There's no visit to a mall without a stop at Bacio di Latte if they are present. Well, they are present at Westfield Century City Mall. Of course, we stopped by. Line is usually long at any Bacio di Latte, but we got lucky and line was not out the door at least not as of yet at the time. They had several staff members attending to the customers which is always a good thing. The young gentleman who helped us was okay... he wasn't the most smiliest. I think he was annoyed I was taking photos and holding up the line LOL. Even though I have been to other Bacio's, I still like to try the same flavors sometimes just in case they are somehow different in taste due to location. I tried a few free sample flavors. I ended up with half Liana's Shortcake and half Torta Paradise. Both were very good and delightful. Very smooth. Unfortunately, the gelato was on the softer side. It was already melting by the time I exited the shop. It was a warm day, but still, not while I'm still inside the shop. I don't like melty gelato. I prefer they are a bit firmer in texture. Hence, 3 stars! One small gripe, very limited seating inside. No restrooms available. It's just a grab n go gelato spot. Nevertheless, I will always be back to Bacio di Latte wherever they are. Thanks for amazing gelato! Just don't serve melty ones.
Perfect and delicious gelato that you can have after a meal or as a shopping break to get you energized again. Similar to the Sawtelle location, they have a wide variety of sweet and fruity flavors. The gelato itself is rich, creamy, light, and flavorful. They have a variety of sizes and offer both cone and cup. The smallest is piccolo which you can get two flavors. My favorite go to flavors are strawberry and raspberry, it's perfectly refreshing, fruity, and delicious. Not too heavy which I appreciate! The store itself is clean, bright, and cute. The service has always been amazing every time I've been with friendly staff who offer samples and give insight. Located on the first floor! As for parking there's a structure that you can park at as it's connected to the mall.
This tiny little gelato shop is a work of art. You walk in and your eyes are instantly drawn to the beautiful decor. The aroma of the place is heavenly. The staff here is well dressed and polite! They offer samples as well! Very high quality gelato here! Perfect for a treat after date night!
This was the original location in SoCal and since then they have expanded but in my opinion Bacio is THE place for gelato in LA! It is the creamiest, most flavorful and delicious gelato (and I have been fortunate enough to try several across Rome, Venice and Florence). Huge fan of the Giandujotto and Stracciatella mix but also their fruit flavors are really great too. Service is always super friendly, they let you try several of the flavors first if you don't know what to get. This location is bright but highlights the gelato flavors and organized so the queue moves pretty fast fast. There are a few tables and seats outside if you want to enjoy your gelato in or around the store. I'm also a fan of their waffle cones as well! Located in the mall close to Katsuya and across from Super Peach on the first floor. Parking in the garage free for 1 hour.
Amazing gelato place! There is a variety of flavors ranging from chocolate, to nuts, to fruit/berries. I didn't see many coffee flavors but they have affogato options. Creamy and flavorful, but not too sweet or overwhelming. The consistency is so smooth. It's pricey, but worth it because it's at the top of my gelato list.
My friend put me on to yogurt gelato and she said this place's version matches to what she had in Italy! It's like a froyo taste but a fluffy and creamy version. Even if you aren't a huge fan of coffee, hazelnut, or pistachio, there's still something for you here. I also got the crema torino (hazelnut experience), which is a little less sweet than its pistachio counterpart. I don't think they have a single flavor that isn't a hit. A lot of the flavors are similar, so just sample the ones you are curious about if you want to figure out the difference because there usually is a subtle one! This location is smaller than the one in Beverly Hills but with the same cute interior and fantastic service. While it can be a little pricey, it's honestly not any more expensive than any of the other dessert spots in the area and they cram an extremely generous portion into the cup.

Not sure how big of a chain or how many locations this brand has, but I've noticed them fairly recently (maybe I'm late to the game) popping up in areas with nice shopping or with higher foot traffic. They do have a good variety of flavors including classic gelato flavors you probably recognize and some creative ones that you may not recognize. I went with a regular size cup (I think - whichever size that at least lets you choose two flavors) and got the pistachio and Nutella flavors. Both very tasty and had a creamy texture. It hit the sweet tooth spot. This location is in the Westfield Century City Mall, so it was it was a little difficult at first since this was my first time here. It's near the Javier's or closer to the (NW?) corner by Santa Monica Blvd.
Amazing gelato and amazing service!!! : ) I had lunch plans nearby and I knew I wanted to come here after lunch. I specifically did not order dessert because this was going to be my dessert and it was everything and more! Gelato is always a good idea, right? I got Cookies & Cream and let me tell you, I'm still thinking about it!!! It was so delicious and creamy! The chunks of cookies were YUM! Just overall, super yummy!!! There are a couple of benches outside to enjoy your gelato, which is how we enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!!!

Bacio di Latte has amazing gelato. I'm so happy they opened at the Calabasas Commons, it's already one of my favorite spots with all the fun little shops, and now it's even better. Service is very attentive and the ambiance is great! The ice cream is super rich and creamy, my favorite raspberry flavor. Their coffee is next level too.

Bacio di Latte was such a great find! We ordered the Cioccolato Belga + Tiramisu in a freshly made waffle cone, while my friend got the Giandujotto + Crema Torino. Every flavor was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. We both loved our choices and will definitely be back to try more. The service was top notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to let us sample a few flavors before we decided, which made the experience even better. The shop was spotless and well organized. Besides their amazing gelato, they also sell gelato by the pint if you want to take some home. I also noticed they had brownies, pies, and cookies available, which all looked delicious. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality gelato with excellent customer service, Bacio di Latte is definitely worth a visit! read more
I haven't had this good of gelato in a very long time! By far amazing. So fresh, it's so nice to see the display of what you are getting and have some fun flavors. The staff was so nice and helpful. Some flavors were very odd but you were able to sample! I got the three flavor! I couldn't help it! There were so many to choose from! You must try this place. It's so hard to find in this mall. Bacio di Latte is definitely my go-to for gelato in LA. I've always had pleasant experiences at this location and the gelato is consistently delicious. It is on the pricier side for a pretty small cup, but I think it's worth it for the quality. I've put my friends on it and will definitely be back! The best gelato chain i've had hands down! I'm not a huge ice cream or sweets fan but gelato can be an exception when i want a sweet treat. It's a lot healthier than regular ice cream. This store smells heavenly right when you walk in, like a sugary waffle cone. Bacio has a ton of flavors to choose from, and sample. Their gelato is very creamy, smooth, and decadent. Their chocolate flavors are super rich. My favorites include the original Bacio de Latte sweet cream flavor. This tastes like a light, somewhat tart yogurt. Comparable to yogurt land's original. Just creamier. I also always get the Crema Torino, it tastes exactly like a ferrero rocher! If you like hazelnut, you will love this one. I recently tried the Cocco Rio, which is coconut. So good! The strawberry cheesecake is good as well but a bit too sweet in my opinion. My only somewhat complaint is that it melts fast since it's super creamy and smooth. You will need to eat it there. You can get it in a cup, cone, waffle cone, etc. There are also options to take pints home. Their pricing is a bit pricier than some dessert places but it's so worth it. They have several other locations and the shop is usually pretty small. Overall, i'd definitely recommend trying it if you haven't yet. read more

It doesn't get better than this! We were meeting up with my niece and got there a little earlier so we decided to grab a snack. Strolled around this beautiful plaza and walked right towards Bacio di Latte, almost like my internal GPS led me there. The shop is so beautiful. The whole storefront is glass windows and door. Very welcoming. The flavors of gelato were amazing. All of them! But I stuck to my go-to flavors: I ordered the piccolo (small) and was able to chose up to 2 flavors. Mousse Pistacchio and Sweet Amarena. Husband stuck to his flavor: Crema Torino (full hazelnut experience) It was absolutely the best! Super creamy and fresh! I could have eaten another. Also had the Latte macchiato. Perfect pairing to a gelato. And if u like the combo, get the affogato - gelato with a shot of espresso. I'm ready for more! read more

Yum! Pistachio ice cream is legit. Super creamy and not too sweet but hella rich and nutty in flavor. The sweet cream flavor was very good too and paired well with pistachio. There was a long line when we went but it moved fast. There's also a small number of seats in the store to sit and enjoy your gelato. read more

I'm a true ice cream addict, and this is hands down one of the best gelato spots I've ever been to. The flavors are creamy, rich, and unforgettable--I've been back more times than I can count. The staff are super friendly and let you sample as many flavors as you want, which makes the experience even better. On top of that, the interior design is really charming--seeing real pistachios and hazelnuts displayed in jars adds a special touch and makes you appreciate the quality even more. This is a good gelato place! They have very inviting setting. We had the cappuccino and nutella gelato which is so good. It's unlike others that very sweet, this is the right amount of sweetness that will make you want more. Service is fast though there might be some long lines because of the volume of people that want some of their gelato. read more

This place was absolutely Amazing! The interior was beautiful, and the gelato was delightful . Shoutout to Ruby, Elwuin, and Raspina! They were so kind and patient when I wanted to sample all their flavors . It was all so aesthetically pleasing along with the gelato, I just wanted to take a picture of everything!
