill from Jjill?Are you kidding me!!! They admitted to a billing error, but yet I needed to pay them!? As a customer, I have many options on purchasing clothing online and otherwise. I requested they remove me from their mailing list. I don't care if I never shop at Jjill again!Bottom line - I'm not paying for a jacket that I didn't receive! Let Jjill absorb the cost of their own mistake!! They are corporate and richer than I am.

This one was true to it's description-eclectic. There are the usual gift shop items-t-shirts, shot glasses and soap. There were also very tacky beer pants and cheap kitschy things throughout as well. A little something for everyone, I suppose. I didn't see the shop cat until I was checking out, and only noticed it when another shopper dropped to the ground to struggle-snuggle the cat. She made me smile-that's who I hope to be when I'm in my 70's and give no more damns.

At same time another worker and came out to help other person that was here before us. After the one that ignored us finished with customer that didn't want help she went to another customer that just came in. Then the other worker finished she came to help us finish return. I have to assume that they work on commissions and why wouldn't help. I will never go in there again although my wife likes their bras. Customer service needs improvement. I've been shopping for 30 years at Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The reason I shop there is their…read morecustomer service, the quality of their items, and their return policy. I had to purchase a pair of dress shoes, and I specifically asked the salesperson when I told her that they were a little tight, but was assured that they would loosen up upon wear and if they didn't, that I could return them. I thought, "that's why I love Nordstrom's." Fast forward two hours, and I had a huge blister on the inside of my big toe. I had to remove the shoes and switch into tennis shoes, which did not match my suit at all. But, I knew I could return the shoes, so I was OK with that. I took the shoes back and was told by a sales clerk and by the manager, "Finn," that I could not return the shoes because they had been worn outside. I explained to her that I specifically asked that when I purchased them earlier and was assured that I could. She said that didn't matter because there were scuffs on the sole of the shoe. I said I would take store credit and she said "aren't you listening, I said we could not take them back." I would avoid this Nordstrom's rack, find another or better yet, just skip them altogether - they are not what they used to be, they do not stand behind their products, and they do not stand behind their word.
