Absolutely love this little place! I get the lemon cookie milkshake every time I'm in town for work, it's to die for!

Great location for a ice cream shop right by the ferry terminal. This location used to be Cold Stone or Baskin Robbin, before it got shut down. Anyway, I went there waiting I was waiting for the ferry to Seattle. Since I have plenty of time to kill, might as well grab something to eat. It wasn't busy when I walk in to Scoops & Bites for some ice cream. First impression is that oh wow cool places, but lack of customer service. No one even bother to say anything lol not even a welcome. The vibe was completely not there. I was looking at their ice cream flavor. Plenty to pick and choose from. I want to try a flavor or two, I asked the lady who works there. I swear her facial expression is dead. I just try one flavor and don't even try another. I made my decision to get their cookie and cream flavor. The ice cream tasted alright, it wasn't the best I had. Overall, great location just need some improvement with their service. They probably should have some ice cream too. Hopes that will cheer them up! read more

I know I should only go for the delicious ice cream, but I was so hungry and bought the tuna melt. The toasty bread was fabulous. The rest of the sandwich a thin layer of tuna with less than 1 a lice of tomato. No cheese or seasoning, and a side of chips that my 6 year old devoured. read more

Amazing! 10/10 would recommend. All the employees seemed to really enjoy their job. They were all wearing masks correctly, unlike a lot of other places. I noticed them cleaning and sanitizing constantly. The ice cream was SO good. Love that all flavors of cotton candy are in one bag all together! Bring your family here for fun treats! I took my kids here yesterday for a special treat. They had strawberry and cookies and cream ice cream. I wasn't going to have any but when I saw the pumpkin ginger snap, I just had to try it. OMG it tasted just like pumpkin pie. Actually, it was better than pumpkin pie. My son now has a new favorite ice cream flavor-the cookies and cream. We had ours plain but there's an option to mix in candy. This will probably be our go-to ice cream spot from now on. Loved it. read more

Scoops and Bites is like an independent Cold Stone Cremery with a decent snack bar. I am not sure about the other reviews, but they do have hot dogs, nachos and drinks. They have over 20 flavors to choose from, waffle cones and waffle bowls, and the 1st mix in is free. They also have some unique flavors like black licorice, pistachio and some flavors that reflect the PNW. I am giving Scoops & Bites a five star because of the service we experienced tonight. We are visiting from out of town and have a 7 year old. There aren't too many truly family friendly dinner places in the area (mostly pubs and breweries). We promised our son dessert, and were so grateful this place was opened. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and kind. He treated our 7 year old like he was the paying customer and even moved some of the mix ins so he could get a better view of the mixing proccess. My husband and son also loved their ice cream creations. They also have bottled sodas, like Mexican Coke, and a few other snacks and treats. What a great place for a destination adventure! Just steps outside the Bremerton Ferry Terminal it couldn't be more conveniently located. We took a day trip just to try the new Super Shake! This is a definite must for special occasions. Impeccable presentation and delicious hand made ice cream. I will definitely be coming back soon. I can't wait to try some of the specialty flavors like Dill Pickle, Bremerton Blue, and Black Licorice! Bring a cooler with you because I know you'll want to take some home for later. Redemption! Last week we went and had a terrible experience with an employee that is no longer there and that post has since been deleted as they have seriously outdone themselves. The owner made sure that we were taken care of and did not wait in line to get the delicious super shakes, nachos and hot dogs. The shakes were completely Instagramable and 100% delicious. The nachos were as you would expect, chips covered in cheese with olives, sour cream and salsa. The shipyard dog was a perfect mix of cream cheese and bacon. I will be back. read more

Great ice cream but... They don't have Yogurt or Hot Dogs. Was a little disappointed but their ice cream was Awesome!

We purchased several scoops of ice cream. This ice cream has some pre mixed ice cream flavors and some that you can customize. Overall the ice cream was good. We got pre mixed flavors. I give this 3 solid stars which is good. It's ice cream which is hard to mess up. The flavors were similar to other ice cream shops and the prices were slightly higher than other similar. They do offer a lot of other food options that looked good, but we were there just for the ice cream. read more

I absolutely adore this place and the people I've met here! I've never had to wait too long, even at times when the line was pretty long which I very much appreciate. This seems like it would also be a cool place to work since everyone is so nice, I love the ice cream and nachos, and it's so close to the ferry taking me home to Seattle. What could be better than relaxing with some ice cream or nachos then headed home on a ferry, or taking it to go and getting a shake you can enjoy on the ferry ride. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area who likes ice cream, nachos, or shakes. I wish everyone at the business (including the owner) well during these tough times!
