I happened to stop by after the book fair at the waterfronts. This place was jam packed which to me is a good sign. I got the matcha with lavender. It was pretty good, I think sugar crystals were added because I tasted them and it was pretty sweet. Which I didn't mind because I enjoy sweetness. I came back the next day and tried to order the same thing, cashier took a pause and said we ran out of matcha. I didn't mind because I knew they were quite busy the day before. So I ordered a caramel macchiato, which was okay. The place is a bit crowded with furniture but there's a side room that is spacious for sitting and chatting. It is quite loud both times I was in. They have scoop ice cream in the back if you're around town and just wanted ice cream. I have yet to try their food. Overall it's quite nice. read more

Cruising around Bremerton way too early for my appointment and Cups was my salvation-warm folks, delicious coffee and quiche and plenty of space to stretch out and wake up for the day. Great spot for a morning cup of coffee. Staff where so happy, friendly and helpful. We didn't know what we wanted and they where happy to assist and answer questions. I had cold brew and the bacon quiche. The cold brew was really nice and not that bitter. The quiche was creamy and had amazing flavor. Large space with lots of seating. Cozy little Cafe in the heart of downtown. The shop is littered with bits of local lore and a variety of seating options from stools at a table, or even a little reading nook against a window. So, let's start off with the atmosphere. I like the area. It is very clean. Love the wrap around area for seating and the big windows. Great place to hang with friends and catch up or possibly study. Customer service was very good. Loved to positive energy. I have never been here before, so I asked for the best options and was told the avocado toast and an iced vanilla Chai were great options, so I went with those. Now, once I get my drink, it tasted good. A little a extra sweet for me, but good. It was filled so much, that it was spilling out the top. I ended up dripping a lot on my dress. The toast tasted good and looks appealing. However, the price I spent for what I got seemed a bit steep in my opinion. The cost was close to 10usd. My sister got the salmon bagel. Again, delish, but price point was close to 15usd. The drinks were roughly between 6.80-7.50usd each. I spent, altogether with tip, roughly under 19usd for my drink and toast. I was asked for my last name so they could notify me when my order was ready. I sat in the main seating area, but when my drink was finished, my name was called only from behind the counter in a voice that couldn't be heard where I was sitting. I happened to walk back to the counter, or I likely would have missed it. When I suggested that names be called loudly enough to be heard in the seating area, the employee responded dismissively. I later mentioned it to the manager, who acknowledged they try but said they're sometimes too busy. If you're waiting in the seating area, you may want to keep checking the counter rather than relying on your name being called. read more

I really tried to give this place a fair shot, but the attitude from the employees made it impossible. From the moment I walked in, everything felt condescending--like asking a simple question was somehow an inconvenience to them. Every response came with that eye-rolling, bare-minimum energy that just screams "I'd rather be anywhere else." Instead of feeling helped, I felt talked down to. Instead of being welcomed, I felt like they were annoyed I even showed up. They felt like it was 2 steps down from a Seattle cafe. There are stains on the couch and on the window seats. I asked for an extra pump of flavor in our coffees and still couldn't taste it which makes me think they forgot. The staff is unprofessional in appearance and attitude. Waste of $15 They mixed shredded chicken with spoiled guacamole and then topped it with uncooked bacon and onions. It tasted like cat food. And the side was potato chips. I got the end of the bag. We found this cafe somewhat by accident, and we're glad we did. The space is large, and there is ample seating. Unfortunately, we had to clean our own table, but otherwise, the service was decent. The food and drinks were really good. We had a club sandwich (served with chips), a Moose Tracks milk shake, and a lemon, shortbread cookie. We have just discovered this little area of Bremerton, so we look forward to spending more time exploring, and we will return to this cafe when we do. Pro-Tip: This cafe is still making milkshakes the "old fashioned" way (i.e. mostly ice cream), so if you enjoy a thick, delicious shake, this is your spot. read more

I decided to try the Bremerton Cups through my Instacart account for delivery - and I'm so happy that I did. I've ordered several times now and I want to communicate here how satisfied I am with their food. Today I tried the breakfast sandwich. I ordered mine on an Asaigo bagel. If you have a hearty appetite, this is for you. The egg was freshly cooked and had no resemblance to the rubbery eggs on competitors breakfast sandwiches. All ingredients were generous and satisfying. Highly recommend this! On other deliveries I've ordered the Poulsbo Gobbler sandwich. It was the BEST turkey/cranberry sandwich I've ever had. Initial impression is this place is a really nice spot for coffee and a quick breakfast or lunch. Cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was plenty of options for coffee and tea lovers. Also had some baked goods in a display case that were reasonably priced. I got an americano and a white chocolate mocha. Both were smooth; not too sweet and not having that "burnt" taste some shops serve. I'd definitely go back and I look forward to trying everything else they have on their menu! I thought it had raisins in it, but it was a bonus because they turned out to be chocolate chips, and it was slightly chewy and delicious. Didn't realize that my clinic started an hour later today so why not take a walk downtown in Bremerton! I have never tried this coffee place before but I saw that they had food! I truly hate Starbucks so I was very excited to try this place. The atmosphere is very relaxed and beautiful and very clean. You can smell the breakfast food and their selection of coffee flavors is insane. The girl there was so kind and I felt very welcomed here. The bagel is absolutely delicious and very large. We got 2 AÇAÍ bowls at 1pm on a Monday and they had 4 employees. It was just me and my fiancé in the store at the time of ordering. They didn't have any blueberries or bananas for starters and I asked if I could get more strawberries to substitute, but they just put the normal amount of strawberries. We tipped pretty good too and the ACAI came out melted for some reason and soupy. I don't know why they took so long to serve us 2 ACAI bowls when there was 4 of them and again no blueberries or bananas to prepare so our bowls should be out faster. I see the coffee shop down the street with one or two employees taking care of a line of people with no problem. Overall disappointed for the $22 we spent for something so small. While awaiting an auto repair, I walked down the street in Bremerton. The only place I could find for a bite to eat and a coffee was Cups. I ordered a breakfast burrito, it was nothing special, small and expensive. The table was dirty so I wiped it down. After the snack I decided on an espresso. I asked the barista if he could change artists to one of my favorites, as it was the same genre and if he gave me a towel I would wipe my table. He said he would wipe my table and change the music. Although I was the only patron, none of this was done while I was there. In summary; the food was blah. The food was expensive. The wait staff were uninterested. I love coming here once a week. I'm always greeted with a wide smile from Gracey, the barista. I always get an iced Americano with 4 shots and a flavor and she does an excellent job. The coffee is strong, but not bitter and the flavor she puts in isn't too sweet. I often get the bacon strata as well, which is super flavorful with a surprise ingredient of nutmeg. Did I mentioned how awesome Gracey is? She's always nice and seems to genuinely care about the quality of the stuff she puts out and also that I have a nice day. The coffee is good!
