The other side is where you order ice cream and actual food. For this trip, we ordered ice cream. We decided on the flight, which was three flavors and was worth the price of $8 because of the amount and it was really good. The flavors we got were chocolate mint (it was minty but not fake minty), banana cream (appreciated that it didn't taste artificial) and some berry vanilla flavor (I forgot what it was called but it was light in flavor). The consistency of the ice cream was smooth and each flavor was nice and light - which I appreciated. And when i say light, the flavors were not overwhelming. We really liked it a lot. Oh and the first topping was free and we got m&m's. The workers were also very nice and knowledgeable about the ice cream. Great place to just sit and enjoy the day. If we were hungry, we would probably have tried their savory items such as their nachos and their pretzels. We stopped in to Scoops and Bites on a Friday afternoon after eating lunch near by. We had heard about their newly released super shakes and wanted to give them a try. They did not disappoint! While I got my husband and I normal ice cream with mix-ins(similar to cold stone), my son got a Halloween super shake. It was super fun, and he loved it. It's incredibly messy, so don't forget extra napkins! Prices are a little high, at about $10 a person it seems. They have fun flavors like Bremerton blue(lemon, raspberry and vanilla mixed), and dill pickle. My only real complaint is that the ice cream that we tried had been sitting too long, so it had that fluffy, rubbery goo on it, but otherwise it was a great experience. However, upon arriving, their menu of options and signs inside the store was very overwhelming and a little confusing to sort out. I ordered a small cup of the Mint ChocOMG and it absolutely did not look like the picture on the menu. I was so surprised and literally thought they made something else for me by mistake. My ice cream was more melted than I'd like it to be and it could be because I got the Super Scoops rather than a single ice cream by itself. I also later realized that their "Super Scoops" menu was their signature menu. I thought it was referring to the ice cream size - the menu title may not be the best from a marketing perspective. My sister got the cotton candy shake. She liked hers, but the whip cream turned to liquid fairly quick. Incorporating stabilizers in the whip cream would've helped with this issue, but I don't know if they make their whip cream in-house. Overall, if you have a sweet tooth or mood for carnival foods, this is the spot to go. But my first order did not give me any reason to really come back. I could make this ChocOMG at home. Possibly some of the best ice cream I've had. Had a double scoop Bremerton Blue and S'mores. Both were sweet and flavorful, I recommend trying both but the BB slightly more. If you're in the mood for something lighter, they have fruity sorbets too, so pretty much something for everyone. You also get a lot of ice cream for one person if you order a medium, so if you're not too hungry, a small should satisfy you.
