I love supporting local businesses and I just found out about this place this past week so I had to give them a try. They are an order to go place only. They do have a picnic table outside though. Parking is limited and only one way in/out. It could be a little bit difficult to turn around so you may have to back out. The workers were super friendly inside and I give a lot of kudos to that! And the place was very clean. We ordered one pizza and a large salad for a family member and one pizza for us. They only have 2 sizes: small 9" & large 14". They do have crust substitutions as well. Their pizza looked good and ours looked burnt. I like burnt cheese so I wasn't going to judge until I tasted it. My family members said it's a 5.5 out of 10. Our pizza was definitely burnt and all the toppings came off in one piece once I started eating it. The crust was thin, which I usually don't mind, but it was really tough. I ordered takeout for the first time. It looked burnt, but looks can be deceiving. When I got home, I took a piece and all of the toppings fell off in one burnt layer. The crust was thin and hard. There are plenty of other pizza places closer to where I live so I will not be coming back here. The service was fast and the workers were very friendly. Small place that is takeout only. First I wish to compliment the guy who took my phone order (should remember his name but I don't). He was friendly, attentive to what I wanted and had a sense of customer service. Next, the pizza- just a small, simple, pepperoni but it was really good. I love the crust, crunchy in spots, and fully cooked with a little char but not burnt. The red sauce was tasty and appropriate amount. Nice melted and tasty cheese, large pepperoni slices evenly spaced on the pizza. As always, I wish for more pepperoni but I understand the need to pay more for "extra". The 9 inch was 6 smaller pieces but still a fair amount for two to have dinner with a side dish. I especially enjoyed the Jo-jo potatoes. They were hot, crispy on outside, creamy and tasty on the inside. The amount of breading is perfect and the wedges are pretty uniform in size resulting in all of them cooked to perfection. I don't get here often enough!! I also appreciate they seem to be a big sponsor/supporter of youth sports programs. As a kid those programs meant the world to me and it's nice to support local businesses that are looking out for kids. They know me and they take good care of me. I always get the curbside delivery and it always comes out as good as usual. They're friendly and they are back there cooking pizza and chicken all day long. I can't complain about that. The reason I'm giving a 3-star is because it's just kind of a basic pizza. It's not over the top delicious but it's not bad, and it is consistent. It's a pizza that has like a cardboard"ish" crust except for it's not bad tasting. I actually like the crunch. When I request extra sauce, it really does Pep the pizza up quite a bit. And, I have a certain set of ingredients that I love on their pizza to lift the flavors. So, when they make pizza to my specific, it works for me. But, I'm from New York and nothing will be like a New York style pizza out here. Although they don't claim to be New York style but I'm just saying. Their fried vhicken can be really delicious. Yet, sometimes it can be a little overcooked and even burned. So, I can't give that a top rating either. Although I am grateful that they serve fried chicken for those who love their fried chicken. Placed and order online, the size of pizza is not advertised so I ordered pizza thinking it would feed my family, thinking a normal sized medium pizza like every other pizza place in America which cost $20. When received, I got a 9in Pizza...this could not feed my family. Ordered delivery. It did take an hour and a half or so for delivery. They were down a driver but I was told an hour. If you're ordering for delivery with hungry kids after a 9 hour drive I would order somewhere else. A large cheese, small salad (which they gave me the wrong one), and large Hawaiian will end up being $60. There was flavor in the pizza but it was pretty tough to eat. After using the microwave to reheat it the next day it was better. I don't recommend this place. Maybe if you ate in or picked up you would have a different experience. read more

I'm actually surprised at how good this pizza was. The dough was interesting; something I've never tasted in pie dough. And I liked it. There was a very thin crunchy lawyer on the very bottom of the crust and then it was soft above that. The crust is thin. If I had a tiny bit of constructive criticism I would say it could use a tiny bit more seasoning in the crust but I still enjoyed the texture and taste; it was just a bit bland in terms of the crust. Over all though the pizza is bomb. There was plenty of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. They use giant pepperonis which was fun too. I like that they offer different daily specials on their website and love that you can order online and they deliver within a five mile radius after 4pm. This place, especially for Bremerton, is better than average. I def recommend. read more

Love this place. Never dined in but have ordered there takeout many times. The JoJo's are authentic and reminds me of Eastern Washington JoJo's. They are huge and delicious. I had an unrestrainable desire for pizza in the midst of corvo isolation and tried three pizza joints in a row for home delivery. All three claimed they did home delivery, and for two of those it was their usual thing, but only AFTER filling out the damned order did each in turn say they're not currently delivering and what time will I be picking it up. Cance, cancel, cancel. So by the time I got to Chico Pizza, whose promise to deliver wasn't fake, I decided, oh well, last time I ordered pizza from them it was barely edible, one of the worst in the city. But the unrestrainable desire overcame that memory. Since their vegetarian pizza had been so heinous, I ordered the margherita pizza which is also a veghead thing. It eventually arrived, fresh and warm. We bit into a slice, then spat it out for the dogs. What the heck? This tastes like actual garbage! Makes the last horrible pizza we got from them almost good by comparison. I got a huge mouthful of cheese coin in my mouth and it was like I took chewing gum out of a hobo's mouth and put it straight into mine. This order, by the way, cost over $50. The jojos were better than expected but there weren't many of those. So pretty much we feel 99.9% robbed and I bet a desire for pizza never overcomes my memory of THIS horrible waste of money and tastebuds. Pretty disappointed. I have heard good things about this place, but haven't had the opportunity to try it til now. I had issues trying to find a menu online. The one I did find was an image a Yelp user posted. I thought a Hawaiian pizza with an 8 piece garlic butter breadstick sounded great. I called in. I asked them how many slices a "regular" pizza is. The guy said 6. 6 slices for $11.95 - not bad. I was met with confusion when I said I'd like an order of the garlic breadsticks. He said they didn't sell those. Okay then. Regular cheese bread it is. $7.99 is a bit steep, but hey, it's 12 pieces. I asked if they had just jojos as a side (the menu didn't say as much). He said yes, an 8 piece order is $3. So I finished my order, gave my name, and was told it'd be 25 minutes for pick up. I was greeted warmly when I got there. They handed me my food and gave me a total of $27 and change. I asked for a receipt. The cheese bread is now $8.99, and the regular Hawaiian is now $12.99, plus jojos. Plus tax. Pretty steep, but ah well. Hopped in the car and opened the box of jojos. These took me back to the little convenient store potato wedges I used to get in Hawaii as a kid/teen. The batter is spot on texture wise, and the potato is super tender. However, they lacked any seasoning whatsoever. No salt, nothing. Easily remedied once I got home at least. The smell of the pizza taunted me the whole way home. I got home, put the boxes on the stove, and popped open the big box. Only to be met with some sad looking cheese covered slats of bread. Which meant my $13 pizza was in the tiny box. Are you kidding me? "Maybe they taste incredible. It'll be worth it if they're the best pizza and cheese bread ever." Guess what. They weren't. I have had better, more flavorful pizza from Little Caesars. And I hate saying that because I had high hopes for a little local place. The cheese on both items were bland. No taste whatsoever. The ham and pineapple were mildly flavorful, but had you blindfolded me and fed me those ingredients individually, I wouldn't have been able to identify them. I had one slice of my "regular" personal pizza, which is supposed to feed 1-2 people, ha!, and two pieces of bread. I'll finish off the jojos since those are at least filling, but I don't know that I'll give my business to them again. $30 is a lot of money for subpar pizza and bread. This place is a DIAMOND in the rough! As a pizza lover I was pretty let down by the availability of good pizza in the Bremerton area and settled on a few local pizza places that weren't bad, but were missing the WOW factor. As my wife and I were cruising around one Friday night, we saw a little building that is home to Chico Pizza & Chicken and we vowed to "Give it a shot sometime". I am so glad we did! The inside was very organized, clean, and the pizza was AMAZING. In my opinion the pizza could be the best in Kitsap County. Our first experience with Chico Pizza, as we are relatively new to the Chico PeeWee family and it's convenient to grab it on the way home from practice! Got a medium double pepperoni and a sausage-green olive, both very good, if lacking just a little on the sauce, but I must admit I like more sauce than most. And it's probably best piping hot, right out of the oven, as most pizza is. We love to support our Chico PeeWee family. Just as a side note: I hope that most people will pay attention to the positive reviews on most of the restaurants here on Yelp for the most part. I was quoted 30 minutes and arrived 5 minutes early.... Still waited 25 minutes with at least three times being told my pizza is coming out of the oven in two minutes. Ok I understand busy and don't mind the extra wait but the two pizzas I ordered were severely over cooked and dry.
