The frosting had good texture and surprisingly I liked it better than the actual roll, especially since I'm known to always remove cream cheese icing. I think the roll would have been better if it had been served warm. Overall it was not bad, a little sweeter than I would have preferred, but I'm also not a huge cinnamon roll or cream cheese fan because of how sweet they always are in general, so that could just be a personal preference. Want to try the pecan roll or any of the cookies next time I visit, those sounded promising as well. She was able to work within my budget. There were several things included in the service that other caterers charged for (ie she included plates, silverware, linens, etc). Her staff was very professional and she came early to set up. They stayed the entire night and everyone seemed happy to work for us.
