Such a cute ice cream spot! The staff were decent, not overly friendly or mean at all. Did their job well. The flavors were delicious and the ice cream was so smooth. Prices were ok. A little pricey for my little scoop. My one scoop was a little over $5 but very tasty. The Bremeton Blue flavor was delicious. Kinda reminded me of the subway raspberry cheesecake cookies! I sampled a few others and enjoyed the lemon cookie flavor.
The flavor of the ice cream was good. However I wish it looked like the picture. It leaves much to be desired as far as what you get. We also got a pretzel and it looked like it was heating up for every there. But it was ok overall. The location and the service were excellent although could be nicer. The ambiance is quiet unless there are kids running around
We were in New Year's Eve night Service was nice besides that then that's it. I have never been to an ice cream place where ALL the ice cream was like this. Only reason we continued with the order is we didn't want melt downs from toddlers right when we offered them ice cream. Luckily the server quickly handed us a cup for my oldest daughter's ice cream as the scoops were literally oozing off of it and almost onto the floor. So many great reviews and sadly our experience was than so.
Great ice cream! I actually received a complimentary scoop for checking-in but did not realize it until after I had already purchased a scoop! Therefore, I had to have two scoops while driving back to the hotel following my Seattle adventure. The Mint Chocolate Chip and Bremerton Blue ice cream attacked my taste buds in a positive way. The staff were very accommodating, professional and extremely pleasant to chat with. Should I visit the area again, I will visit for sure. Delicious flavors that will satisfy any palate. Highly recommend.
The hot dogs were fine, and we liked our ice cream well enough. It wasn't spectacular, but we enjoyed our food. Service was on the slower side. The reason for the one star review is that we ordered full price food before 2:00, and when we went to get our ice cream, she refused to honor the happy hour special that was posted. The first reason given was that it was after 2:00. When we reminded her that we ordered well before 2:00, the reason changed to we didn't specifically say "happy hour", so we couldn't have it. I've never been to a restaurant where I have to say that I want the happy hour price for my drink or food. It's a given. The happy hour prices have also always been based on the time I order, not the time that I receive the items or pay the bill. I paid over $35 for ice cream that should have been free. We visit my daughter and her family often, but we won't ever go back or bring their other visitors. The food and ice cream wasn't good enough to outweigh the shady business practices.
We ordered the lavender n lemon flavor ice cream in a large cup. When they say large they mean king size! Incredibly generous portion for the price! The flavors were subtle and on point! Not overpoweringly sweet either. Highly recommended!
A quick stop before heading back to Seattle . We sampled different types of flavors ! My favorite was lemon lavender . The ice cream is so creamy and stretchy ! It was empty but interior is nice and they have a large menu full of ice cream , sandwiches & hot dogs and their popular super shakes .
We stopped in to Scoops and Bites on a Friday afternoon after eating lunch near by. We had heard about their newly released super shakes and wanted to give them a try. They did not disappoint! While I got my husband and I normal ice cream with mix-ins(similar to cold stone), my son got a Halloween super shake. It was super fun, and he loved it. It's incredibly messy, so don't forget extra napkins! Prices are a little high, at about $10 a person it seems. They have fun flavors like Bremerton blue(lemon, raspberry and vanilla mixed), and dill pickle. My only real complaint is that the ice cream that we tried had been sitting too long, so it had that fluffy, rubbery goo on it, but otherwise it was a great experience. Staff was kind and helpful and made sure we got what we asked for.
Delicious ice cream. They definitely don't skimp on ice cream or toppings and fairly priced!
Nice little ice cream shop I stumbled across while in the area. A lot of different flavors and menu options if you want something other than ice cream as well. The lady helping us was very friendly and fast. You get one free topping as well which is a nice little extra option. A great shop to come to if you're around and have a sweet tooth!
The flavors are great, seemed to be fresh and very flavorful. We did the 3 scoop flight and one of the crazy concoctions (don't recall what it was called). It was busy in there and they were pretty quick. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wish there was more room to sit but not a big deal. Pricey but a nice "once in a while" treat.
A decent place to get some ice cream. Portions are huge! You buy a Medium sized cup and 2 people can barely finish it. A few different flavor selections are available. Tasty dessert joint if you're around the area!
Stopped by because we wanted a sweet treat from a long day of going to naval museums and other adventures at Bremerton. The space is small but they still had a few tables on one side of their shop. The other side is where you order ice cream and actual food. For this trip, we ordered ice cream. We decided on the flight, which was three flavors and was worth the price of $8 because of the amount and it was really good. The flavors we got were chocolate mint (it was minty but not fake minty), banana cream (appreciated that it didn't taste artificial) and some berry vanilla flavor (I forgot what it was called but it was light in flavor). The consistency of the ice cream was smooth and each flavor was nice and light - which I appreciated. And when i say light, the flavors were not overwhelming. We really liked it a lot. Oh and the first topping was free and we got m&m's. The workers were also very nice and knowledgeable about the ice cream. Great place to just sit and enjoy the day. If we were hungry, we would probably have tried their savory items such as their nachos and their pretzels. Overall, we would definitely go back if we were in the area again since it was great value and delicious ice cream. read more

The ice cream is good and the options are great! They have many varieties and lots of extra add-ons for the ice cream. They also have sandwiches, hotdogs and Italian sodas. We got the nutty caramel in a cup instead of in a waffle cone bowl. The service is fairly quick considering there's only one server who also serves as the cashier. read more

They have a good selection of Ice-cream and various candy toppings, plus waffle and sugar cones. It is on the pricier side though comparable to other Ice-cream shops. Great location downtown by the ferry, unfortunately no nearby parking. There is typically a wait but you can often grab a table inside or out. read more

Ice cream was good but make sure you look at your receipts. I had just 1 medium waffle cone and was charged instead for a bowl and a random $1 cone charge. I even tipped $1 because I thought he was nice but turns out he's over pricing. read more

Quick and Sweet. Scoops & Bites did not exceed my expectations. The logo and some of the online photos gave a good impression of the place. However, upon arriving, their menu of options and signs inside the store was very overwhelming and a little confusing to sort out. I ordered a small cup of the Mint ChocOMG and it absolutely did not look like the picture on the menu. I was so surprised and literally thought they made something else for me by mistake. My ice cream was more melted than I'd like it to be and it could be because I got the Super Scoops rather than a single ice cream by itself. I also later realized that their "Super Scoops" menu was their signature menu. I thought it was referring to the ice cream size - the menu title may not be the best from a marketing perspective. My sister got the cotton candy shake. She liked hers, but the whip cream turned to liquid fairly quick. Incorporating stabilizers in the whip cream would've helped with this issue, but I don't know if they make their whip cream in-house. Overall, if you have a sweet tooth or mood for carnival foods, this is the spot to go. But my first order did not give me any reason to really come back. I could make this ChocOMG at home. I think if this place really focused on the menu items that really differentiates themselves, like the shakes or specials like the apple pie in the cup, they could really stand out. But right now, there's just so much options and my ice cream absolutely did not look like the picture.... read more

Possibly some of the best ice cream I've had. Had a double scoop Bremerton Blue and S'mores. Both were sweet and flavorful, I recommend trying both but the BB slightly more. If you're in the mood for something lighter, they have fruity sorbets too, so pretty much something for everyone. You also get a lot of ice cream for one person if you order a medium, so if you're not too hungry, a small should satisfy you. As a bonus, you also get one free topping - a premium you don't see at a lot of ice cream places (I had almonds - probably the right choice) They also have several hot dogs, sandwiches and snacks - which I may try some time. Overall a pretty solid parlor with lots of variety. read more

Hidden gem in Bremerton. This place is known for its awesome super shakes. On yelp recently, I read a great review of this spot. We decided to give it a go today. Located near the Bremerton ferry terminals very easy to find. They serve, lunch, hot dogs, shakes, ice cream in waffle bowls, lots of options. I did a cho-a-lot in a waffle bowl. Very good, I couldn't finish, huge portions. Service is good. I'll try a super shake next time. No indoor seating due to covid. Tip: If you own an electric vehicle, there is free EV parking in the first parking garage below the Comfort Suites. Free Clipper creek chargers, new, nice condition. read more

Great ice cream here. I overheard a local talking about their Lemon Cookie ice cream and had a sample, it was delicious. My first mix in was free and I asked what people normally pair it with, and quickly the young lady recommended the golden Oreo. Great suggestion, it was just the right/refreshing treat after a long day of walking in the hot sun. read more

Loved it! Everything was great! We didn't have much but it was all good! All the reviews are right on. We would definitely come back...it was not an especially busy day and when we got there, the line was to the door...can't imagine what a busy day looks like! Anyhow, have been in Bremerton a couple of times recently...and I should have read the reviews better...didn't realize they also do sandwiches...and the sandwich descriptions sound pretty good as well...next time, we may expand to a real meal also, in addition to the desserts! Good stuff! About right with respect to pricing, especially when compared to other similar places. Definitely will go back! read more

If a carnival and a soda fountain had a baby that was born in the mall, this would be their offspring. It's got a commercial feel, the food reminds me of a carnival with chili dogs and cotton candy but they serve most of what you'd find in a soda fountain. It's not bad. It was spotless in here so that's a def plus, the staff was friendly and the way they had everything displayed was def eye catching and fun. read more
