The French door that leads to my backyard had gotten stuck because one of the 3 multi-point locks was broken and would not allow the door to unlock (hence unable to open) so I called locksmith geeks and Ali said he could be at my house in 2 hours. He was familiar with this type of (European) lock and for about an hour and a half tried to fix the mechanism that was broken. He was unable to get the lock to work consistently so he offered me an alternative of fixing it so that 2 of the 3 multi locks would work and that I would still be able to use the door successfully without having to buy a whole new lock and handle assembly. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable.. I took my 2013 Civic for a Key cut. The old one broke, and got a replacement key fob with a blank key online.. I initially went to two other businesses to inquire, the prices were really high and told me I needed the "chip" from the old Key. The first two business I went were gonna charge me an arm and a leg for a new key fob with a "reprogrammed" transponder.. mind you the key fob I got online didn't have any space for a "chip."
