This is a cute coffee house. Indoor seating and a drive thru. Parking lot parking is plentiful. You can find your usual coffee and teas as well as baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. They also sell coffee syrups. It was very clean. They have a table in the back you can reserve. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich. It was good but not worth the price of $8.75. I've only been once and I likely won't be back again. The baristas, seating, and decor are all nice, but between the chatter and the music, it is very loud. When it comes to their coffee, I'm quite disappointed. I ordered a wet cappuccino, but it was astringent and sour to the point of being undrinkable. No amount of add ins could fix that. There was also a considerable amount of grounds in my cup once I poured it out. Not for me. read more

Won't say I'm a regular nor would I say I'm a stranger to this place. The coffee here is pretty good and the staff is very nice..but the breakfast sandwich is what I USED to like the best. Until they started making the sandwich mmm noticeably smaller which would be fine if the price reflected it or at the very least, they saying something about it. Felt as if I ordered a large and got a small, from what the sandwiches were originally and the taste is off, I can't put my finger on it buts it's just different from before and not just in the smaller size croissant they use. Other than that the place is decorated well and cheery. I would go back for the coffee but not for the breakfast sandwiches.. My husband and I stopped by on our way through town and had a very pleasant experience. The two employees we spoke with were friendly and helpful. When I asked to switch my vanilla syrup to pumpkin pie sauce, the barista was happy to help me out and switched it with no issue. Both our coffees were decently priced and made very quickly, and we enjoyed drinking them. They had 20+ flavors of syrups and sauces for drinks, which is cool! Wanted to leave a thank you, job well done, and positive review for this great coffee spot in Silverdale. I have been here before and left other reviews but frankly it just feels good to remind people of the high quality drinks, food, service that Austin Chase provides. Today I had a hot mocha with a shot of lavender alongside my croissant breakfast sandwich. As you can tell in the photo they don't scrimp on the egg and it is tasty and fluffy not some egg "patty" pulled from the freezer and slapped on the croissant. I also appreciate the toasty croissant, not just warmed up or crushed flat in panini grill. They have other sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, some muffins, scones, and yummy brownie bites. Great little coffee shop in Silverton! We had a Groupon deal and stopped in for breakfast and coffee on the way home from Port Townsend. All safety measures were in place and there was lovely patio seating outside. I ordered an iced white chocolate americano (half sweet) and a breakfast sandwich with ham and Swiss. Both were delicious. The coffee profile was excellent and the croissant sandwich was fresh and flavorful. The staff was super welcoming as well. read more

Cute small town cafe, seems to be a lot of regulars here. The espresso drinks were decent and there is a decent amount of outdoor seating. The barista has a good sense of humor! I stopped in here and bought a Mexi-Mocha and a half pound of their Columbian supremo. The mexi-mocha was delicious. It had lots of different layers and was great. The half pound of coffee wasn't really any better than you would buy at Starbucks. I didn't really like it. The people were really nice here. It definitely seemed like the barristas knew a lot of people who came here, this seems like a local hangout. Right when we walked in the door, greeted with genuine warmth and the place is full of great coffee art! The cashier who helped us gave great recommendations and there are TONS of choices. My hubby got and enjoyed his tuna sammie and iced americano. This cafe is in one of those small strip mall parking lot corners. Came here to do some work while waiting to pick someone up and tried their mocha and a breakfast sandwich. 12oz only come with 1 shot which seems pretty light so I added an extra. Coffee was very hot but not very strong flavor of the coffee or syrup. I also got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The egg and cheese was good, but the bacon was super salty and the croissant was a bit strange tasting. I did drink and eat everything, though. Baristas were very nice and seemed to know a lot of the people coming through. Very limited indoor seating and lax covid precautions. Grabbed a chai on my way out for an extra kick and it was great, but I'm a sucker for the big train chai. Their list of chai flavors was super expansive but I like spiced chais usually. read more

The past two times eating there has been a bit of a disappointment, the breakfast sandwiches were burnt and there was no explanation , or I'm sorry and the coffee place smelled burnt when we came in. First time visiting here about couple days ago. I was kinda "put off" by the sign on the door saying they charge extra for non-cash paying customers. I hardly ever carry cash... the person at the counter sort of made a big deal that I was using a bank card to pay, and I was charged the extra 3% because of that. Which is fine... I guess, but the whole experience didn't make me feel like a "good customer". The coffee was ok... not great. Pretty much on par with Starbucks. The interior was nice but a little cramped. I wanted to update my previous review...my first review was given as a five star review (and you're definitely not seeing things) but I'm still here to give them their deserving five stars. The last time I stopped in was only for a cup of hot white mocha. I felt a craving for them before an early volleyball tournament and stopped in again, this time with my fiance. The white mocha was as yummy as my first order...no 'ragrets'! We ordered two breakfast croissants; one with ham and the other with bacon. I claimed the bacon sandwich because the way they cure ham upsets my stomach - - and that's a little tmi for my fellow reviewers but hey, at least you know I'm transparent. Sandwiches are a YES! They were a pretty good size and the eggs were pretty darn fluffy. The croissant was the perfect balance of wholesome and buttery and the bacon, the BACON, was the perfect crisp to the meal. I'd stop in again for another breakfast sandwich if I ever find the time. read more
