I've been a constant customer, as this was my go-to pizza place ever since I returned to Kitsap in 2024. Last night's order was put in at 3:52PM for a 5PM pick-up. I came in at 5 on the dot, but was told it would be an additional 20 minutes because they were backed up. I understood and waited patiently. Around 5:32 PM, I was told they were waiting on the pepperoni pizza to complete my order. At 5:47 PM, they completed my order. They apologized for the wait and ensured some type of compensation for my troubles. I came back the next day to talk to the manager, and the same pizza maker I had this discussion with told me they would offer a 10% discount on my next purchase. This happened under the previous management, but they offered pizza vouchers as an apology that same day. It's not just that I had to wait almost an hour for my order, but I watched my grande garlic chicken and large Westside pizza sit on the warmer for over 30 minutes while they made the large pepperoni. I also sat and watched other customers, who had likely ordered after me, receive their order in full. This is just UNACCEPTABLE, and I guess I'll be looking for another go-to pizza place. A constructive criticism I have is to probably remove the ETA on the website or at least call the customer to inform them their order is delayed. read more

This place deserves zero stars. They never have enough staff. I tried them again after about 8 years. They took my money, called me to say they didn't have a delivery driver and then never refunded me as promised. I even contacted customer support and zero response. read more

What the hell is the deal with the Sylvan way location?! This is not even close to the first time with this BS. Put my order in about an hour ago and am still waiting for some kind of confirmation. I've called twice and no answer on the phone. I've had multiple issues with the staff there and there seems to be absolutely no communication, passion, or decency. The product itself is excellent, but what's the point of having good pizza when you don't have people that give a shit about it?! The last time I ordered I waited almost 3 hours and was treated like garbage because I was frustrated by the evening staff. At least pick up the damn phone ladies and gentlemen! read more

Westside Pizza - Pick up time was supposed to be 40 minutes ago. I've called twice and no answer and no text communicating my order is done! - Pizza Near Me - Bremerton, Washington

One of the workers buggy delivered to my house, and was such a kind person, and was so fast with my pizza blinked my eyes and it was there

I've been a longtime customer of Westside Pizza but tonight they really fell short on service. I ordered a pizza for pickup and was told it would be 30 more minutes when I picked up. No problem, except when I came back they hadn't made my order and said "I don't even know what to tell you for how long." No apology, no thanks for waiting. read more

If you're looking for a delicious slice that isn't coated in grease and is actually filling, come here. The service is fast and friendly, and the ambiance is like an old 90s pizza joint just missing the arcade games. My only complaint is price but for the quality on offer I understand why. read more

Good pizza and the crust is pretty decent too! Prices vs quality/ quantity of pizza and variety is good. If you've not tried Westfield before, give them a try read more

This was my 1st time tasting and walking in to order at the Bremerton location. Not only was I greeted with a positive attitude, but the guy with the long braid was so friendly and not in a bad mood! First time dining in to try their pizza. The overall customer service experience was incredible. Dillion was the cashier who helped and was very kind and helpful with helping us in our first order. They even went the extra step to offer a military discount, which is very rare these days. They did a phenomenal job with our order, pizza tasted delicious and wings were incredible. I 1000% recommend trying out their pizza if you are in the Bremerton area. read more

Pepperoni well done. So good! Great radio of topping, sauce and cheese. The crunch on the crust with it well done. Perfect! read more

Most excellent pizza to go. The Westside is their version of a supreme. Don't be deterred that they put cheese on top so it's harder to see the toppings. The Meat Mania was also delicious. Their crust is a pan crust style cooked in oil, which I found delicious. Just make sure you have napkins. The online ordering was down, but it was perfectly easy to order over the phone. They were exceptionally pleasant. My favorite Bremerton pizza so far! read more

So the pizza is better than little Cesar's but not as good as Fairgrounds, Spiro's or Toad House. If you like the old Godfathers style pizza then this is the place for you. The deep pan is nice if that's your liking. My wife would give this 4.5 stars but seriously this is my review. Service, meh... nothing special at all I suggest to have them deliver or pick up yourself. Crust, thick, cooked right. Ingredients were good but they lacked consistency out to the edge of the pizza. I get it, it's a low budget pizza place but not as good as the other small guys around. read more

I called on a Monday to make a large order for our construction crew, explaining we had labor laws to contend with so I needed my order by 11:15am. When told they didn't open until 11:30am, I said I would order from another pizza place. They said they would come in early to make our order. I called the next day and confirmed with the manager. I showed up on Wednesday and no one ever came to work. They were closed all day. They had my phone number and could have called me to tell me they would not be able to make my order but they did not. Luckily Ferrali's Pizza near by saved the day. I had to call to get a refund on Thursday. No clue if their pizza is any good, but their customer service is terrible. No apology. No offer to make it right. Don't go to them if you need reliability or to plan ahead. read more

The location was in a good spot for business, right on the corner of an intersection. There is a lot of parking spot, so you won't have to worry about that. The restaurant is big enough for a family dinner night out or a friend hangout spot. The employees were nice and welcoming. Decent customer services. Pizza quality would be a 2/5 stars. The pizza is definitely Westside pizza, but the toppings were not as roasting as a regular pizza. The toppings were underneath the cheese, great way to not have falling over toppings, but that means the toppings would be not as toasted: bell pepper, jalapeños, and mushroom. My boyfriend's jalapeños were a bit raw and would have preferred it to be more toasted. read more

This place it truly amazing. You can order online, which I love because I don't really enjoy ordering over the phone. We have never had this pizza before. We ordered 2 pizzas today for takeout as we traveled through Belfair. One GF and one thin crust med. Very, very soggy crusts on both pizzas. We could not eat the crust and ended up eating the ingredients off the crust. A lot of money to spend for cheesy toppings. read more

My first time ordering from this particular location. I'm already a huge fan of Westside, as I have ate at different location. Two- 2 topping pies for 24.00 was the deal I ordered. Since I was in the area I elected to pick up. Seating area was clean, and staff is extremely friendly! Definitely love the taste of this pizza. Will be back again in the future. read more

Super bummed since my experience at WestSide has always been good. It was my friend's first try with WestSide and he wanted Calzone. Always a good choice unless you ask for double marina sauce cups and get no marinara. Lots of cheese, minimal pepperoni with zero sauce. Used to get a comp cup with order and as per order call sounded like that was still part of the order. Love their sauce so ordered an extra. I was offered a credit for the sauce but when you have a huge calzone with no sauce... a bit redundant. read more

To be truthful the only reason I am giving this four stars is because I am from the New York metropolitan area and a complete Pizza snob so this is not the best pizza in the world to me BUT it is fabulous Pizza for the rest of the country I call their Hawaiian with extra cheese breakfast pizza it's absolutely awesome. All of their stuff is good quality the toppings as always fresh and it would not be fair to even try to compare it to neapolitan pizza. Don't hesitate if you're in the mood for some really good local food west side no matter what location always delivers. read more

I placed a carry out order this evening. Very simple....veggie pizza and two dinner salads. I arrived 25 minutes later and there was quite a bit of confusion behind the counter. I paid and the young woman looked all around and finally said my pizza was in the oven. No problem. 15 minutes later, no pizza, and a different worker couldn't find the pizza. I'm not sure if they lost the order and remade it, but after more confusion and searching I was given a pizza that had been on the shelf for awhile. (And she tried to charge me again) Total wait was almost an hour. We went to the park and discovered we had a sausage and veggie pizza. My wife is a vegetarian and noticed it immediately. We went back to the store for a refund because we didn't want to wait another 30+ minutes. The worker behind the counter said she couldn't authorize a refund. Only the manager or assistant manager could do that and they'll be in tomorrow and the next day. I normally don't give negative reviews, and probably would not have reviewed this place if I'd left with my money back. Everyone makes mistakes. Not having someone working who is authorized to give a refund is unacceptable. Not sure if they have good pizza but we won't be back. There are plenty of other places with better customer service, efficient workers, and good pizza. read more

Been eating here since they opened. The pizza here is great, as is the pastas and salads. But the online ordering suck balls. Placed an online order 45 minutes before pickup, arrived on time and was told "Pizzas in the oven". Okay great... Still waited 20 minutes for pizzas. Whats the sense of having online ordering with a delayed time if your only going to make the pizzas when we arrive to pick up. People have schedules to keep and places to be, a courtesy call would have been nice. This is not the 1st time this happened either. Oh, btw, there's also a hidden $1 fee for ordering online... If it wasn't for those 2 things, I would give 5 stars. read more

My wife and I have ordered from Westside a bit since moving to Bremerton and I'm done. 100% done. I usually don't like their pizza. I find it doughy and very greasy. Flavor is just ok, I prefer dominoes over it but wife like W/S for whatever reason. Today was my last time I'll order. Ordered a large pep with half sausage today. Arrived within 30 mins but when my wife and I opened the box we had to stare at it a bit. Their was a couple pieces of pepperoni....literally, we thought they forgot the pepperoni at first. We ate 4 pieces each and counted how much pepperoni was on each slice. ***Final totals!*** Me 1st slice: 0 pieces 2nd slice: 1 1/2 pieces 3rd slice: 1 piece 4th slice: 1/2 pieces Wife 1st slice: 2 pieces 2nd slice: 1 piece 3rd & 4th slice: 0 pieces I double checked the receipt and it does say pep on the entire pizza with [HT] (half i assume) sausage. WTF westside?!?! I completely forgot we can upload photos on this website. I'm annoyed I forgot to take picture, it was comical read more

Ordered for carry out on recommendation from my in laws. Being my first time I found the online ordering on the website to be very helpful for a local place, good thing too because when we called to order the gal who answered wasn't familiar with the specials posted on the website. Got that all worked out and was quoted 20 minutes. When I arrived, my order was ready right on time, the interior was clean and much larger than expected and the service was excellent. Guys - this pizza was fantastic! I'm a huge fan of pan pizza at Pizza Hut but it's always too greasy and I always regret it. Westside crust is perfect, not to thick, not to thin and barely any grease and the spices on top added extra flavor and uniqueness. I've certainly found my new go to pizza spot!! Angelique is a great hostess! Pizza by the slice lunch special was a great deal. 2 slices and a soda for $6. Can't beat it!!

I wanted to take the family somewhere new to broaden their horizons during my last outing in Bremerton and this place fit the bill since we were craving pizza. It's hard to miss, but easy to do so at the same time. Look for a big black building off of Sylvan and Wheaton next to a teriyaki spot. We came on a Sunday evening and we were the only people in the restaurant. We grabbed some menus selected a seat and began making some crucial eating decisions. Based on the Yelp app, everyone said that we had to have the cheese sticks, so we obliged. When it came out, it was like a mini cheese pizza with edges perfectly crispy. It came with some marinara for dipping, but you really didn't need it. For the price, someone could totally come and just order one of these and eat it as a meal. For a small surcharge, you can even add a topping - just a note for those budget conscious individuals! For pizza, we had two. One with pepperoni and sausage, the other with Canadian bacon and mushroom. Out of the choices, the meaty version won my heart. There was a good topping to cheese ratio, and again, that crust was nice, crispy and super buttery. Almost like deep dish, but not quite. The bacon and mushroom was okay, but definitely not my favorite. I think it could have used more sauce to balance out the thick cheese. It wasn't bad, but just wasn't for me. Mom and grandma loved it, so as long as they were happy with their choices, then all was well in the world. For a family of four to stuff themselves silly and get soft drinks, the bill was around $35 with tip. Not too shabby and now they have a new spot to hit up in their neighborhood. There were quite a few delivery drivers working, so I'm thinking a majority of the nearby residents order out instead of dining in! I'd come back for more pies in the future - staff was friendly and the eatery was super clean. read more

My wife and I were visiting the West side from Spokane and had a craving for pizza (as we frequently do). We saw this place as we were heading to catch a drive-in movie. First, let me say this; the pizza itself was pretty decent. It was no Flying Goat or gourmet style pizza. We just got a pepperoni and their stuffed bread sticks, which were amazing. What really set this place apart was their service, quick, friendly and attentive. I told them my wife and I were on a date and they left a fun little note on the inside of the box. We will definitely be back! read more
