I ordered a jacket online in early December…read more The following day, I realized I sent the package to the WRONG address using Apple Pay (my error). When I noticed my error, I called Jjill CS right away. The rep told me there was only a 9 hour window to make changes. WHAT? In spite of that, I knew my jacket had NOT YET BEEN mailed out. I was correct. I noticed the charge was NOT assessed on my credit card at all. I was delighted! So, presuming they cancelled my order as I asked them to, I went into their store and repurchased the same jacket. On 12/24/2025, they sent me an email, and assessed me for sending the jacket to the wrong address almost 30 days later! Further they told me I could no longer shop online with them until this debt was paid. SOOO... let me get this straight....someone else received a jacket they didn't order (unsolicited mail) and I get a bill from Jjill?Are you kidding me!!! They admitted to a billing error, but yet I needed to pay them!? As a customer, I have many options on purchasing clothing online and otherwise. I requested they remove me from their mailing list. I don't care if I never shop at Jjill again!Bottom line - I'm not paying for a jacket that I didn't receive! Let Jjill absorb the cost of their own mistake!! They are corporate and richer than I am.

At same time another worker and came out to help other person that was here before us. I've been shopping for 30 years at Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The reason I shop there is their…read morecustomer service, the quality of their items, and their return policy. I had to purchase a pair of dress shoes, and I specifically asked the salesperson when I told her that they were a little tight, but was assured that they would loosen up upon wear and if they didn't, that I could return them. I thought, "that's why I love Nordstrom's." Fast forward two hours, and I had a huge blister on the inside of my big toe. I had to remove the shoes and switch into tennis shoes, which did not match my suit at all. But, I knew I could return the shoes, so I was OK with that. I took the shoes back and was told by a sales clerk and by the manager, "Finn," that I could not return the shoes because they had been worn outside. I explained to her that I specifically asked that when I purchased them earlier and was assured that I could. She said that didn't matter because there were scuffs on the sole of the shoe. I said I would take store credit and she said "aren't you listening, I said we could not take them back." I would avoid this Nordstrom's rack, find another or better yet, just skip them altogether - they are not what they used to be, they do not stand behind their products, and they do not stand behind their word.
