Prosciutto sandwich.
Janice M.

Sooo happy I stumbled upon this little cafe!! The prosciutto sandwich is delicious!!! You will not be disappointed!

9/20/2025 - The Crust & Crave is situated in a shopping mall on the 6th floor at the Beverly Center and opened four months ago. BRESAOLA comprising of Bresaola, Spinach, Buratta and Avocado mayo spread is fresh and tasty. I only wish the portion will be reduced by a half, which in turn the price will be reduced by a half or one third. The taste of pistachio gelato is very good.

This is definitely the spot you want to visit half way through your shopping at the Beverly center to get your coffee fix. I had never seen a coconut latte on a menu so I was more than inclined to order and try it out. I was so shocked that I had been missing out on such a fantastic combination of flavors all this time. Everything here was so fresh and authentic, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not checking this place out!

Pastrami Brisket Sandwich

A solid new sandwich shop just opened at the Beverly Center. Crust & Crave is located on the 6th floor next to Macy's escalator side. Crust & Crave is a walk up sandwich bar. Order at the counter and grab a table. They'll call out your name once your order is ready. Today we got their: Pastrami Brisket Sandwich- All around a solid sandwich. The pastrami brisket was tender and very tasty. It was a good size sandwich as well. Their sandwiches ranges from $16- $23. Spinach Barrata Salad- Simple refreshing salad. Everything from the strawberries, barrata and spinach was all fresh. Service was friendly and quick. Overall another good place to grab a quick lunch near work.

Prosciutto on ciabatta with sun dried tomatoes, cheese etc.

Expensive? Maybe. $33 for and two Pellegrino waters. But the sandwich was big enough for two and delicious enough to merit the cost. It fueled us for our shopping excursion around the Beverly Mall. I would definitely go back and split another prosciutto on ciabatta. It was decadent and flavorful.

$5.50 for this one packet.

I don't like that a single sachet of tea is $5.50. No milk, no cup, nothing else. I would rather buy an entire box of tea, or any other drink that is the same cost. $5.50 is not going to make or break a person, but it feels gross to be ripped off.

Trying this spot for the first time. Located in the mall on the 6th floor, easy to find and nice vibes. Was quick to order and everything is made fresh to order. They have a slicer so the sandwich you get has fresh cut slices of meat. The coffee I got was pretty strong without adding extra shots, the bread was amazing and the sandwich delicious. When in this area I always want a good sandwich and it's nice to know have this spot.

Solid find in the newly constructed Beverly Center. Had the Brisket sandwich which was amazing! Great choices as well from gelato to coffee and to deserts. Service was very friendly, fast and pleasant. Seating with a view of LA. Can't ask for more. Well pleased and satisfied. Define return.

Peanut butter cold foam latte!

Crust and Crave finally opened inside Beverly Center! It's right up the escalators on the 6th floor, next to the sprinkles vending machine... very easy to find. They've got a good amount of seating and the view in front of the windows is seriously top notch! I've tried a few different sandwiches, all amazing, very fresh. They have slicers right there at the deli counter! My favorites so far are the Prosciutto sandwich and the WARM Soppressata-Salame sandwich. Also got an iced peanut butter cold foam latte they had on their special menu.... Holy cow! I'm not even a huge peanut butter fan, but that thing was fantastic!! Gelato - good variety and the bubble waffles are such a fun add on! If you've never had a bubble waffle, they're crunchy on the outside and soft inside the bubbles. A little bit addicting, not going to lie. Service was great, the staff I've met have always been friendly. I'll definitely be back.

This place has been my go-to spot ever since I discovered it. Hidden gem on the 6th floor of the Beverly Center Mall, it has amazing city views, delicious coffee, and truly authentic Italian sandwiches. The staff is always friendly. Everything is freshly sliced right in front of you, you can genuinely taste the quality and freshness with every bite. Highly recommend the Pastrami Brisket and Prosciutto sandwiches. From the coffee menu, the Cinnamon Spice Hot Latte and Coconut Sprinkle Latte are must-tries.

I got the caprese, which was the fan favorite. The monaco (tuna sandwich), which was spicy and tasty. I also got the fiorelli which didn't seem like as much of a crowd pleaser but was still decent. Myself and some others were not a fan of the lemon preserve but with those removed the sandwiches were great.

I got the Viale de Guanciale (instead of the Viale de Parma bc I'm more partial to guanciale) and…read moremy boyfriend got the Colucci. Both sandwiches were wrapped very nicely and so so good! I preferred my sandwich because I loved the crunch from the pistachios and the sweetness that came from the jam. It was a good size - I only ate about half and saved the rest for later. I originally thought that the amount of guanciale was lacking but it was still an overall well balanced sandwich so I didn't mind while eating. I enjoyed the mushrooms that came in the Colucci but wanted more of the eggplant flavor to come through. For both, I could tell the quality of the ingredients itself and the freshness of the bread - which is KEY! I also got a nutella canelé (which I've never tried) and that was the perfect sweet treat to end off my meal. DEF RECOMMEND! Before you even come in, you can smell the focaccia baking. I came here on a Saturday around 11am and there was no line - it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwiches and there was ample seating inside and out. Street parking was fine - metered and non metered spots all around. Would come again if i'm in the area!!

The restaurant is billed as French-Vietnamese and previously offered pho and related fare but did not have these options on our visit. Our family came on a Saturday evening after an afternoon in the mall. I got the Ahi Tuna burger ($18), a substantial slab of Ahi Tuna steak on a bun with a wasabi mayo and paired with perfectly crispy, well salted frites ($5). We also got the French lobster roll ($26) a decent, but not groundbreaking, sandwich with a spicy sauce. One of our children got the tomato soup ($10) which was phenomenal - creamy and tomatoey - and paired well with grilled cheese. The cafe was clean and positioned with a great view; service was good too, with the waitress making suggestions and accommodating our children's special requests. Prices, as listed above, were excellent for the quality and quantity of food provided in an otherwise quite expensive area. More Parisien then Indochine, Nicholas deserves the unusually high rating it commands for the area. If you're in the Beverly Center and looking for a quality, high-value meal, Nicholas est la meilleur choix. Magnifique! Food: 4.5/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Value: 5/5

The French…read more.. God Bless 'em! Setting trends in Fashion, Culture & of course the Culinary World. Yes, I know, we all wanna be skinny like those beautiful French girls... ;) But Sometimes.... You've gotta just ignore social norms and say F it! F is for French! lol Yeah, sometimes you've gotta just exclaim: "I'm gettin' the Burger and I'm most DEFINITELY getting the Fries!" And nobody and I mean Nobody is going to stop me! Yeah, that was me and my mindset when I was out at the Beverly Center back in August. Hey! It was lunch. I was hungry. & Nicolas Eatery was there to handle all my needs. And just like Napoleon Bonaparte would have done... I strolled in, I walked straight to the bar top, sat down, placed my napkin in my lap, ordered a burger, a side of fries and of course L.A's FINEST tap water. And just like that, instead of following trends... I was setting them! So what did I get you ask?? Le Beverly Burger of course!! This alongside their perfectly fried French fries which you know I dipped in Ketchup... Yes, I know, so American of me! =) Sadly, my only mistake I made on this day... I should have ordered my favorite French Beer, 1664 Kronenbourg.... Damn! But Lance, this Mall is so crazy, where the heck do I go?? Nicolas Eatery is located on Level 6, or "six" in French (Fun Fact: spelled the same, sounds totally different) and trust, my French is No Good! If you're able to snag a window seat, you will get a clear view of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Sign in the distance. Of course I went with the Burger, but trust, this place has more than just French Fries. -French Baguette with Butter -French Onion Soup -French Omelette But if want to drink like the French do... You know they've got a little vin (wine) or you can go with the classic French 75 cocktail. So, to this ai say: Be like the French. Eat like the French. Drink... Like the French and come start your own La Révolution! But instead of storming Bastille, storm Beverly Center and demand your freedom to order whatever the hell you choose from Nicolas Eatery! And after you're done, walk out proudly singing Viva La France!!!
