This one was true to it's description-eclectic. There are the usual gift shop items-t-shirts, shot glasses and soap. There were also very tacky beer pants and cheap kitschy things throughout as well. A little something for everyone, I suppose. I didn't see the shop cat until I was checking out, and only noticed it when another shopper dropped to the ground to struggle-snuggle the cat. When I noticed my error, I called Jjill CS right away. The rep told me there was only a 9 hour window to make changes. WHAT? In spite of that, I knew my jacket had NOT YET BEEN mailed out. I was correct. I noticed the charge was NOT assessed on my credit card at all. I was delighted! So, presuming they cancelled my order as I asked them to, I went into their store and repurchased the same jacket. On 12/24/2025, they sent me an email, and assessed me for sending the jacket to the wrong address almost 30 days later! Further they told me I could no longer shop online with them until this debt was paid. SOOO... let me get this straight....someone else received a jacket they didn't order (unsolicited mail) and I get a bill from Jjill?Are you kidding me!!! They admitted to a billing error, but yet I needed to pay them!? As a customer, I have many options on purchasing clothing online and otherwise. I requested they remove me from their mailing list.
