I asked if there was a bag for my leftovers and was told no. When I was leaving, I saw bags sitting near the front, so I had to ask another employee for one. I also had to ask for utensils so I could eat my food when I got home. The salad was the biggest disappointment. Her communication felt dismissive and confrontational. But she eventually agreed to atleast seat us towards the center or the restaraunt. We were also told the patio was unavailable because of a separate event, yet on that day, the patio still had several open tables during our reservation time. The food here is good. But communication, professionalism, and customer service was signifanctly lacking. Had there been clearer communication, accountability, or even a simple apology somewhere in this process, the experience would have felt very different.
