Great spot for a morning cup of coffee. Staff where so happy, friendly and helpful. We didn't know what we wanted and they where happy to assist and answer questions. I sat in the main seating area, but when my drink was finished, my name was called only from behind the counter in a voice that couldn't be heard where I was sitting. I happened to walk back to the counter, or I likely would have missed it. When I suggested that names be called loudly enough to be heard in the seating area, the employee responded dismissively. I later mentioned it to the manager, who acknowledged they try but said they're sometimes too busy. The toast tasted good and looks appealing. However, the price I spent for what I got seemed a bit steep in my opinion. The cost was close to 10usd. My sister got the salmon bagel. Again, delish, but price point was close to 15usd. The drinks were roughly between 6.80-7.50usd each. I spent, altogether with tip, roughly under 19usd for my drink and toast. I really tried to give this place a fair shot, but the attitude from the employees made it impossible. From the moment I walked in, everything felt condescending--like asking a simple question was somehow an inconvenience to them. Every response came with that eye-rolling, bare-minimum energy that just screams "I'd rather be anywhere else." Instead of feeling helped, I felt talked down to. Instead of being welcomed, I felt like they were annoyed I even showed up. I went in for a second time yesterday but brought my adult daughter and my two teenagers in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was so grungy and dirty, even my kids were all grossed out. They felt like it was 2 steps down from a Seattle cafe. Waste of $15 They mixed shredded chicken with spoiled guacamole and then topped it with uncooked bacon and onions. It tasted like cat food. And the side was potato chips. I got the end of the bag. We found this cafe somewhat by accident, and we're glad we did. The space is large, and there is ample seating. Unfortunately, we had to clean our own table, but otherwise, the service was decent. The food and drinks were really good. We had a club sandwich (served with chips), a Moose Tracks milk shake, and a lemon, shortbread cookie. We have just discovered this little area of Bremerton, so we look forward to spending more time exploring, and we will return to this cafe when we do. I decided to try the Bremerton Cups through my Instacart account for delivery - and I'm so happy that I did. I've ordered several times now and I want to communicate here how satisfied I am with their food. Today I tried the breakfast sandwich. I ordered mine on an Asaigo bagel. If you have a hearty appetite, this is for you. The egg was freshly cooked and had no resemblance to the rubbery eggs on competitors breakfast sandwiches. All ingredients were generous and satisfying. Highly recommend this! On other deliveries I've ordered the Poulsbo Gobbler sandwich. It was the BEST turkey/cranberry sandwich I've ever had. Initial impression is this place is a really nice spot for coffee and a quick breakfast or lunch. Cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was plenty of options for coffee and tea lovers. Also had some baked goods in a display case that were reasonably priced. I got an americano and a white chocolate mocha. Both were smooth; not too sweet and not having that "burnt" taste some shops serve. I'd definitely go back and I look forward to trying everything else they have on their menu! Didn't realize that my clinic started an hour later today so why not take a walk downtown in Bremerton! I have never tried this coffee place before but I saw that they had food! I truly hate Starbucks so I was very excited to try this place. The atmosphere is very relaxed and beautiful and very clean. You can smell the breakfast food and their selection of coffee flavors is insane. The girl there was so kind and I felt very welcomed here. The bagel is absolutely delicious and very large. We got 2 AÇAÍ bowls at 1pm on a Monday and they had 4 employees. It was just me and my fiancé in the store at the time of ordering. They didn't have any blueberries or bananas for starters and I asked if I could get more strawberries to substitute, but they just put the normal amount of strawberries. We tipped pretty good too and the ACAI came out melted for some reason and soupy. I don't know why they took so long to serve us 2 ACAI bowls when there was 4 of them and again no blueberries or bananas to prepare so our bowls should be out faster. I see the coffee shop down the street with one or two employees taking care of a line of people with no problem. Overall disappointed for the $22 we spent for something so small. I love coming here once a week. I'm always greeted with a wide smile from Gracey, the barista. I always get an iced Americano with 4 shots and a flavor and she does an excellent job. The coffee is strong, but not bitter and the flavor she puts in isn't too sweet. I often get the bacon strata as well, which is super flavorful with a surprise ingredient of nutmeg. Did I mentioned how awesome Gracey is? She's always nice and seems to genuinely care about the quality of the stuff she puts out and also that I have a nice day. The coffee is good! While awaiting an auto repair, I walked down the street in Bremerton. The only place I could find for a bite to eat and a coffee was Cups. I ordered a breakfast burrito, it was nothing special, small and expensive. The table was dirty so I wiped it down. After the snack I decided on an espresso. I asked the barista if he could change artists to one of my favorites, as it was the same genre and if he gave me a towel I would wipe my table. He said he would wipe my table and change the music. Although I was the only patron, none of this was done while I was there. In summary; the food was blah. The food was expensive. The wait staff were uninterested.
