jambon beurre and breakfast sammie
Celine K.

both sandwiches were so different but really good! the bread is a standout and the ingredients were great quality too. it's a cute casual place for breakfast/lunch or even coffee. theres easy metered parking nearby too

Local bakery that came highly recommended. They are baking fresh bread, pastries, and cookies. It definitely lived up to the hype, the fresh sourdough was amazing, the smoked pastrami was moist & delicious and the brown butter chocolate chip cookie was over the top. Staff was pleasant and the space was very nice. Wish I lived local to try some of the breads.

My sister went recently and had a great experience and I had to try it myself. I came closer to closing around 3pm so most of the bakery items were almost sold out. I was lucky to have snagged the last 2 almond croissants - probably my new favorite. It was the perfect bake plus the texture, crunch and filling was on point. I didn't even have to warm it up! I ordered the turkey sandwich and it was delicious. It was made beautifully and the combo of flavors is exactly what you expect. I have to come and try the BLT and all the other sammies, toast and salads. Their latte was also good. I need to try their cortado as well! The service was great - super friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming earlier during the day to see the other bakery options! Street metered parking was easy during the time I went on a Monday. It was clean and plenty of seating.

Welcoming, clean and beachy/modern aesthetic without a "try hard" feel. I was greeted right away with a friendly smile and great music from above. Thank you Kevin for the sandwich suggestion and help with my personal inquiry on my morning flight - navigating LAX. The ordered The Veggie on Sourdough, with turkey added. I wanted something fresh, crisp, and filling, and this hit all the marks . I love that the sandwich wasn't drowning in sprouts or aioli! Many places tend to lean heavy on sauces or filler ingredients. This place felt like they took the intention to balance the amount of each ingredient to compliment the bite! I will be coming back. Thanks again!

I usually come here for bread. It's either here or a place on Larchmont. I don't know which one is better. They're both good in their own ways. But the last time I was here, I was stuck on a work call so I gave my friend my card and had him order. He picked up a cinnamon roll. If you've never seen the cinnamon roll here before, it is massive. I've looked at it on many occasions but always decided against it. But he got it and then I tried some and was absolutely blown away by how good it is. My friend used to manage restaurants back in the day, so he's pretty familiar with food. He said this was the perfect cinnamon roll. Do I think it's perfect? I don't know. I haven't had a better cinnamon roll so probably. But then by calling it perfect, it closes the door for me to ever find one that is better. I think my friend is around 50, so he's lived out his food adventures, so I think him calling this the perfect cinnamon roll is appropriate for his food journey. But I still have hopes to one day find better. Anyway I got another cinnamon roll here today. It's still as amazing as it was last time and it's fun to get so much of the spread that goes onto the cinnamon roll on the side. Absolutely love this thing but I might need to stay away for the long term because sweets = weight gain haha. But we'll see if I can stick to just buying bread here... Oh I gotta ginger cookie here before and it was really good too. Everyone at the counter is nice and attentive but I've never actually dined in here, so I'm not too sure about the wait staff. The ambiance is nice here too with a little patio outside and a pretty decent sized eating area.

First time here and everything looked amazing. I tried the pastrami sandwich on their homemade sourdough--so good. The orange juice was fresh and perfectly balanced, not too sweet or sour. I loved the chai latte too, smooth and not overly sweet. Highly recommend the Wagyu pastry and cookies--they're not greasy or too buttery, just right. Pira was very kind and patient while I took my time deciding, and even offered to slice my loaf. Great service and nice interior as well. I'll definitely be back soon!

Smoked salmon toast

Pretty good bread with lots of chew. Smoked salmon was fresh and the right amount of cream cheese without going overboard. Matcha latte was ok, but more milky and matcha doesn't stand out too much so probs better for coffee here. Ample seating though. Comfortable with 2 restrooms.

One of the best bakeries in town for sure. Came with a friend for breakfast on a weekday and there was no wait for a table. We dined in, plus got a bunch of items to go. I tried: + Shakshuka + Cold brew + Oat Poppy Cookie + Kouign amann + Peach Morning Bun + Cinnamon roll + Apple Millet Cake + Avocado toast with over easy egg + Chocolate chip cookie The oat poppy cookie is a sleeper hit - one of the best and chewiest cookies ever. Kouign amann, avocado toast and chocolate chip cookie were my other favorites. Cinnamon roll is comically large and was a huge hit in the meeting I brought it to later. Apple Millet Cake and cold brew were also great. Shakshuka was the only miss - just kind of runny and off - it paled in comparison to the avo toast. The guy who helped us out at the register was super friendly!

Ok been here twice now and can say I am a fan. They are currently re-doing the outdoor dining area, it didn't affect my experience at all. It will be nice to have that option once finished. Inside is clean and fresh, nice big booths. Menu covers all the sandwich and salad greats- tuna, blt, caesar salad, just a few. Their bread is amazing. Do note however if you get something on a baguette, make sure you have solid strong chompers- the homemade sourdough is one sturdy loaf! I had the blt this time and it was sublime! Lightly toasted sliced sourdough. mayo, juicy tomato, top-notch crispy bacon, and lettuce in perfect ratios created a stellar sammie. BLTs are simple but hard to master. Lodge got it right with top quality components and that delicious sourdough. Companion is crazy for the vegan Caesar and I have to agree- it is top-notch. The croutons are so yum and the dressing is perfect- tart with a citrus punch. I washed it down with a mint lemonade and I have to say that was on-point too. Got a loaf to go, too. Why not? Love this place!

A good spot for pastries and good coffee. Order the shakshuka, some flat whites and pastries. Friendly staff and helpful servers. Not the most comfortable booths, but at least there is seating.

We went on a Saturday morning and didn't have an issue finding parking. There were plenty of spots available right out front. I had the breakfast sandwich and coffee while my partner had the chocolate cake and a croissant. I thought the portions were generous and was surprised at the size of the breakfast sandwich, it was a large sandwich. Everything was good! The staff were friendly and personable and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. It being a new restaurant, it has a new and clean vibe to it.

The food is good but it's gotten way too expensive. A salad plus their cost of living charge you're around $25, the sandwiches you're low 20's and even a croissant is around $8. Have been to a lot of similar places and they cost is 15-20% more at least(plus their cost of living charge)

I just experienced what can only be described as a life-altering berry scone. Flaky. Buttery. Perfectly sweet. I'm not saying it changed me... but I'm not not saying that. And if that alone doesn't earn this bakery your loyalty -- they slice their own sourdough. Yes. They will cut it for you!!! And don't get me started on the cinnamon roll...

The hot honey pizza was definitely the star of the show, the perfect mix of sweet and savory, and something I'd order again. The Caesar salad was also fresh and had little pieces of fried onions which made the salad even better! We tried the Melrose Spritz, which was light, refreshing, and easy to drink, and my friend got the situationship which was also really good too. The space is really cute and earthy, like a greenhouse type of vibe with lots of greenery, but still feels very Weho like. The servers were all so nice and friendly. The location is also super convenient if you're staying nearby or spending the day around Weho it's right in the middle of everything, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Overall, a really cute spot for a casual drink and bite to eat. I'd definitely come back, especially for the hot honey pizza.

All delicious and flavorful... 10/10. We had a great time here, so I give it 2 thumbs up on food, service, and ambience.

A friend who's a Soho House member took me there for lunch yesterday. I hadn't been back in a few…read moreyears, and I'd forgotten both the incredible views and how easy it is to spend an afternoon there. We walked in expecting a quiet lunch and quickly realized the World Cup was on. The screening room was packed with members watching the match, and it was fun seeing everyone so invested in the game. Since we wanted to catch up, we headed to the garden patio instead. There were plenty of people enjoying lunch outside, though it never felt loud. We never had to raise our voices to hear each other, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the afternoon. Our server was fantastic. She checked on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks refreshed, and always seemed to know when to stop by and when to give us space. We never felt rushed, which made the afternoon even more enjoyable. We started with the calamari to share. I ordered the Faroe Island king salmon with sautéed spinach and chimichurri, and my friend had the chopped salad. The salmon had a beautiful sear and was cooked perfectly, while the chimichurri added just the right amount of brightness. We each ordered the cucumber cocktail, mine with vodka and his with gin. It was crisp, refreshing, and exactly what I wanted on such a hot afternoon. It paired especially well with the salmon. One detail I really appreciate about Soho House is its no-photo policy. After spending a few hours there, it made perfect sense. Around us, people were catching up with friends, having meetings, enjoying lunch, or watching the match without phones constantly pointed around the room. It made the entire space feel more relaxed, and I found myself appreciating being somewhere that encouraged people to be present with each other. Nothing felt forced or overly formal. We were able to settle in, enjoy a great meal, and spend a few hours catching up without ever feeling like our table was needed for the next reservation. By the time we left, I completely understood why so many people enjoy being members. One last detail worth mentioning is valet. The attendants were friendly, professional, and efficient. It's a small touch, but it made arriving and leaving effortless.

Extremely overrated…read more Unfortunately, Soho House Hollywood lived up to its online reputation of having a "you should just be happy to be here" attitude. The front desk was dismissive, no one offered to help with luggage despite the stairs leading to reception, and the elevator and hallways were extremely hot. When I mentioned the heat, the manager simply shrugged and explained that none of their locations have A/C in those areas. The hotel itself is extremely dated. Our room was standard-sized, felt small for California, and was overpriced for the quality and experience. The food was decent--the burger was pretty good and the sashimi was fresh. The restaurant wait staff were actually the saving grace: friendly, attentive and hospitable. Overall, Soho House seems to rely heavily on its name and exclusivity rather than delivering an elevated experience. There are better private clubs with better service, better facilities and far less attitude. Two stars. The restaurant staff earned the second one.

This place is super bougie, and I mean that in the best way possible! The only other location I've been to was on Coronado Island, and both have been fantastic. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the food is amazing! I ordered the spicy avocado roll, the rainbow bowl, and some chips with avocado. Everything was delicious! They have such a great variety of dishes, including sushi, and the quality is top-notch. I came in solo and grabbed a seat at the bar, and what a great experience! The place is lively, energetic, and full of people having a good time. If you love a bougie atmosphere, great people-watching, and an upbeat vibe, this is definitely the spot! Now, I have to give a special shout-out to the bartender Deegan! This guy knows what he's doing! I ordered a cocktail, and it was absolutely out of this world. The flavor, the horseradish, everything was exactly how I wanted it! That's what I call a great bartender. I was so impressed that I tipped him extra on top of what I'd already left on the bill. He absolutely deserved it! The Henry really has it all: beautiful surroundings, incredible food, fantastic service, and a fun, high-energy atmosphere. I honestly wish I could stay longer, but I've gotta bounce! Five stars out of five, without a doubt! I'll definitely be back!

Billy was our friendly, knowledgeable server who made sure everything was perfect. His recommendations were spot-on & we had such an enjoyable experience. Our food was served lightning fast...in literally less than 10 minutes! My friend noshed on the pressed yellowtail sushi while I opted for the Wagyu burger, prepared medium-well. We ended up sharing a molten butter cake for dessert. It was very generously sized (a mini-cake to be exact but it was enough for three hefty slices) & topped with a decadent scoop of vanilla gelato with pretzel toffee in the center. And just when we thought it couldn't get better, our server poured warm caramel sauce over it...WHAT?!?!!!! I will say that the sauce tasted more like butterscotch than caramel but it was still heavenly. I'm looking forward to returning & trying other menu options.
