The clothing selections at this place were okay. I didn't buy any but did walk out with 2 cute scarves. I couldn't say "No" to good sales deals. One thing I like about this shop is there ARE SERIOUSLY A GREAT AMOUNT OF JEWELRIES on display EVERYWHERE in the store. I walked, turned, and saw another display! I thought I covered all of the jewelry section until I saw more in the other rooms and upstairs. Additionally, these jewelry pieces are priced AT AFFORDABLE PRICES, starting at $8. Some beautiful pearl pieces start at $15! That's a freaking steal! We went to cash register to return while one customer was being helped on floor. When finished lady came to register and asked us to wait while she went to help a person that came in after us. At same time another worker and came out to help other person that was here before us. After the one that ignored us finished with customer that didn't want help she went to another customer that just came in. Then the other worker finished she came to help us finish return. I have to assume that they work on commissions and why wouldn't help. I will never go in there again although my wife likes their bras. Customer service needs improvement. To be honest, I had low expectations, but was prepared to be stubborn and tenacious, perseverant and stubborn. My first opponent was Patty at Soma in Gig Harbor. What do you know! Patty slayed! She KNOWS her stuff! ( bras) No nonsense. We got right to it. She measured, I tried on! We went back and forth- me doing exactly what she asked! Hallelujah- I won! I have four bras that fit! I look amazing! Patty and her amazing partner make customer service look easy. I will love them forever! They get my homemade fruitcake for every Christmas from now until death do us part!
