I was horrified leaving a friend's around 10 P.M when I stopped to use a bathroom on off of oak hills exit, which is very dark and empty... AND, I locked my keys in my car. I got on my phone and started searching on yelp for someone to help me unlock my car. Most people didn't answer because it was late. I was afraid to call the unprofessional ones that have no reviews and offer the service for so cheap because I heard stories from friends that had bad experiences with really cheap locksmiths special at night time. You don't want a creeper, and you don't want an idiot that is going to break your stuff. Anyways locksmith IQ was had great reviews, he answered me right away and he was honest and up front and told me it would cost $75 based on the type of car I had. I though I could find someone cheaper, but I ended up waiting my time trying to find someone else and ended up calling Ali back and he answered right away he came within no time. Came in a a Locksmith vehicle with professional tools. Opened it very fast. He was very friendly, honest, and fast. I highly recommend him because at least you know you are not going to get ripped of if you hire this guy. Good Luck! read more

I found this company on yelp, and all the reviews are correct!! Ali is the most courteous, professional and patient man I've experienced!!! He was out of town on another job when I initially called for a non-emergency call. He referred me to someone else that he thought might be able to help. Unfortunately his referral was also unavailable, so when I called the next day he readily showed up to assist me. My ignition issue unfortunately is a Volkswagen dealer issue, but Ali still spent 8 hours in the 90 degree sun, at my house as we both tried to work the issue. In the end, we were unsuccessful. Ali left, refusing to take a penny from me since he was unable to fix the problem due to the dealer issues we expected from the start. I highly recommend anyone that needs assistance call Ali. You won't be disappointed!!!! Thank you Ali. read more

I stupidly left my keys in the trunk of my car last night at work. Triple AAA was called and the tech was able to open the doors but not the trunk. I called Locksmith IQ and he immediately drove down here and had my trunk open within minutes! He knew which exact tools to use and moved very quickly. He gave me a great price and was very friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely call Locksmith IQ again if I ever need such a service again. Thank you!! read more

Ali Hendaoui was great! Very nice gentlemen. I called him because I locked myself out of my house and he gave me the best decent rate I could get for a Saturday night (9:00pm). He made it to my house in exactly the time he said (30min with rain), and he unlocked the door in under 2 minutes! Highly recommend this locksmith, he knows what he's doing and won't overcharge. You can also pay with your credit card!!!!! read more

I got stuck at the grocery store the other day and I was in hurry to make it somewhere. I called 4 people and none of answered or even bothered to call me back. Ali answered right away, and he came fast and seemed to have professional equipment set up. He was on time, did the job fast, gave me a fair price, and was a nice guy. Over all I highly recommend his services. read more

Exceptional customer service at a fair price. I appreciate the follow up call letting me know about an issue that we have with our doorframe, which I wasn't aware of. I was advised on what I need to keep an eye on in the future. Will definitely use then again in the future! read more
