When I noticed my error, I called Jjill CS right away. The rep told me there was only a 9 hour window to make changes. WHAT? In spite of that, I knew my jacket had NOT YET BEEN mailed out. I was correct. I noticed the charge was NOT assessed on my credit card at all. I was delighted! So, presuming they cancelled my order as I asked them to, I went into their store and repurchased the same jacket. On 12/24/2025, they sent me an email, and assessed me for sending the jacket to the wrong address almost 30 days later! Further they told me I could no longer shop online with them until this debt was paid. SOOO... let me get this straight....someone else received a jacket they didn't order (unsolicited mail) and I get a bill from Jjill?Are you kidding me!!! They admitted to a billing error, but yet I needed to pay them!? As a customer, I have many options on purchasing clothing online and otherwise. I requested they remove me from their mailing list. I don't care if I never shop at Jjill again!Bottom line - I'm not paying for a jacket that I didn't receive! Let Jjill absorb the cost of their own mistake!! They are corporate and richer than I am.

This one was true to it's description-eclectic. There are the usual gift shop items-t-shirts, shot glasses and soap. There were also very tacky beer pants and cheap kitschy things throughout as well. A little something for everyone, I suppose. I didn't see the shop cat until I was checking out, and only noticed it when another shopper dropped to the ground to struggle-snuggle the cat. She made me smile-that's who I hope to be when I'm in my 70's and give no more damns.

At same time another worker and came out to help other person that was here before us. Ehh...I hover between three and four stars with this Nordstrom Rack. While they have some nice,…read morediscounted prices compared to a regular Nordstrom's I typically don't find anything that I can live without. I y=usually am more apt to find something to my liking at a regular Nordstrom's but I wouldn't quite count myself as a regular shopper there either. By and large it's more of a preference thing really more than anything else. While I do love acquiring clothes...and from an observer's point of view that may look like I am not picky at all with what I get I actually am more picky than it would look. So that really has nothing to do with quality of product of service really. Just preference. Moving away from preference however is the parking to get to the cluster of stores where this store is at. It's often a tight squeeze and and very congested to navigate through here. Other driver's get mixed up at the Stop signs or simply don't care and one can risk a collision. That's why if I go to this sector of stores I park over in the main mall parking lot and get in and out from the main mall routes rather than navigating through all the pedestrians and cars. So if there is anything that causes actual frustration it's that.
